“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

On June 5,2019, I signed up for their $5 Trial, good through June 11. I cancelled the membership on June 12 at 4:40 am. It would be nice if they'd refund the June $53 fee they charged me, but they've continued to charge me for 6 months. UPDATE: I received a nice note of apology from them and a refund of the 6 months I'd been charged. I'll probably use them again.

I cancelled my membership about an hour after signing up when i realized this was all texting communication and extra costs to speak on the phone

I was told my membership was cancelled immediately, but despite only having the service for about an hour before cancelling, they did not refund.

So, they neither refunded me not permitted me to use the service and this week i got an email that my membership is now cancelled so it looks like maybe they lied to me and i was entitled to use it for the month of service they stole from me.

Don't trust them.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware this is a fee for strictly texting. The lawyer i got was not very knowledgable and their refund policy does not exist...even after just an hour they won't refund if you cancel.

I told the lawyer and consultant all the information I already knew from my local lawyers. I paid the consult fee. They told me everything I knew. Then didn't tell me it was a monthly fee. So I've been charged the lawyer holding fee, and two months of 66 each. In my consult online I advised I needed advice for London England. They should have said from the beginning they couldn't help me because it's out of their field. For nothing. Horrible. Dreadful. Don't use them. Pay 250 for a consult with your local lawyers.

I paid an attorney to assist with reviewing our HOA documents. The attorney was paid but later said he was ill and would return the money. That never happened. When I called JustAnswer I was told they could not help me recover the money because I cancelled the autodebits from paypal. I still have the remaining portion of January and still no refund. The attorney was given 5 stars which I didnt give him.

Tip for consumers:
buyer beware. They initial information is great but if you require premium service you may not get it and they will not help get your money back. Also don't bother trying escalate, their customer service seems to be outsourced to jerks.

Sometimes the advice is the exact answer you needed for your problem at other times the advice is a general observation or suggestion that opens up new areas to explore that weren't thought of until then. Outside counsel is usually always beneficial and that is what JustAnswer provides.

Correct answer which enabled us to fix problem quickly. Long wait for answer. Tipped expert but, cancelled service because I didn't think I was getting an answer. Time listed was 8 minutes. I believe answer came in about 45 minutes & i was ready to give up. Saved unlock fee & learned something new so that I was able to charge battery & drive to get a new battery!

My tech, Adel Mozip helped me with a Linked In problem. He stayed on the phone with me quite a while, was professional, and fixed the problem that nobody else, not even Linked In could fix. He offered further advice and information. I was skeptical of this company, as so many on line help companies are scams or in other counties and not regulated. I had to wait a while until Adel called me but was very happy with the results. It was worth it to talk in person and be able to get immediate answers to questions.

I was in chat online with JustAnswer.com on 4/21/23 regarding a legal matter I need advise on. I was assured that I would be connected to a lawyer upon my submitting my cc agreeing to pay only $5.00 fully refundable fee. Not only did they immediately charge me $60.00 instead, but they did it twice in a row!
Then, the chat was not accepting any comments that I tried to send them. Questioning them why did they instead charge me a total $120.00? The fact that they charged me $60.00 two times, then the chat was not accepting any comments confirms that this company is a FRAUD and others should be aware!
My cc company restricted this purchase and alerted me via text to allow me to I decline. Apparently the cc company is FULLY aware that this company has a history of FRAUD. Please be aware!

Tip for consumers:
This company poses as a source / option for LEGAL HELP, that portrays themselves as experts in connecting you to quality help. While they are debased and scum and nothing more!
They should be taken down.

David was great, he stayed with me, ensured me that even if we hung up, that the call would continue as I went through the intermediate steps of diagnosing the problem. He saved me from a costly trip to the repair shop, and for that I am grateful. He was professional and courteous, and respectful of my needs. I would recommend David to anyone with a car issue that they might be able to diagnose themselves, before making a costly trip to the repair shop.

I need some help with filing taxes for my deceased son, previously I had already pulled up a form but wasn't sure it was the right form, not only was the Estate Attorney very professional and a expert he showed such compassion for my loss. That mattered more than anything especially it was my one and only son I think this is a excellent service that you provide for a Senior Citizen such as myself. The majority of the Tax consultants that I went to wanted me to pay rom $350.00 on up and since I knew that I wasn't paying for my business taxes to be done I felt that was a bit to much. I'm not computer illiterate so I do believe I can do it online just need to know what forms to fill out! So the information given to me has allowed me to save a lot of money its good to know that I can come here and pay instead of paying more than is needed!

My conversation with Appliance Guru about my broken dishwasher ended when I no longer had the tools (and strength) needed to continue chasing down the problem. It was helpful though because he provided the diagnosis and most likely solutions to the problem. I felt much more secure and prepared to deal with the live repair person.

When I asked Appliance Guru for a recommendation for a repair person in my area who was knowledgeable in my brand, he gave me the name of the most expensive appliance repair service in my area. I needed to do my own research to find a reasonably-priced (with an additional coupon) appliance service company to fix my dishwasher. And they did --the same day.

I wanted a one time answer for 5$. Instead, I was signed up for a membership costing me 35$ that I did not want! I don't know how this is not considered theft and false advertising. Thank god i caught it before I was charged monthly. This is so deceptive and do NOT recommend.

How do I unblock a friends number. I blocked it by mistake. I needed an answer as soon as possible but ti seems like nobody knows how it can be done. This is a concern to me because any one can block someone by mistake.

Company is a fraud, they keep on charging your account and there $5 fee is just a scam. Beware! Even after you pay for the service you received. I contacted them and they told me the will not give me my money back. They are awe full. The don't inform you that they will enroll your account on auto pay

I had a terrible experience with them. They are here to charge your card and that's it. I tried them once, these great experts - I would call them burglars were never able to help me. But they were av=ble to charge my card for a 46 membership that I never signed up for. When I called them to see who approved to charge my card month they said I had confirmed on an email which is 100% not true. When I asked them for proof they were unable to give it to me. They kept on transferring me to different departments that will be able to show me the email that a agreed to sign up for the membership. There was nobody in the entire business that was able to forward me the proof - shows us all that they don't have it. They were all like we don't have access, I'm so sorry. In other words, they are here to charge your cards and lie. That's about it!

Not helpful and they trick you into a membership. When our dog was in distress and we were out of town, we someone ended up on this site. By the time we got connected to the "professional," the advice was to go to an emergency vet. We were already on the way.

Mike was incredibly patient and helpful as we worked our way through my difficulties.
A lack of audio was a problem causing Mike and I to write abbreviated notes to each other, but we reached a satisfactory result.
My computer is now going as expected.

I had a legal query and was just Googling around to try to find an an answer. Before I knew it I was on "Just answer" and connected via their Live Chat feature. I asked my question to the legal associate and was told to give brief details so it could be passed to a lawyer. So within 30 minutes of logging on to Google I had got legal advise for a very low fee! I am now using that advice to take it further. I would highly recommend their services.

I got answers to a car & cell phone question promptly. In regards to the car problem I used the telephone option which I highly recommend, so that you do not go back and forth between the car and your computer.
Also the technicians do not leave you until you are satisfied.
Great concept!

False advertising. Woman / bot advertises a $2 refundable fee and then quickly charges you $70! False advertising, misleading and even if you cancel subscription. I didn't accept any terms and conditions, BTW, you still don't get refunded. There are 100s of reviews similar to mine on product review. Can't believe I've been scammed.

This site is awesome and so was the Urologist that they connected me with. I tried to shorten the description of my problems, ( I didn't want to burden them with too many details) but they showed great patience with me, and was able to obtain the information they needed in order to advise me, of my next step that I need to take. Which is to contact my Urologist. It has been 24hrs.and I'm still waiting to hear back from my doctor. Where as, this site got back to me right away and spent a lot of time with me. I wish my own doctor showed the same respect.
