“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I contacted a mechanic (sic) to gain assitance with a riding lawnmower problem. Not helpful, I was more knowledgable than the mechanic. Then they began billing me $53 monthly. It's a scam, there is no information provided detailing you are signing a contract.

That was my first experience with JustAnswer. Situation was beside critical. Peaple from another continent gave as much as they could and very short time. Perfect job. I wish all proffs work like JustAnswer do.

Beware of JustAnswer. It's not as cheap as they advertise. They lure you with answering a question with a few dollars but without your acknowledgment they charge you over 50$ for membership fees and get this, it goes on auto-renewal automatically on your credit card. So for a simple answer, it will cost you a membership fee of 53$ plus the fees of the question. Never again. It's a legal scam basically.

I asked a question on there platform and was told by there staff that it would cost A$2 to have my question answered. I was also charged A$42 at the same time. This is apparently a monthly membership fee and when I cancelled it and asked for a refund they refused the refund and basically told me I was in the wrong.

They will rob you.

I didn't understand that I signed up for something that just kept on going. I don't even have an account showing on my phone. No information at all. How do I get out of something that I didn't even know I was enrolled in, without any membership information? My fault for not diligently checking my credit card statements, but now I just want to end this membership. But I have no account information to do it with.

That this wasn't just a one time thing. I didn't know I was signing up for a continuous paid service.

I "cancelled" my membership over 3 times where they re assure me that I wont be getting charged again but I still do. Even though I get confirmation emails and text messages stating that y membership has been cancelled, my bank account statements say other wise. DO NOT SIGN UP to this total scam of a company. I am left giving these people a 46$ monthly payment for free.

Thought I was buying a one time consutation for a low price. Then was charged over $60 for a membership. The only response was I'll mention it to management so this doesn't happen to other customer. What a joke.

Tip for consumers:
I would avoid it. I have read that it is very difficult to get refunds and you won't know they signed you up for a subscription.

I found Justanswer when I noticed that coolant was leaking into the passenger floor of my car. I had never heard of this issue before I was afraid something was really wrong. I talked to a mechanic and he was able to give me some info that I could take to a car shop. It turns out he was right. I felt more confident that I wasnt being duped by the shop.

Be wary of using this company, they charge you for the question answered by a so called expert * if you're lucky! Then without telling you or asking you if you want it they use the card details you gave them to set up a recurring payment for membership/subscription to JustAnswer and unless you keep a close eye on your account they continue to take money from you every month. I wrote on their Twitter page about what they did and on their tweets & replies it is full of people they've scammed in this way. So use Google or ask a friend it works out cheaper.

Tried to get help with tech question. Got connected to a technician. After a few minutes, he disappeared. Called customer svc. They said my membership was cancelled. Had them reinstate me. Contacted another technician. He too disappeared. Back to customer svc. They said my membership was cancelled 3 years ago. Hung up, very disappointed. Would not recommend.

They trick you and advertise 5 dollar answers but in the fine print no one reads your quietly charged a membership fee for $46. Dishonest and deceptive. Dont use them Horrible!

After asking for an idea of a price to a simple variation of deed.
I extensively explained the straightforward information, asked how much I would be expected to pay for this service,
The receptionist I was on to said she would transfer me to a lawyer to finalise not question as she has given the information to an appropriate lawyer.
All of a sudden it flashed up £5.00 for answer
Which I payed
Unknown to me I was to pay another £5.00 in three days time, up to fifty pounds
Of course I have heard no answer to my question, I cancelled my subscription and was asked why!

I desperately needed some information on how to get out of a contract which was locking me into a dreadful situation. Your legal expert gave me all the information I needed immediately. I have no doubt that it was only because I was fully armed with this information that I was able to present my argument in a logical way and make my escape.
I might have had to pay a fee but because I am out of that contract I shall be saving a whole heap of money. I shall definitely use this service again!

I asked for help with my computer, regarding Windows 7 converting to Windows 10, which I did not want. Contacted this site, and received several e-mails, that I could not view. Thank goodness I had saved the contact while talking with the computer person, John. He did not get my problem fixed. I had to take my computer in, and was only charged 60.00, but was charged 35.00, and 5.00, and am happy to pay since they tried to help. But today a week later was charged again 50.00 for no reason, since I have not contacted them since. Very disappointed. Unable to view emails sent, wanting a review, so I am writing this letter, for other consumers to see, so they can make a decision, as to whether they should use this site for any type of help. I want a refund of the 50.00, and have wrote them by email, and asked for my credit card to be refunded, or will contact the Better Business, or consumer affairs. I hope this resolves the issue. Had an issue with an RV furnace. Randall got right with me and after a little back and forth had the problem narrowed down to a couple of things - he was right. Had to get a professional to do the work, but understood what I was getting into because of my chat with Randall at Just Answer.

They have no idea what they are talking about - asked about a 9 year old dog and they kept calling it my puppy - no not in like she is always your puppy - no like in they are uneducated - you do not use a vet assistant for professional advice - I call bull$#*!

The vet that helped me was incredible. She was prompt, caring and honest with her advice. My cat was lethargic at the time I posted my question. Within 24 hours she was up and moving around and within a few hours after that she was playing as she had before she became ill. I would highly recommend this service to anyone that loves animals.

Got the answer I needed to what to do when my dog ate a blood pressure pill accidently dropped on the floor. It just took a little longer than I was expecting to get an answer though. Don't know if it was a normal response time or just longer since it was on the 4th of July?

I was being scammed by what I thought was was a pretty Russia girl. The lawyer that helped me informed me that it it could be a dirty, rotten scam. He was right, and I did get rid of who ever was behind the money asking scammer! I highly advice anyone with a problem to run it across these guys first, they saved me hundreds of dollars... really!
