“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Do NOT enter, you think you pay one or more dollars/Euros to ask a question. But they now have your credit card. So they start charging you (for me) 49 Euros a month with no authorisation.
CYBER SCAMMERS. Watch out. And the good reviews are written by the company.

Tip for consumers:
The stars should have a minus in front
They should inform the customer that they will steal an amount every month from their credit card through automatically signing you up for an expensive membership. This "lack of information" is the business idea of this Scam company.

Had lots of problems after an " official " WINDOWS 7 update. Tech on line corrected all of them for $50 and all still ok. I trust them enough to call again if needed. A lot cheaper than getting someone to come to my home.

For an inexperienced person trying to fix my TV, I got great advice. The technicians were very patient and answered all of my questions. Not sure if I'll be able to get it going, but learned a lot about TV function. I had watched videos to get me this far, but there was no one to answer my what Next? Questions. I have a lot of little projects that I am looking forward to being able to get help with.

A simple request from their "expert" was completely botched up on three occasions, so I complained and was offered a refund. Well lo & behold, one month later, no refund, but they have debited my credit card for a further $50. Please do yourself a favour & don't be as stupid as I was by asking for assistance from one of their "experts".

Called around and no vet wanted to see my pet chicken. She was very sick. Dr Mike sent me a treatment plan with common prescription medicines used by vets to treat dogs and cats along with dosages for a chicken that I could take to local vet. I did take the plan to the vet along with my chicken and they followed fairly close to the plan. I was so relieved to get treatment for my chicken! I was so shocked by the lack of local veterinary care for chickens. I really thought she was going to die until I found JustAnswer online. Thank You! I appreciate it more than I'm able to express in writing!

I needed an advise about my guinea pig. Was connected to the vet who was thinking I have a question about an owl. She was a cat vet and not an exotic pet vet. Her answers were so generic I truly believe "the vet" googled them. And then they charged me way more than I was initially told.

I gladly paid $2 sign up fee then realized later that i had an additional $79 charge on my credit card. They would not refund it although my subscription is now cancelled they say. Will definitely keep an eye on that. The bombard you with messages and I tried to cancel the text exchange so as not to incur charges above and beyond the $2 but clearly was not successful - they already had my card number for the sign-up fee. I feel their approach is unethical.

Never use this site! They overcharge for a basic conversation that helps nothing! Don't call for it! They say it's a $1 membership fee but they charge $31. When I asked why they said you should have read the full terms and agreements. They take money from people who have sick pets. Never trust them. They don't give refunds and don't actually care about you! They take advantage of people who are in distress over their ill pets. I will never ever use this company again.

I asked a simple question in May about tenant's rights in the state of Kansas. I am still being charged and customer service won't let me cancel my membership. It is run by bots. And when I finally figured out how to cancel my membership online, they are charging me another $34 dollars. It is all hidden in the fine print. Do not use this service.

The car was packed for a cross country drive and our Basset, whose nickname is Lucy Leave It; started gagging. Out came the crewed eraser end of the pencil as she spit up but we knew she had swallowed the rest of the pencil. Would this be another night in the animal hospital or would we pack her into the car and keep our fingers crossed. We had a great frank discussion about our options, the risks, and strategies to minimize them.

Austin was just excellent! His communications were prompt and recommendations were spot on. We tried the trouble shooting ideas he suggested and are waiting for a reply from the home owner on how effective they were. Will definitely use JustAnswer again.

I felt listened to and provided with advice I could easily follow. Although I provided considerable information as background, it would have been useful to have a template of what to provide for example when asking a question about your pet please provide information pertaining to height, weight age current drug usage and any information on medical condition. But I was very satisfied none the less.

I am writing a novel and needed legal advice in a situation in which one of the characters badly injured his wife while is was very drunk and caused her to miscarry their unborn child. The story is set in 1900 in Arizona Territory. Instead of dismissing my request, this gentleman (sorry I do not remember his name) took up the challenge and did some research to come up with information for how the husband might have been charged and sentenced. He also said he enjoyed my question and thanked me for it. I am very appreciative of his willingness to go "outside the box" for me. All of this cost me only $5.00 and I was not pressured to pay more. I hope he sees this response.

I had a problem with my washing machine and after initially contacting this site, my machine was up and running in 20 minutes. Gavin, the guy who helped me, had extensive knowledge of my product and guided me through the procedure very clearly.
The total cost was £19, which is a lot less then I would have paid to get someone out, it was also a lot quicker to get resolved and if the problem happened again, Id know how to fix it.
Would definitely recommend and would definitely use again. Cheers Gavin

Signed up. Got charged $28.00, Got an answer right away. Ordered $450 part. Was not the issue. Called and cancelled membership. 1 Month later, got charged again. I failed to followup on my online account. BUYER BEWARE! They will NOT refund your money so if you cancel make sure you go online into your account and cancel and GET THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER! I must not have hit the submit button enough times. MY FAULT I did not follow up and make sure it was cancelled. They make a ton of money this way. Very dishonest. I'd have been satisfied with honest help and paid $28 for it, but why the automatic recurring charges? The answer is obvious to me, so they can double charge every customer. Deceiving, dishonest, AND disappointed, yet again, in online services...

Use it then cancel but make sure you get the confirmation number that you cancelled!!!

I paid my $5 for an answer that was not helpful because the lawyer was not in my state. She basically said I need to find a lawyer in my state. So I logged off i was done. Then I get charged for $60 for a month when I never used the service again. I tried to get a refund but they refused. They have sneaky practices with hidden agreements and I can't believe all these positive reviews are legit. It was completely over priced and not helpful.

My 12 year old pit bull got in a fight with a possum, killed and then ate part of it. Her face was scratched and bleeding and she started trembling. The vet on call was great. She gathered information, determined that the trembling was probably a result of an adrenaline rush, so was not concerned. She made suggestions as to how to treat the scratches on her face. The consultation gave me peace of mind and saved me $250, which is the fee for the after-hours animal hospital in my area. Great service!

JustAnswer has a very knowledgeable individual there with a lot of practical tax experience that has helped me find simplified answers several times to complicated situations. I just went into business myself a few years ago, and although I have a lot of research tools and strong education, having someone with experience and practical knowledge is extremely helpful in tax preparation when you are the senior person in your company knowledge wise in that area.
