“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

My turtle who's is 13, I've had her since she was an infant, got very sick on a Friday evening. Her vet, the only turtle vet in town, was not on-call due to a situation in his own life. I sent my questions and concerns to Justanswer. Anna replied and gave me instruction including dry docking, lighting rotation, foods to try etc. I followed her advice and prayed my baby would hold on until the vet visit on Monday. I knew she was very sick. The vet diagnosed her with a respiratory infection which Anna suspected. She has antibiotic injections and remains in the animal hospital in my bathroom that Anna helped me set up.
Anna gave me priceless ideas, validated the ideas I had and he we are. The turtle LIVES. The vet doesn't think she's too sick. He does feel she'll recover.
I can't thank Anna enough for the guidance. It calmed me down and I acted. I had to try everything I could. It has been a success so far!

I've only used it for a few hours just to figure out some things. I can honestly say that it really is any amazing app for anything. The doctors were really sweet and I even asked them for advice that was so out of topic from the question I asked initially. Regardless of it being so different they listened, despite it not being a medical problem. They have helped a lot and actually made me realize a few things. I can honestly say it was worth the $5. Thank you.

My stray dog we adopted was diagnosed with heart worms. I didn't want to spend a fortune keeping her at the vets for so long. Plus I was worried she would be sad and anxious thinking we left her behind. I called to see if we kept her in a kennel during the day and the kids rooms at night if that would work without as much risk. He put me at ease that if i did that since she is young, she should be fine.

First time user of Just Answer and really didn't feel good about paying for a service and not knowing the level of support the site provides.
Like I said, I never used it before, but I do all of my own repairs on my cars and boat, so I can communicate with the right language and also know if the person offering assistance knows what they are talking about.
I explained the issue and provided my 2-cents to the problem. The person on Just Answer was quick to not only provide the needed information but also a full drawing showing my system. I was able to fix the problem without any further assistance. I'll use it again, not sure about the tipping thing? I felt I already paid for the service.

At first I thought I was on a Maytag site. By the time I finished asking my question they informed me that I just had to pay a five dollar refundable sign up fee and then o would get an answer. I figured what's five dollars? I even tried to find the catch in their terms and realized that I was entering a membership. I figured they would charge me 5.00 a month and that I would cancel immediately after getting my answer. The guy really did try to help- he was nice. But he was just reading from manuals which I could do as well. Ultimately I had to call a repairman. When I read the email they sent me it became clear it was a five dollar start up fee plus a 30.00 membership. When I called to cancel and explained that I signed up because they said it was only five dollars they directed me to the terms …. I can't say I read every word but if it mentioned 30.00 I didn't see it. Either way they do a bait and switch.

The explanation about payment was very confusing. All I remember was seeing one dollar and certainly not that I was signing up for a long-term or even limited relationship. Trying to get the payment reversed seems to be impossible. I've seen a lot of ways in my 83 years to rip people off, and this was the worst I have ever encountered.

I was sucked into paying $69 when I thought it would be $5 just to text chat with an expert and then more fees to continue. I contacted the site immediately for a refund and canceled my account, but have not received that yet. The person in the chat when you go to the site was very misleading!
They got me a refund the same day after some emails back and forth! I think it probably works for some things.

I needed to ask a question re Virginia estate law. The Lawyer who responded was not licensed to practice in Virginia and could not answer, except to say most states are similar. After posting our question, the website apparently locks you in to a yearly membership. I was able to cancel after two months but, a complete waste of money. I have no emails or receipts stating I agreed to a membership and only noticed the charge on my credit card statement.

Don't waste time or money with this service. They offer no value.

Just Answer is a money-grubbing Scam.
I had a hard drive crash on my computer one day. And searching for help, I mistakenly got directed to Just Answer, when I was looking for Microsoft Help. They did not know more than an online search could yield and they charged me 47 dollars for it. I thought I stopped the service, but they continued to draw money from account until I cancelled the account connected. I asked them for a refund but they never replied.

I got an urgent call from someone claiming to be the internal revenue. Told me I had a lawsuit against me, and a warrant out for my arrest. Knowing all to well about scammers, I immediately got in touch with Just Answer. They put my worries to rest, and made my day. If you need answers to just about any question, Please give them a try. The response we got we tried, but it was generic. I had thought about that same resolve, but didn't think it would work on our product. Not too impressed. I will call my cc company if my charge isn't refunded.

I used one time and didn't even get the correct information! Then, I was billed again for no service the next month! I Next to impossible to get a refund! As soon as I requested to speak with someone in customer service, it was all crickets! Scam!

I used this app once. Did not realize it was on a monthly basis. I'm on disability and a fixed income. I was charged 5.00 at once, then 46.00 in seven days. I thought that would be it since I had retained a lawyer. Thirty days later I was charged another 46.00. That was a very expensive one time question. I immediately called and asked them to cancel and remove the second 46.00. They said no, even though they could tell I had only used it once. What a $#*!ty thing to do. Will never recommend this site or use it again. It is definitely not worth it.

I asked a question. The response was "... join JustAnswer for only $2 (fully refundable)". In the meantime they send your question to an expert. The next page is where you enter your credit card info. You will then be charged the $2 refundable fee AND and $86/mo membership non-refundable fee which is not clear at all unless you read every word on that page. Even if you do read every word on that page, nowhere does it state the $86/mo membership fee is NOT refundable. The only refundable fee is the $2 joining fee. Super deceptive and catches tones of people! Only sign up if you want an ongoing $86/mo fee! You have been warned!

Beware of ALL the signup costs and that they are not refundable.
