“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

The vet was very caring and helpful but more in the way of being supportive as I don't think there was much she could recommend other than just watch and wait and if my cat got worse, take to emergency. The truth is that without being able to examine the animal, they can't do a lot except try and give advice based on what you tell them. However it was helpful to get some reassurance and my cat will be ok in the end!

I sell a lot of jewellery I find in estate auctions and off eBay. Sometimes I need a little help with the going trend on certain pieces without having to visit and antique shop. I discovered Just answer and love it

Avoid these people and definitely don't give them you credit card number. I have tried to cancel several times and have been promised a refund. Instead, my card account is raided anew every month for services that were not requested. I am now changing my card so that Just answer cannot hit me again

As a single mom in an emergency, the communication around the $66 is very hidden - not something you could easily see while trying to get answer quickly, I thought I was paying a one time $2 fee. They clearly take advantage of people during a time of duress. Once I explained this to their team, they refused to refund me. DO NOT USE!

Needed some detailed answers on an immigration issue. I received an excellent answer that saved me a lot of time and money. I had been quoted $180 for this information from a large law firm. JustAnswer got me everything I needed for about $50. Have used them several times now - it's gone very well.

I purchased a Panasonic telephone package including 3 units and an answering machine. I imputed the date and time among names in the phone book. WELL... the time skipped forward one hour when a call was made or received after correcting the time after EACH incident. This became a tremendous source of frustration. I tried to find help on the Panasonic website to no avail and an ad for JustAnswer popped up, so I contacted them and the tech was able to give me the way to correct this problem and it has not happened again. He doesn't work for Panasonic, just is incredibly smart and gives help in a patient and knowledgeable way. Awesome service!

All they care about is money. The individual who was meant to answer my question choose to ask me irrelevant questions instead (this to me showed he was inexperienced in the field and at one point felt like he was taking the piss). Asked for a refund and its been 3 weeks, no sign of my money. Had to go through paypal. Received an email from them saying they have refunded but still no sign of it. I will advise to be careful using this website.

I have one of those grown kids who is always getting into difficult situations. The legal Experts on JustAnswer are always there for me. They have handled many different legal questions for me, which gives me peace of mind in regard to what kind of pickle my offspring may be getting themselves into. The parenting category is also a nice resource. Sometimes you wonder if you're doing enough as a parent, or if you could be doing more. It's nice to be able to talk about these kinds of things with a professional and get their feedback.

Tip for consumers:
I find the monthly membership to be a great value. It's kind of like having an insurance policy....gives me peace of mind.

I sure don't understand the 1 star "scam" reviews at all. Each time that I have used this resource I have been delighted with the results. My last experience this past weekend saved me more than 1000. 00 by putting me in touch with a professional who really knew his business and my issue. Not only did I gladly pay the fee for the phone conference, I doubled it up with a gratuity when we finished.

Avoid this site whatever you do. They are nothing but a bunch of crooks calling themselves "experts". Needed help with a question about my 2007 Honda. There "expert" advice - Talk to the dealership. I would have never thought about that in a million years {?). Then when I wanted to cancel my membership, I had to deal with more "customer care" reps than you can shake a stick at. After 5-10 minutes on a chat line with the reps, they finally gave up and refunded my fee - all $5.00 of it. Nothing but morons, calling themselves "experts"

This was by far, the most utterly bad experience I've ever had. First of all, the doctor was clearly not knowing what he was talking about, and it felt automated, and the worst thing was that they clearly indicated that it's a $1 dollar service, but they have charged me $46 for two months as a recurring membership which i never agreed on. They are fraudulent and not trust worthy. Steer away please.

I requested some free legal advice in September. They took my card details. I didn't use them after.

I forgot to cancel / thought I already had. They took £50 a month off me from 1st October to 1st February, a total of £250. Stupidly I didn't notice until 1st February, even though I am on a very low income.

I phoned to complain and they would only process the refund for the last 3 months, so they refunded me £150 but refused to refund £100. I will be taking this further.

So the reality is, it's not free legal advice if you're not careful. They make their money ripping people off by hundreds of pounds.

I am co owner with 3 other sisters. Two of them want to remodel my moms old house and I want to sell it. They are telling me it is an illegal lot (it is 2 acres) no easement, but sits in the middle of south austin off east riverside drive. I know it is worth something to the guy that owns land next door because he purchased his for the very purpose of it being investment land. I knew they were down playing the value, so I would sell to them cheap and walk away from it. I found out what I needed to know in time to keep from making a big mistake.

Paid 5 dollars to reserve a vet for an emergency question about my dog. How did I even know this was a legit vet? I don't and was told they could not provide credentials. Then, got charged 10 cents fir saying thank you or him saying have a good day. Then got charged 29 dollar membership fee which I'm sure was in fine print. Said they would give refund, did not! Had to cancel my debit card for fear of future fraudulent charges. Paid close t on 40 dollars for this vet with 32 years experience to wash my dog with Dawn soap which I was already doing. I had to ask him what symptoms to look for, no comment. Was not told this could poison my dog and lead to lethargy and vomiting which resulted in having to pay more money to get my pet proper treatment. It is rather scary that they can do this, and we have no way if we are talking to professionals. Very dangerous! Disgusting and deceptive business!

Communicating with an actual Certified Mechanic who specializes in your particular vehicle saves so much time and money. It's also nice to have this information in mind before going to your service garage! Highly recommended!

My cat is having a little problem with her ears and has been throwing up a bit. I wrote in and for the $5 fee was answered right away regarding what was going on and what I could do about it. Many suggestions and answers. And not just once. We had an email conversation that was very helpful.
I will definitely use this service again and recommend it to others.

Do NOT use this service. They are sneaky with their charges. They told me it would cost $5 for the first 7 days and $35 after that, yes they charged be $5 AND $35 the very first day. Additionally, when I spoke to the vet, she was very unhelpful. She just told me to get my dog to an in-person vet immediately and used a lot of fear in her explanation. She over exaggerated everything. Terrible for someone who gets anxious about things.

Not shocked that only 1.2% of the reviews were positive. My comments are similar to others on here - they tell you it's $5 but then you immediately get charged an additional $35, which is recurring! This is the very definition of hidden fees, as there is no agreement action from the customer needed before they start charging you these recurring fees. I told their customer service about this, and they simply told me it was non-refundable. No integrity

I asked for help finding a way to search for an antique instrument that belonged to my mother-- the only response I got was "we are an appraiser, we can not answer your question. But the site states it's doctors, lawyers, mechanics, etc., are those appraisers also? They didn't have any trouble taking my money, for nothing!

Andrew Schaaf, in my view, must be one of the most talented and informed Ford Experts at Just Answer. I had a problem with my 2005 Ford Ranger P. U. This problem is talked about all over the Web in YouTube and other videos. Few of the answers are the same and many often contradict each other. My 3 inch thick Ford Factory does not even describe a solution! Andrew Schaaf described a particular procedure solution with a device called a pressure bleeder. His solution is flawlessly logical, makes sense where others do not and I have purchased the device and wait for it arrival. In my mind Andrew Schaaf is one of the most informed people on the web who serve in an advisory role to the customer. Bill Anderson

I have had a monthly subscription with this site for some 2-3 years. I am an enthusiastic supporter and recommend it to friends and acquaintances whenever I get the chance. Over time, I have gotten answers from car mechanics, dentists, lawyers, travel agents and of course, computer tech support, that not only saved me hundreds of dollars but have enriched my life as well. I do admit that on occasion ( that are very rare) instead of an expert, I get a lemon. However that pretty much goes for the rest of life.

I asked a question about Facebook. JustAnswer indicated I would be charged $1.00 - which is totally refundable, but then they charged me another $55. After I got an expert, that expert wanted to then charge me another $48.75 to connect to my Facebook remotely so they could try and fix the problem. Too many hidden charges and I'm not sure if it would have gone up from there. I got out and cancelled my membership. You would think the $55 charge would cover receiving the answer.

I was have an issue with my batteries draining in my motorhome when plugged into shore power. Robert responded immediately and asked some additional questions. Then I asked to get a phone call and Robert called me within 15 minutes. I explained what had already done and he gave me some other trouble shooting directions and I went home and found the problem in 5 minutes thanks to his detailed directions. If I had taken this into the shop it would have cost a few hundred $$. I have already been telling all my RV pals about how great this was and will continue to use it in the future for sure. A+++
