“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Beware of these scammers. They offered me a consultation online worth $2. When i provided my credit card number, they charged me $68. When i called them, they said that i subscribed for their membership which a lie. It is total scam.

I explained a few weeks ago the symptoms of my moms small dog. Within 10 minutes, I had received my reply from a vet who was well versed in these symptoms. He walked me through everything that had to be done and I was more than pleased with his answer. It was so nice not to have to go to another vet to obtain a second opinion. I would not hesitate to use this service again if needed.

This company has sharp practices: asking you to pay £5 to answer your question, but automatically deducting another £35 for a membership you didn't want. Yes, of course they put some small print somewhere to legally cover themselves,.but the practice is unethical. I am one of the many that has fallen into their trap. I have terminated the membership I never asked for in the first place and requested a refund. From the many reviews below, it would appear they refuse to refund their customers's requests. Do please READ THE REVIEWS FIRST or, like me, you'll find money being taken from you that you didn't expect!

After being away on vacation, and on my return taking a routing upgrade on my personal desktop computer, I found that the property to be able to duplex print (on both sides) had somehow been eliminated. I was unable to restore it, but the Canon website introduced me to JustAnswer and following their directions, I was able to describe the process and almost immediately was contacted by their Technician. For a very nominal fee, he asked some questions, and through their program, took over my computer, diagnosed and resolved the problem. I was most pleased and impressed with the service.

I asked for advice with electrical toothbrus on call chat.

I thought expert will help me reset the device. Next: Questions were asked about my health, not helping with a toothbrush.

I have a life threatening auto-immune disease. Help was all I needed.

I explained the situation and she took advantage of it. How cruel! I was directed to a doctor for advice. No communication from the doctor side.

To go ahead I had to make a payment.
JustAnswer, has my banking details. It is saved and I cannot delete it.
Nobody assisted me. No knowledge from JustAnswer team. Beware!

Customer service does not help. I purchased a membership without realizing it until I saw charge come through my debit, on the same day contacted customer for help explained what had happened and they would refund. Never received services but I was still charged for a month worth of service.

I'm an old guy and find it hard to understand everything your electronic devises can do so when something goes wrong, I'm lost. JustAnswer was more than great as they corrected my problem and got me on my way. The price I paid was more than worth it. Thanks again

I needed help to fix a gas dryer. I got an answer from an expert. It was supposed to be $5 for the answer but they started a "membership"" for me without my knowledge at $45 per month. It took two months to get the "membership " stopped and they refused to reimburse any monies. They said I received emails explaining their policies. I did not get any emails from them except to ask if I was satisfied with the expert.I am a retired person on a pension. I really can't afford to be swindled by people like this!

I reached out twice to address a billing issue I had. I spoke to both DJ and Christina B. Both of which ended the conversation and closed out the session without transferring me to a department that could assist or reading my messages. By far the worst customer service I have ever received. I highly recommend using another service.

Horrible Customer Service. Steer clear if you enjoy the convenience of customer support.

I received practical suggestions from Dr David who was patient and accessible for the duration of our discussion. I signed up thinking it was a $5.00 fee and automatically / very quickly was charged $44.00 - I cancelled immediately after giving my card info but no credit back for service NOT used! Illegal advertising is a crime! I called to ask for a credit back and was told that they could not help me. So, hard lesson learned there. Criminals! They do not deserve one star, but no choice in the ratings here.

Didn't know this Service existed, was a bit panic and was on the internet. I was really nervous bc I didn't know if it was a scam. It wasn't, response was immediate. The vet called and help me through I thought was a crisis, Thank God it wasn't. It is comforting to know JustAnswer is a great resource in a pinch.

Justanswer.com takes advantage of the elderly. My 83 year old father was having issues with his home phone, he thought justanswer was affiliated with Bell Canada and they were going to support him in finding answers. He knew the service call would cost him money, but he was unaware and did not authorize the charge for a membership. An email has been sent to just answer, and they are trying to justify the fee that he was never told of. Shame on them. They also did not solve his issue with his home phone.

This is a scam site. I have no association, they took advantage of my parent who is on a fixed income and was NOT indicated anywhere she would be charged $46 for one question.

Had to call multiple times to ensure 1) a refund or they would receive contested charge, 2) followup with your bank to ensure they will not have access to your account ever again.

You may have a long wait time, but stick to it and you should get a refund. I hope this helps!

I talked to two different attorneys. They will not get into the specifics of the law very much, but they did point me in a general direction that my local attorney had not thought about, which was very helpful. So, for the $47 I paid each time I think it was well worth the money I spent. In addition to the initial answer, they both responded to follow-up questions even after I gave their rating which is how they get paid more than the initial $5 charge. Bravo.

Please proceed with extreme caution when utilising this website service. They offer a refundable $2 fee, without fully explaining what they are actually taking from your bank account! And then, without full knowledge, a monthly charge seems to be drawn from credit cards, that are not really explained well at the time of asking your questions? Please just be careful, as they cut off the service without offering to complete the month that is paid for! Their customer service people are a little deceptive in nature, and the advice actually recieved was very very wrong! So please be careful!

The online technician who assisted me solved the problem (a digital one involving inadvertent setting of demo mode on my new oven on a Sunday) within about 15 minutes, and directed me to the very obscure place in the manual where I could find the directions - now that I understand them - in future. Would use this service again. Sorry I had to pay (!) for a vendor's dumb manual design, but hey. I could bake again.

On a late Sunday evening our puppies started throwing up and were lethargic. My daughter had noticed they had been munching on some Poke Weed in the yard and looked it up. They had the rash and all symptoms of toxicity. I texted the JustAnswer Vet Online to see what we could do. Someone was with us in almost seconds taking information and then the vet was on giving suggestions. Both puppies are doing better. A plus was they called in a couple of days to see how they were doing. I will certainly use this service again.

I was looking for a tenant attorney lawyer for my mom. I made that clear. I agrees to pay my $5 that was "refundable at any time". Not only did they not provide the service I requested, I had an additional membership charge for $46. When I went to cancel and ask for a refund I was told they don't give membership refunds. Disputing it with my bank now, but don't bother with this company. A lot of attorneys will answer basic questions for free especially if it can lead to business.

Charging a customer not a business $66.00 a month as I ask to answer 1 question & they have debited my account now for 3 months. Ludicrous amount & will never use again. Buyer Beware as it a rip off… Not knowing ongoing contract as I am a senior trying to navigate this crazy web of technology and on a fixed income.

I was concerned my cat needed to go to the vet right away, but it turns out he was marking his territory.

While I do still plan on a vet visit, I saved hundreds of dollars by not rushing him to an emergency room
