“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Rosie chewed on a tube of Gold Bond Itch Cream. Of course, I panicked. I have had this kitty since she was a tiny baby so I was sort of freaking out. But the Just Answer vet calmed my nerves. My Rosie is just fine! Thank you! I think the vet was Dr. Rebecca.

We gave them our credit card to charge us $1 for an answer which was not helpful - take apart our TV, basically break it. Pretty sure their agents are just googling things. But then they charged us a $46 a month subscription. Called Discover Card and apparently, this site does this all the time to people. Gives them a price for an answer and then signs them up for a subscription without their permission.

No Vanessa. I will not be contacting you. I already tried to contact your company about this and didn't get a response, so I disputed the charge on my credit card (the $46 membership I didn't sign up for, but you can have the $1 I agreed to even though you didn't answer my question - I guess you get what you pay for). You can respond to the dispute request if you would like. Discover is apparently very familiar with your company.

Tip for consumers:
Do not give them your credit card or bank account information if you don't want to sign up for their subscription service.

If you have any inclination That you are getting texts promising you money if you'll send a small amount of money, ignore them, they will rope you in, promise you the moon, and you'll get nothing but heartache. Don't let them in your life, I did, and I've lost thousands of dollars with nothing in return but heartache.

I did not know how to get this question to a lawyer, so I sent it to my antique appraiser and asked if she could get it to the right department. I got an answer from the correct drepartment the next day, and they are giving me some great advice on my problem. Thank you Just Answer. You always come through

I got my legal question answered very quickly, and the lawyer I was chatting with was willing to dialogue with me till I totally understood the answer. Great service! It was also nice that I didn't have to leave my home to go to a lawyer appointment, because I live very far out, away from town.

I am extremely upset with the level of communication from your company!
I was unaware that I was signing up to a membership and I have now paid £80 for a question that wasn't even answered correctly! I will warn people away from using your platform. It felt very underhanded and hidden in the small print.

I needed help figuring out what was going on with my washing machine. My expert, Tyler, was able to diagnose the problem fairly quickly based on the feedback I gave him. He not only figured it out, but he sent me a link to the part we would need and a video on how to install it! The cherry on top is that I did cross check the part against a few other sites and the store link I was given was the most competitive! Would use this site again!

Doctor didn't even read what i told the main chat agent... Was obvious he had no clue about my symptoms and he rushed me out with a 100% wrong diagnosis. Just sent it and ended chat. I was shocked at how bad the service was! I rarely take time to leave a review unless for exceptional service but this was sooo bad that I had to. So shocked at how little this doctor tried and how quick he rushed me out and ended session.

This place just ripped me off I asked one question advertised on hole web page I ask question basically there answer was I need leagle help to get grandparents rights paid 5 bucks went about my day.next day my account is in over draft the charged another 5 dollar and 50 membership fee if you don't stop service they bill you 50 every month till you cat h it. Customer service said information was in fine print it's all league. Scam stay away I'm so upset uim spelling horrible contacting bbb next

I engaged and hoped to benefit from what I thought might be a good service. They said $2 to pose a question and then proceeded to charge me $79 without me knowing it. Customer service refused to refund and disconnected and I have seen multiple reviews noting this service does this to their customers. So unfortunate.

Tip for consumers:
The doctor’s advice was not actually addressing my issue. I had to keep asking and clarifying and then ended ip having to get a different opinion. I asked 2 doctors on this service (supposed to be free or so I thought for the first question). They were pleasant and responsive and I think the service would be great but it is WRONG to mislead your customers about charges.

This is a great site and I would use it again, however, the answer I received was information I already knew. So I asked for a refund. There was absolutely no questioning my reasons. I now feel confident to use this site again without worry. It was a true testament to their guarantee. I highly recommend using this great tool. Thank you!

The company has very fine print regarding their policy. The membership must be cancelled on later than 7 day. I was one day off, businesses were closed om Memorial day. I was on out of town and just came back. Cancelled my member ship, as for a Refund of my $30. I was ONE day off, the Customer Service rep. Keep repeating himself that I was past the grace period. REALLY ONE DAY! Wow. Terrible customer service. Very misleading Its $1.00 for seven day trial period, but that is not to be found in bold print. I won't ever use this service and caution everyone that intends to maybe use this service to got directly to a ER Veterinarian... This is a scam

My beloved mechanic just saved me thousands of dollars by confirming that there were suitable repair parts that could replace the OEM parts at a fraction of the cost. The car would be as safe and operational as with the original OEM parts. Even the local dealership agreed with the conclusion of my advisor. Thank you

Our Goldendoodle pup eats everything! We heard him crunching but he swallowed a yellow wire nut. I wasn't sure if I should induce vomiting. Within ten minutes of logging on the computer I had my answer. Dog is fine. And I could sleep after, can't ask for more.

I've always struggled to get real time live support for Microsoft365 because of their virtual bot system which asks general questions. I had a very specific problem which needed solving right there and then. Sushil Singh was incredible. He was prepared to stay until it was solved. Well worth the money!

My first paid answer was a great test of this system. The first expert got me closer to my answer and then he was able to open my question to other experts. Another guy picked up the dialog and send me the spec sheets needed to find the hidden relay and fuse. Well worth the small fee, to save me hours of grief.

* after multiple days and communication with nine different representatives, Just Answer did refund the membership fee. I still urge anyone to read the fine print, but am satisfied that they finally did the right thing.

Be wary of their hidden membership fee ($40CAD) when agree to you ask a question ($2). AVOID at all cost. I cancelled within seconds of realizing the additional charge, before receiving a reply to my question, and multiple "customer service" reps said it is policy and in the fine print. I did not even use their service. They acknowledged my cancellation, but still charged. Borderline SCAM. Use a local reputable vendor. Not some unknown rep/ai/gptchat.

Tip for consumers:
* resolved after many communications and effort.

Customer service is horrible. Some customers may get answers, but I cancelled immediately because of the hidden membership fee and was essentially told to pound sand. Very unprofessional. No comment on their techs as I did not use their services.

Just answer is a gimmick, watch out! They stole unsubmitted money from me. Beware, the $1 fee is a ruse to get into your checking account. They charged me $46.00 without my ok. I'm hoping eveyone gets this message. I had to pay $32 in overdraft fees for their theft.

I wrote a question 2 days ago, ticked urgent box. Screen message said questions usually answered within 10 minutes, maximum 24 hours. Not so. I'm still waiting. My question is very urgent, if I had known they were so false, I could have made an appt with a solr. Now it is too late, my meeting is tomorrow and I need an answer. I will be taking this further. It's a disgrace, especially coming from the legal profession (Ireland), but actually, doesn't surprise me. I would give 0 stars if that were possible.

I was looking for help when my new 7lb puppy swallowed a nurf bullet and I didn't know what to do. After talking with someone they lead me in the right direction. I did end up taking her to emergency vet and they got it out without surgery! Thank you so much for your expertise.

JustAnswer has bailed me out twice now. My original experience was 8 yrs ago when my '01 Xterra would start one time but not 10 mins later, then maybe start in an hr. Being that I had moved into an apt and had no tools I was limited to what I could do. Tech nailed it first shot, told me to check fuel pump connecter for green corrosion. Then supplied me with a PDF detailing the recall notice for said issue. It was a job I would not have been able to tackle at the apt! More recently, a second Nissan Tech was able to confirm my suspicion of having a timing belt incorrectly installed on my Xterra. He helped me several times decipher through the bull the shop was giving me as they refused to accept the fact they messed. Thanks to him I cut my losses and took my car to a different shop. THANKS JustAnswer!

I have been constantly receiving phone messages stating that my Social Security had been 'hacked' into and that I needed to call these people to get it taken care of. I called and the guy wanted the last four numbers of my social security. I didn't feel comfortable at all, because I had been getting the same message quite a bit from the same phone number. I decided to get on my Social Security account and see what was going on. Thankfully, I did that because the lawyers from JustAnswer were awesome with helping me. I was even told that I could go to prison for not working with them.

The entire event was a learning experience for me. It's nice to know there is someplace to go when you are being scammed and are not certain of things. I will definitely use JustAnswer again if I have more problems with scammers.

THE worst happened. I lost, not misplaced my Saab ignition key, and bracing myself for the rumored $2,000 fix which includes removing some sending unit under the passenger seat and then SpaceXing it to Mars for bench work, I remembered your service. Within minutes the answer came back with a link to an eBay product I never would have found. Saved my bacon!
