Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I had an employment issue and needed to see if I had grounds for a legal case. The response came very quickly and was packed with details and suggestions. Also included were links to websites for me to use or research. I appreciate getting a quick, electronic response that I can refer to as often as I need, and I don't have to leave my house to get it. I highly recommend trying the service, you can cancel any time.
I have used this site in the past to ask questions about Canadian law, and the experts who answered them represented themselves as Canadian. Recently I tried to sign up as an expert myself, but the system was incapable of recognizing a Canadian driver's license as a verifiable ID. It quickly became clear that the site is US-dominated and open only to US experts, but has no qualms about representing them as Canadian (in my case). If your question is not country-specific, that would not matter. Mine were.
I contacted a VW specialist and after a few questions he had me pointed in the right direction on troubleshooting my daughters car, the service is a great tool for a run of the mill do it yourself person.
I had to be a squeaky wheel to keep my answer person on task this time.
I've had good results in the past fixing washing machines, cars, etc.
Computer systems is another story. I think the person thought I should have had better fluency. If I had such, I could have figured things out for myself... And sometimes - seems mid-session - that I lost the person. A call to the admin center brought the person back on track... In the end my issues got figured out.
After submitting my first question to justanswer.com, I assumed my response would take a few hours minimum. To my surprise, it took just a half an hour. Furthermore, the medical question I asked was not easy and the answer I received was thorough and informative. I have since asked two more questions and those responses came in minutes. I can not say enough about justanswer.com. It's a fantastic, easy-to-use service that I highly recommend to everyone.
My mother's foot began bleeding approximately three weeks after her toes were amputated. She was being given IV antibiotics for infection at this time. I was very concerned about the sudden bleeding. The doctor who responded to my concern advised that my mother should be evaluated ASAP. I could sense his urgency, so I followed his advice and had my mother's nursing home send her to an ER. Turns out the infection in her foot had gone into the bone--requiring partial foot amputation. The infection could have killed my mother had she not been evaluated ASAP.
I paid $1 too get on site and ask a question about internet phone nt working and person could not help me, and then wanted me too speak to someone else. I told him they were of no use and I would never call again. I now get charged $46 because I did not cancel. This is a sham operation. I am 85 years old
And this is not fair. Happy too pay if I get help but to charge for nothing is a fraud.

Called into Microsoft for help. I was forwarded to JustAnswer.
Stay away from this company! You will see a charge on your credit card monthly (they charged me $60 after answering one question!) and they refused to reverse the charges! Call your bank and credit card companies and put a block on this company. Their advertising is deceptive, they are unethical, and unscrupulous. I really doubt the integrity of the "professionals" who staff their company. Shame on them! Just another way to take advantage of people!

They asked $2 charges to answer the question and I authorized to proceed. But later came to know they have charged $53 for one month membership without my permission and refused to refund.
Not recommended as reliable service provider.

They played around with the way they charge you 66$ to their membership, I thought I was paying 2$ but apparently not, like I barely have money for food let alone throw 66$ on a bad website that didn't help me with anything, what a disgusting way to make money. My question was whether they can provide a doctor's note or not, but they dodged it every time, just to tell me in the end that I have to pay more money to be able to get one. What a waste of time and money.

Just Answer is wonderful. I've used it twice and my problems were solved both times. I'm a senior and sometimes I need help with my computer and camera. Their techs are so patient and yet tenacious, they will work with you until the problem is solved.
JustAnswer connected me with Dr Terry regarding how to get my lost pet back home. We have been communicating back and forth. She checks in to see if what was suggested has worked and together we adjust the planning due to the other wildlife in the area. This has been a great deal of support.
Nathan was very candid in his opinion that my printer had nearly outlived its life expectancy. He gave me a few suggestions that didn't work because it was an internal problem of the printer. It would have cost a few dollars more to start out with a new printer. I appreciated his not wanting me to waste my money on trying to retrieve the un-retrievable.
They initially charged me $5 for a service I never used, it was just an inquiry about how it works. I have lodged a dispute with my credit card company for this $5.00. I have just opened my latest credit card statement and the bastards have now billed me for a further $67.98? All this for NO service asked for, and NO service given. I haven't even spoken with anybody at JustAnswer. No contact at all. Avoid these PIGS like you would the Corona Virus!
Having to give them an undeserved one star hurts! But there is no alternative!

Dr. H did everything possible to help my 4-month- old kitty after it was attacked by a dog. Provided compassionate counsel when it became apparent the injury was too great for the kitty to survive. Wonderful service provided at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use this service again if the need to do so arises.

Dr. Kara so helped me relax when it came to my guinea pig! My piggy was squinting her eye and having discharge from it and After an internet search I saw it could upper respiratory issues. I messaged her and told her what was going on and she told me to do a flush on her eye.
I did end up going to my nearest vet the next day because she was getting more goop and I'm an over worrier. Dr. Kara was correct, I was provided prescription eye drops! They know what they are talking about! Thank you for your help! Calmed my mind a little :)
Just answer reps know their stuff (wish I did). They do provide valuable input to you. I have gotten more help from just answer than the company or should say companies that provided the phone and provide wifi service over where I reside-figure that one out.

I stumbled on this site while looking for videos on car repairs. Ad popped up ask a mechanic a question. Then made it obvious that it would be $5 for 1 week trial, then $39. I asked my questions and was charged $39. Mechanic was good, but frustrated about the surprise fee.

They are just there to rip you off! They say it's $2.00 to chat to an expert in minutes. In reality they suck you into a membership (which was not up front) $49.00 I can only presume is per mouth because soon as I found out I cancelled it. What a scam.
