“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I didn't get a response from someone until the next day, but I have a bearded dragon, so that could have been the reason why. Either way, I had a few serious questions and she was very helpful. The vet definitely put my mind at ease!

Tip for consumers:
Customer service is very difficult, so as long you don’t have any issues with the membership you should find the site pretty useful!

I used just answer about a month ago. I paid my $1 trial charge, and then canceled my membership before it renewed. I tried to ask it a different question tonight. I was fully prepared to pay the $1 again, but thank God I only had $30 on that card, because they tried to take $46!

The advertise clearly ask for $5.00 to answer my question. Immediately asked for my credit card information.i waited 20 min. And "Pearl Wilson " suggested at the moment Nobody is available to answer my question and left a *******718. At that point their website where we chatted would not let me write anything else. Simply froze. I Immediately checked my bank account and hey had charged me twice( under home repair). $5 and $40 I called the number and they said is an automatic membership to be charged every month. I called my bank and canceled card and now I need to notify all my automatic withdrawal linked to my card. So the reason I gave them a 1 star.

This organization specializes in forward billing! Even tho you call and cancel your membership you will be billed for at least two months! Don't fall for the $1 charge gimmick, you will be out almost $100 dollars by the time you get the bill!

Well, I was conversing with an attorney and he just cut me off. Ouch. Apparently, I was asking too many questions on the same topic. The problem being is that sometimes the answers are so vague that you need more clarity and thus more questions.

This is limited, so if you want specifics quickly, don't waste your time.

The Software Administrator IS a True Master! He was able to go through my computer before my very eyes on his 'connect' program at blinding speed, and repair all the errors I had made in trying to set it up myself with my limited knowledge. Many thanks to him, as I have a research paper just about due in my college Anthropology course.

I got my answer from an attorney quickly. Her response was thorough, and she spent a good deal of time going back and forth answering all my questions. The only reason I didn't give the service a five was the legal assistant asked a question that didn't make sense and it took two tries to end my membership.

I talk to Richard. He was absolutely awesome he answered all of my questions and want totally beyond what I expected. Highly recommend this site to Everybody. I have a few more questions for the city that I live in and when I get answers he told me I can finish up with him at a later date.

I've used JustAnswer 4 or 5 times. I've been very happy with the results. The last two times using them for computer tech problems. Both solved in a few minutes with no hassle. And, no high pressure to sign up for some tech program that hooks you into a monthly charge. Both of the experts were indeed experts.

Do not ever sign up for these cyber robbers. They charged me $161 plus dollars yesterday and today. Horrible. The most stupidest part is, they wire transfer money using cryptocurrencies on PayPal and somebody needs to further investigate PayPal and make both this bull$#*! company and PayPal global news online on social media on every single solitary social media platform especially LinkedIn and the mainstream media to warn especially the elderly 50 and over/people of any and all age groups.

Tip for consumers:
They are con artists alongside PayPal. And NJRide are also con artists too.

The hidden charges of $46 where as that they only mention it is $5 to ask a question. If I would have known that you would automatically be enrolled for monthly membership and also be charged I would have stayed away. Read the super fine print if it really does show up.

I had heard a variety of 'recollections' regarding Capital Gains Tax and how best to 'avoid' them but Chad filled me in on the particulars of the new tax law and helped me understand how best to negotiate the current environment. He did so in a prompt, polite, professional manner which enabled me to articulate the plethora of questions that I had accumulated. I now understand exactly what to expect and when - something I can't say as of one day ago. Many thanks and looking forward to the next time our paths should cross.

I wanted to find out if I could re-load a Kindle book as the original was faulty.
I went into Just Answer and paid €1.00 for their advice. To my horror I found out they had debited my account by not just the €1.00 but also €45.00 for membership. They omit to mention this until you pay, which triggers a membership. I thoroughly recommend anyone considering to use Just Answer to NOT do so. It is a complete scam to rob people.

After using just answer several times I became a supplier. It's helped me save hundreds of dollars on repair that I can do myself with their expert advice. I had a particularly challenge with a broken washer and used their phone support. It costs a little extra but really got me accurate one on one instant guidance. January 1st of course a day with no vet to contact I searched Google for help. Confusing articles so when this option was offered and so reasonably priced I was so grateful. The doctor who texted me was kind and direct. I can't thank him enough for his help. If it had been a situation where I needed to go to the ER vet he would have told
Me. No question. This service saved me hours of worry!

Be sure to read the website info. Carefully. They have a come on of answering your question for $5.00. However they will charge you a yearly membership of $67. I only used the service once thinking I was paying $5.00. I cancelled the membership within a few hours when I saw the charge and asked for a refund which they would not give me. So, one question cost me $72 plus a $7.00 tip. This is a scam!

I currently am having an emergency for my dog and cannot afford vet care at the moment. So I thought since just answer was offering 1 dollar for a trial membership that I would give it a shot. Not only was I not able to get helpful info, I was charged the full membership fee instead of the trial fee. Customer care is clearly to incompetent to understand and help my situation, so let the process begin, all over 28.00.
