Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Charged me for a month only to tell me I should just take my dog to a vet. Then after cancelling plan, they shut it off and did not refund. I literally cancelled plan 1 hour after trying. Not only did they cancel me, but it was immediate. I paid for a month tho and got 1 hour. When I asked they didn't care at all. This company is CRAP

I have been going through custody case with family law and there are just somethings you don't understand from your own legal team just answer has helped fill in those gaps I haven't got the answer to plus I was fortunate to speak to the same expert I originally spoke to twelve months ago. Very happy with response. I have also asked medical advice spot on with their response. Saves wasting time going to the doctor and they will advise if you need to seek medical advice with your own doctor.
This company is a scam. They advertise on their website that to communicate with one of their attorneys is $5 and if you want to continue with a membership, there would be a monthly fee of $65. They immediately charged me $65 and tried to convince me that the $65 charge was valid. I finally threatened them telling them that they are a scam and they kept trying to tell me that I owed $65 until I told them that they were a scam. They claim they will refund my money within 5-7 working days.

I was asking for some help with a location of a ABS Relay box and he gave me the number for the Monaco Dealer wow you don't think I tried them first, I wanted some "expert advice " or a technician who had worked on a Monaco. Nope $34.00 for a phone number. Don't waste your time or money.

My daughter, s dog got into her dog food bag, because her human 15 yr old sister left the back door open. Her belly was extremely extended, and she was constantly drinking water.We needed to know if the dog needed to go to the dog ER. I had used JustAnswer before for phone and computer questions, so I looked it up on my Ipad. A vet assistant immediately responded to my question, asked me several questions, then said the vet would answer within a few minutes.The site gives you an option of a phone call instead of typing, so I clicked on that, and immediately, a Vet called me. He had read the posts and he assured me the dog was ok and what symptoms might occur. It was a great to get an answer in just a few minutes. I would recommend this site for regular questions, and urgent ones also. Great site
My cat has a few health issues and I was feeling lost as to what to do next but I received clarity on this site, procedures in the right order to get the best results. Hopefully, that happens with my next visit to the vet now that I know what tests need to be done. I've used this site before for personal medical advice and found it extremely helpful.
My dog was sick he was shaking like he had palsy and throwing up! I didn't know what to do! I tried to call my vet who didn't have an appointment for me to come in until 4 o'clock in the afternoon and we were at 8 AM
I found this very helpful and very reassuring and after implementing what the online vet told me to do my dog was better within hours!
I did go to my vet later that day and they assured me that the advice given was great!

The "doctor" texted with a looooong "I will help you as a friend" text and I sent her my concern, photos, etc. No response…. "Hello?" No response…
I went to request a refund and she texted me right away, with another vague message…
Have not received a refund yet.

Doctor was wonderful. My Rosie ate something and or got into something. I was concerned because she was lethargic too. He told me the medication and how much to give along with bland rice and ground beef. Her appetite and energy have returned. Thank you so much!

I was given full assistance and even later directed, to another link, where I could get a list of Lawyers, who could eventually help me. Through the link, that I got, the new Lawyer asked for copies of my particulars for study and to be able to see, my case.
Hopefully, I will get my money back from London based on so-called Asset management.

Website threw a chat at me and did not say they were going to add a $40 monthly membership fee on top of the $5 that they advertised for answering the question. I saw the $40 only after my credit card company about it being a potential bogus charge -- I agreed to $5 but not to any subscription or additional charge. I have supposedly been able to cancel, and they gave me a cancellation number, but I have no idea if the subscription went away.

As far as I can tell, these people are deliberately tricking people into a subscription. I am protested the charge through my credit card company.

I entered my $1 "deposit" through PayPal on 4/1/11 to ask a neurology question. The site says answers within minutes, maybe hours. Three days later I had no answer. I finally figured out how to ask for a refund, and on 4/10 was informed, "We will process your refund manually, usually within a day". It is now 4/18/11 and I have received no refund.
I was put in touch with JustAnswer via support service for my vacuum. They charge $1 to join but there is a $37 fee for asking a question. I agreed to that, explained my problem, they told me it's probably a fuse but I need to take it to a service center. So much for experts. The kicker is that the following month I get notice from PayPal that I've been charged another $37. They don't make it clear when you sign up that the $37 is a monthly subscription charge. Just another bunch of scam artists as far as I'm concerned.

If you choose to spring for an answer on your first visit, do so. Just be aware that there are monthly subscription charges

Going to the doctor is not like it used to be. You need to see specialists and get conflicting or sometimes no information. I use JustAnswer when I need to know what another doctor (usually a specialist) thinks and would advice. Sometimes JustAnswer puts my mind at rest about a course of action one of my doctors wants to take that I'm not sure about. JustAnswer is a necessary resource for me in today's health care maze. For $50, I get peace of mind and sound medical advice.
Didn't know what to expect. I don't know how long it would have taken me to try to resolve the issue on my own. This service was fast and expert. I will have to wait for Toshiba to release audio drivers for windows 10 in order to fully fix the problem. Justin did a very good job resolving the issue as far as possible.
Had an issue with a thermostat replacement. The new thermostat did not seem to work. Having called tech assist by the manufacturers before and getting the step by step what to do responses, I decided to try something else. Pulled up JustAnswer and in seconds got an answer from an on line operator. Signed up and within a couple minutes I had Billy online answering all my questions. This kind of response is amazing and got me quickly to a decision on what to do.
I believe some may get what they want but I just got charged 68 dollars for an "expert" to tell me that I need the complete code to help diagnose the problem with my vehicle. Call company the same day they pulled 34 dollars out to cancel and found out the "membership" fee is non refundable

I was led to believe that I was paying for a 7-day trial membership for $1.00 and would be charged $55 if I did not cancel. I asked a question and didn't feel the service warranted such a high monthly fee so I cancelled the same day. 7 days later I was charged even though the cancellation was confirmed. When I called I was told, "Oh sorry. You didn't notice? If your question is answered you get charged." Excuse me? Don't ask! Vultures. Absolute scam.

Our old wireless phone handset died, so I thought I needed to try to find a replacement, hopefully without having to replace the whole system. I have had good Answers in the past, including a issue about removal of a difficult Head Lamp; that needed someone with Hands On Experience. We were receiving calls almost every day from a person in Guatemala. Could not block his calls and asked for any other steps we could take. The lawyer was back with an answer in about 20 minutes. Even though there was nothing they could do because it is not happening in Canada, the response was quick.
In a very challenging time in my life, losing my husband, the attorney took her time and explained my options. She made certain that I understood and followed up with an email offering any assistance should I think of any questions. This service gave me the information I needed to move forward. Do NOT use this website under any circumstance. You are better off to go to a professional and ask a question than unwillingly sign up for a bocus membership that noone tells you about.
They will tell you its a one time fee - than nail you with a monthly membership for 10 times the price.
Complete rip off, and these people should all be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people who need help with every day issues, and sometimes emergencies.

My problem with a dishwasher could not be resolved during our conversations because a replacement part has had to be fitted.
