Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Some of the most predatory marketing I have ever seen! The messaging said the answer would be $1 and renew at $60 monthly. Instead, I was charged $61 immediately. I reached out to their billing department, who were unresposive. I called their customer service department, who said I had agreed to this purchase, that it was valid from their end, and that they would be unable to refund me. By this time I had been charged $60 again. They hung up on me as I was trying to plead my case, which was a first for me. I cannot imagine doing business like this. It appears they've literally structured a business to trick people into making automatic recurring payments, then slap them with their T&Cs. How is this allowed to continue? It honestly makes me want to take them down, but that's probably the legal dramas talking.

I had an older TV that would not power up at all, despite following owner manual instructions, resets, etc. I did not know what the problem was, the cost of a repair would be or if I should purchase a new television. Just Answer provided me with an intelligent opinion of what the cause could be and what a historical price for repair might be. When I asked them further for a recommendation based on all the discussion, they then directly suggested I not seek repair and instead shop for a new product as the most economical decision. Despite that, I did have a technician come in to diagnose the problem and he determined what part failed and that indeed a replacement part was no longer available. Conclusion: the TV is dead, the technician only cost me $49 to confirm what JustAnswer provided me in the first place, although without as much technical detail. Just Answer was reliable and responsive in my case. I'm grateful even though I'll miss that old TV.

I Paid handsomely for an in depth answer to a serious legal question. The person seemed very sure of the legal advice to me, advice that never seemed right or sat well with me. They told me I had no case.I ended up talking to 3 different respectable lawyers in the area and all of them told me I have more than enough to move forward with a lawsuit pertaining to the legal question. This site charged me 70$ for misleading, unfounded answers. If you have legal questions, contact a lawyer in your area. You're probably wasting your time on this website, I'm livid. Thankfully I got my money refunded.

I signed up for the trial period and after a few days cancelled. Then the monthly bills started rolling in. I have now had multiple promised cancellations and promised destruction of my credit card details - yet the charges keep coming. JustAnswer continue to send emails effectively saying they do not do refunds. Now I am taking up time to take legal action via my credit card company to block them and claim back their fraudulent charges.

Having placed a significant deposit on a service in Tenerife realised that it was an error. With no legal knowledge of Spanish law obtained advice and had a conversation with a Spanish lawyer which was most reassuring and lifted my worry. A calling off period for services and products applies so don't hang about! Scammers operate everywhere!
I asked a legal question and i had 2 lawyers working on that because the first one did not fit with my question. They asked me more info to make sure their answers were the most personalized possible. My only complaint would be, it took longer, but I understand legal matters are more challenging. I saved a lot of money.
Apparently someone got my cc info and opened an account. Gave an incorrect email (email account closed in 2016) and an unknown phone number. They told me when I called that I had no account. Then Was told there will be no refund because I asked a question. I didn't ask a question. Had no idea this company existed until my bank statements showed a $46 charge for 4 months. I did not enroll in anything. Very poor business practices. Cannot under any circumstances recommend this company.
