Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I had a question about my divorce case I did not have a lawyer at the time, it said 5 $ trial and you get one question. I put the information in and it charged me 65$ five for the trial and another 60 for a membership I did not want. When I asked the question how I could push my divorce through when there has been no decisions made in court the lawyer took forever to answer and answered with how I could repeal decisions made in court. So absolutely nothing useful. I tried to explain that was not what I needed and still nothing helpful I asked for a refund because all I even wanted was a trial one question. Needless to say they would not give me a refund and I got nothing and paid 65$ and had to unsubscribe to avoid further charges. I feel like this is a major scam, hopefully someone takes them to court for thievery

It would have helped me to know the full cost and that they do not offer refunds, unless forced to by the law. I will never try an online cite like this again unless I get a prepaid card with only the amount on it I authorized to be taken.
The technician went through all of my troubleshooting with me. Because of his experience he knew how the oil tank was wired versus what was in my book. Jumpered the leads, alarm stopped. Ordering new tank. Will definitely use this service again

It was R725 which is alot of money to a South African, the doctor didn't even answer my question, he gave a bull$#*! answer and they claim they can't refund me on that basis.

The techncian helped me to figure out some cool VB solutions for some Excel stuff I was working on. The cost was definitely worth it and i'll keep this place in mind if i run into similar issues again in the future.

If you're comfortable on the computer and talking online this is great. You can also have a phone call for a little extra or let the computer tech remote control the computer.
They were absolutely no help at all. Then I found out that they'd made my contact a subscription and charged twice within a few days. Now I have to go through my back to get them turned off from payments. DON'T GO THERE!

Make sure you talk to a representative to cancel or you still might get charged every month without knowing. Make sure they send an email with everything to cover your butt as well with the cancelation. Got charged for 4 months after canceling my account and they will not refund me, there are no refunds period.

They say an expert will answer in 10 minutes but I didn't get a response for 2 questions in 3 days. I then got a message from an administrator saying they were still looking for a professional to answer my query (on property and planning) so I just said cancel the question and refund my money.
They'll make it look as though you can have a livechat with an expert but this isn't the case - you have to pay for each question you ask so as you can imagine, I was eager to get an answer for the 2 x £26 I'd shelled out.
It didn't work and I'm in the process of asking for money back.

I use Justanswer all the time to help with Microsoft Office. I use Word and Excel at work and while I know most of the standard functions there's occasionally a formatting or formula issue that I run into. The experts on the site are very helpful.

VERY MISLEADING.
They mislead you with a quick flash of a message to make you think that the trial is $1 and the membership is $31. But it's $1 sign up fee and $31 trial fee. On the credit card check out page, they don't show the dollar amount that they are going to charge you. You have to check your statement to double check. Upon contacting the customer service immediately after noticing, they disconnect you saying there's no response. I had to refresh the page numerous time and try to repeat the chat over and over to get to a rep that will refund me. They try to say that the price was disclosed, but its not. They never showed any info to how much they were going to charge you. 2 hours wasted, I still have a sick fish I'm trying to get help for.

Do not trap like I did. This website or app is not worth a penny of either of your time or effort. Worthless, useless and should not be even allow to operated under various US Law.

I was having problems with my Sharp Aquos 80" TV not turning on, with a blinking power light and the presence of a large dark spot in the upper right corner of the screen. My technician was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was; he gave me a range of options for a resolution that fit my situation best. I am completely satisfied with the service that received from my technician via phone call, and the price was very reasonable.
This site is a scam. Do not use it. I paid $25 for a 7 day trial period for math help. That included the math help for 2 questions. I asked 2 questions during the trial period and did not use the site again. At the end of the 7 days, i was charged ONE HUNDRED and TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS! I have contacted them multiple times and each time I get a generic response that they are upfront about their $1 trial fee and monthly fees thereafter. I replied that they again were stating untruths. I wish I had only paid $1. Why are there fees all over the place in every complaint that I read if this is a reputable company? I paid $150 for help on two math problems.
