“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

My mechanic, Wolfgang, corresponded very quickly to my questions and troubleshooting probs. He even contacted the factory for car info to be accurate. He even called back in the early evening with yet another possibility and we were able to resolve a very unusual set of troubles. I highly recommend JustAnswer.

Do not give these crooks your credit card details. They will set up a recurring monthly charge. I was lucky and put in a transaction query with my bank and got my money back. My Dad was not so lucky, he didn't notice the deduction and JustAnswer increased it to $71 a month. Beware!

I signed up for JustAnswer thinking it was a company chat. I cancelled before getting any answers but I was billed anyway. Another membership charge showed up the month after I quit. They would not refund the second membership fee that came after cancellation. I never got around to seeing if their answers were good because I was trying to quit from the moment I realized what they were. I don't know about the quality of their answers but I really resent their business practice and will screen all the harder to never be tricked into calling them again. I have no image to verify: just telephone conversations and credit card bills.

Worth every penny i do my own work and run into problems sometimes and it is good to have some wisdom in my corner i remember when i would ask around and it was not always dependable i have manuals that help but sometimes leave me asking questions u got a customer for life

After contact with Adam at 'Just Answer'. My complaint of monthly extractions from my visa card has been resolved. I am grateful to say that all the $'s were refunded, and my supposed membership cancelled. The conduit to 'Just Answer' still has me wondering, but in the end this ends well. Thank you Adam.

The lawyer was helpful. Nothing bad to say about him. I do feel misled by the company. I signed but and it says $5 to send your question to the expert. Then if you want to connect it's $60 for a monthly membership. My chat popped up with the expert and it asked if I would rather talk on the phone. It was taking him some time to respond so I thought that would be quicker. It asked if I would pay $59 to talk to the lawyer and with the $5 here and $60 there I thought it was just not recognizing my membership. NO IT WAS AN ADDITIONAL $60! When i saw my bank account this morning I chatted to express my concern in the misleading nature of the extra charge. Membership clearly states connecting 1:1 with a lawyer is included. Should I have known it was extra? Maybe but the way I was suggested to chat on the phone to me was very misleading. I hope this helps someone else not get taken advantage of.

Tip for consumers:
calls with experts are extra. calls are separate from chats. you can chat but in the same chat you can click and have to pay more.

The entire process was quick, efficient and accurate. From the time I made the initial request until an action plan was defined was inside of 30 minutes. The Vet was very helpful in giving her opinion of what the problem was, and was not, with solid reasons behind both. She gave me multiple options of how to handle (least expensive to more). Her insight on what she really thought the problem was and the most efficient treatment proved to be the ultimate solution for my scenario. My dog is doing fine and her ailment has been remedied.

Cris is a genius! Fast. Professional and courteous! I had internet speed problems for months, And had tried all kinds of remedies offered by different people. But to no Avail. Cris was able to solve my problem within 30 minutes. I was little nervous giving money to an Internet service and have them take over my computer remotely, but it was a great decision and he did a great job. Highly recommend.

Don't use this site! They make it sound like it will be $5 and they automatically sign you up for a $46 monthly membership. Also, the advice given by the attorneys is very general and is information that can be obtained with a google search. Customer service refused to refund the $46 that I was not transparent to me.

I was searching for website, and chat box came asking if they can help to answer questions. There is no disclosure any charges. First, $5.00. I thought, OK that is nothing if I can do a quick chat. After 5.00 deposit. Then asking for monthly member. I skip that and realize you don't get immediate real chat unless you put more money. Now I got the email for the bill, the $5.00 is deposit, but they actually charge $24.00 in total for get answers. Then I got an answer, which is not new from what I have known. And the online messaging pops out that you can call but more charges. I tried to re-clarify my question since I felt I didn't get direct answer, The only thing the expert cares about is to give him five star rating rather than answer my questions directly. I felt I was sucking into a rabbit hole. I asked for refund. And I hope I will get the refund.

I did not want to spend a lot of money to have an appliance repair person come to my home to diagnose the problem with my range. They sometimes charge as much as $85.00 just to check the appliance over. This technician gave me some ways to resolve the problem and then told me that if it did not work what part needed replacing. He saved me a lot of money with his diagnosis. I can now purchase the part and my brother who is an electrician can install it. This is a fantastic service and I will definitely use it in the future. Highly recommend!

Don't do this website. It doesn't charge you $1. That's what it says it does. It's more! It's a scam to reel you in. You'll find those answers on your credit card afterward, and you can get better expertise elsewhere.

My only problem is that it took so long to get an answer. My computer had been beeping and a voice telling me that my computer was hacked for about 8 hours. I called Microsoft and they sent my problem to JustAnswer at 10:20 p.m. 8/27 and I never got a response until 3:00 a.m. on 8/28. Iver night My problem had resolved itself and the computer was quiet and working; however, I didn't see the message from JustAnswer until the next morning around 11. I don't know why it should have taken that long. Other than that, it was worked out well.

It is disgusting that they charge a membership each month without clearly explaining their game. Then the membership doesn't include any phone calls as that is extra. It is a shady way of getting into your wallet.
However the doctor was good.

I was recently having trouble getting access to my Paypal account and contacted JustAnswer admittedly inadvertently. I agreed to the initial test charge of $2 and then to a charge of about $56 for an expert to come online with assistance. The first expert provided some basic steps that I could take, and I had agreed to the first charge, so at least knew what I was getting into. Then, uninvited a second expert took over, at which time, I simply disconnected without awaiting any advice. When I checked my credit card balance, there was a second charge of $66 for them just to show up uninvited. Be careful in using this service! Ultimately, I solved the problem with the Paypal help line, though not without a wait...

That another JustAnswer expert could simply show up and be paid without any advice or value added by them

Basically just got in from work, realised I've been defrauded by this shower of bellends.
I ride a bike, don't even own a car, haven't got a licence. Never set up an account, never agreed to anything. Contacted customer 'bot' service, and basically got told to go away, and send an email. Takes the piss. How this is legal is beyond me. How it is a registered company is just worrying for the future...

I went to this site for help with an issue with my roku. The tech came online quickly but was unable to fix the issue. He provided me a number for roku support that didn't work. I received two charges on my credit card. One was for 1.00. Which they said was fully refundable. It's not. Another was for 55.00 for a membership that I never signed up for. I have requested a refund but I'm sure they won't refund it. This is a shady company with unethical business practices.

I have used JustAnswer a few times now (mostly for automotive inquiries) and have never stumped the professionals that have helped me out. I see others using some of the other professionals they have, like the vets for some pet issues and have not ever read a bad review on the help they received. I personally can't find anything bad to say! It's all good! I hope JustAnswer sticks around for a long time as I know I'll be using them again. I love these guys!

If you have a simple problem you can watch youtube to do it.If your problem is a little more difficult and you think let me sign up to this site your in for over charging and crap answers.I got 0 help from this site.would not Recommend.carry to a mecanic shop or just search the web.this place just repeats what you have already read online.USELESS.
