Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Bart was the ford mechanic that answered my question even though it was time consuming. There was a problem with my AC system in my Ford F150. Had tried the typical solutions, but they didn't solve the problem. Emailed with Bart and tried something else. It got down to where it was probably an electrical issue. Bart did the most fantastic job of talking my grandson through testing the fuse box and wires which diagnosed the problem. It was time consuming but Bart didn't rush us which we really appreciated. I will bring all of my truck problems to Bart!

I wanted a way out of a contract I signed under the influence of prescription medication. As per the lawyer's advice, the contract was "fixed and binding" so I could not rescind it. The lawyer was sympathetic to my case, and suggested a few alternate ways of resolving the issue. He apologized for not being able to provide the answer I was hoping for but I needed a very clear and correct answer now.
I recently purchased an old Miata about 6 months ago with over 150,000 miles. JustAnswer has been a great rescource for getting answers about issues I have. I have used the site three times and each time te expert was able to help diagnose and provide a solution for what I needed. They do send quite a bit of email and try to get you to sign up for a membership so watch out, but besides that it is a great service. I would use it again!
Thanks to Tyler I was able to do my own repairs on my Fisher Paykel 2 drawer I dishwasher! I bought the part on Amazon, but needed help with installation. Last night I ran a successful load of dishes!
I called with an HVAC question. The tech was unable to help, though he wouldn't admit that, and just wanted to keep me texting. I was very surprised to see I'd been signed up as a member for $37.00/ month.
RIPOFF
On their chat, they told me that they were going to charge $1 for a week trial and and proceeded to charge $30 instead. When I called them, they refused to honor their word and said that I had accepted a membership because I post a question. I told them that that is not what I was told before receiving help. They said that nothing in the chat says anything about $1 week trial. When I looked back to the chat they recorded on my account, they conveniently cut the chat transcript just before the week trial was offered so they could say that there's no proof. To make it worse, both times I called customer service to request a refund, they hung up on me. So... just know that you will receive the service but there's not such thing as a trial period and that the customer service sucks.

I found this while searching online for an emergency vet in our area. So, I decided this was worth a go until I could find somewhere to take my dog. Dr. Perry responded immediately to my question and walked me through what to give my dog to induce vomitting, stayed with me when he did, instructed me what to do next with activated charcoal and assured me he would answer any questions if I still had any as the night went on. I texted him late after my dog vomited again and there he was right there answering more questions and reassuring me. He literally stayed with me from 6pm to 10:30 pm while taking care of my dog. Dr. Perry, thank you for helping me and thanks to you and your thorough explanations of what to do next saved my dog! My vet checked his liver levels and they are fine! You're the best!

Talk about misleading - you need an answer to a simple question, they say they'll answer it for $1, then charge you $50. Disappointing to say the least - and no refund! Avoid this place at all costs and find a site that's honest about what it will cost to have your question answered. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

I called this service several days ago with a serious question about FIP in cats. I got a Dr. Will who states he is a horse expert as coauthor of some type of journal. Once the site got my info I was put in the 'waiting room' and informed that I would receive an email or text message when my question was answered. I waited and waited and then, to pass the time I look up reviews for Just Answer on the web. As soon as I saw the reviews I called my credit card company and had my account changed.
I went back to the site and saw that I was still in the waiting room an hour later and now my question was being reviewed by several experts. I closed the site and thanked God for seeing the negative reviews before I got ripped off.
I made the contact, explained my issue, was connected to a technician and in lees than 20 minutes the issue was solved and the system back up and running properly. I would recommend this efficient and effective process to anyone with computer issues. This was solved in much less time then I could of driven to a computer store for assistance.
Jason was very professional and knowledgeable. I would absolutely use this service again. I was able to troubleshoot my marine engine problem and perform the repairs myself without waiting for weeks for a local mechanic. The service saved me big bucks!
Tried canceling claimed i didn't. They are an awful service who didn't allow me to obtain a refund after it didn't successfully cancel last month, because of there bogus charge. All they do is drag you along in a drawn out convo so you get bored, and don't cancel. Crooks

My dog ate some OTC medication and I rushed him to the Vet. I wanted a second opinion on the diagnosis, so I contacted JustAnswer.
