“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I was satisfied with my concise answer - for $5.99, it was worth $ it. Then I received two months of sixty-dollar charges. It appeared I signed up for a subscription. I have no idea where the wording was when I did it. I made that mistake, but I couldn't contact anyone to help me out.

I had used Acrobat XI pro for years. Recently, my IT guy deleted XI pro from my computer since he believed that XI pro may carry a higher security risk than 2017 pro. The Adobe tech support immediately responded to our concern. The tech support was professional and quick.

Doris responded immediately to my question about the value of two antique cabinets. She provided instructions for how to upload photos, then gave me a realistic appraisal and detailed guidance for how to proceed to sell the antiques. I especially appreciated her cautions about accepting cash only and how to handle transporting the items. This service is a great value.

Suffered from a persistent fever last month. Nothing I did, could bring my fever down. Finally, contacted justanswer experts for an advice and started feeling better within a weeks time. They were like a life savior for me. Because of this fever, my work was getting affected, which in turn was affecting my mental peace. The experts were very responsible and understanding. Comforted me throughout the session as such fevers are normal and that I shouldn't get all worried. Now every time I have an issue, justanswer experts are the first people to come to my mind.

I signed on and made the misyake of giving them my credit card information. The charge was supposed to be for $5, instead they charged me 22.00 and gave me the same information I would have gotten if it had been Monday and I could have spoken to my vet. Nothing was solved. It is my fault for not reading the information that tells you if you get an answer from a vet you are charged 22.00

I'm sorry for the confusion about the good faith deposit. An initial $5 deposit is required at the time the question is posted and the balance of the question price is collected once an Expert responds to the question.

This information regarding the deposit is displayed on the page where the customer is prompted to submit their payment details and questions are posted only when the customer acknowledges and accepts the payment terms. It sounds like a Vet responded to your question which is why you received a charge for the balance due. I hope this clears up the confusion about your charges but please let me know if you have any questions or if I can be further assistance.

The idea behind the website is to provide a convenient source for access to professionals in cases like the one you described where the Vet isn't open on the weekend, if you need a quick response for peace of mind about an issue, we try to connect customers with professionals in these fields that are available so that we can save you some worry and hassle. This website will lie and scam you out of your money. They are unethical, misleading, and will not help you. They advertise their "$1" fee, and promise to answer your question for that cost. Instead, there's actually a $40+ membership they hide, that is mandatory and nonrefundable.

The $1 join fee is inherently predatory and designed to scam consumers out of their money by using a low value to lure in customers, just to then hide the real cost and bill it to them once they've captured their payment information.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

While it may be helpful, you are likely being billed way more than you think, and you won't be able to get that money back because the customer support is entirely useless.

Tip for consumers:
The $1 fee is a lure, they will bill you significantly more and you’ll be unable to get that money back. Stay away.

I think your service is valuable for people like myself who do not have unlimited funds to troubleshoot and repair everyday automotive issues on their vehicle. I would stress that the correspondent be made aware of the many variations in vehicle design and operation. It would also be very helpful if the correspondent has a basic knowledge of mechanics, automotive systems and accesability to workshop and wiring manuals that relate to his or her specific problem. Assuming that people know more that they actually do and throwing parts at a problem are not helpful to sound logical and good troubleshooting procedures.

Major Rip Off. They charged for an answer but without your knowledge they sign you up for a subscription (whatever that is) and charge your credit card the same fee charged to answer your question every month until you catch it. Avoid at all cost. I paid $18 dollars for 3 months for a 'subsciption' and got nothing for it.

I had a medical question that was time sensitive and after paying $25 I had to then sign up for a subscription to get my answer in less than seven days. As the question was, should I go to the emergency room, I had to sign up. My time with the doctor was about two minutes so they billed $750 / hour and still wouldn't answer the question until I paid more. They essentially extort money from people who are in need of information quickly.

There is no limit to the amount of time that you can speak to an Expert on the site. You can come back to the conversation and ask any clarifying or follow-up questions that you might have about the initial issue that brought you to the site. The Q&A page is intended to generate a conversation between yourself and the Expert, in this case a doctor, similar to what you'd have in person.

Also, the membership feature is an offer, not an obligation. We apologize if that was misinterpreted. There is also no default 7 day waiting period to receive an answer. It sounds like you might have mis-read or misunderstood the membership offer, which is a 7-day free trial. Typically a question posted to the site will get a response from an Expert within 30 minutes, with many responses coming far faster.

It's a scam! Please please do not use this site. I signed up for a free service and didn't even know it's a subscription. Just lost £60 for nothing and they wouldn't give money back. The customer lady hang up on me too. Hey

I just moved and had my land phone packed until I could reconnect it in my new location. I lost the directions on how to enter the greeting message in the answering device. This was my first time seeking advice from a lawyer regarding unfaithfulness, mistreated as an employee. The advice given surprised me as an employee's rights. I am going through the advice given and I am completely satisfied at this stage. For a small fee it is worth your stress and worries and they even have a call me for a small fee which is by far worth your time. You need a lawyer? Come to just answer. I am a satisfied client.

I needed a service manual for my Veracruz, but because they didn't sell enough of them the manual writers didn't make one for it. So I got hold of JustAnswer and they gave me a couple resources and one of them was a hit. Thanks! I just don't care to pay so much for the service since I don't use it very much. That's why only 4 stars.

I used justanswer.com for a veterinary question regarding my dog. She was having a sudden condition and I was quite concerned. I provided the symptoms online to a vet and got some thoughts that turned out to have nothing to do with her ailment. It cost me $18 and it was a complete waste of time. It is no substitute for consulting a real specialist -- laywer, doctor, vet. There aren't shortcuts in life and you get what you pay for. I will not be using this site again.

My boiler on my range started up by itself. Couldn't shut it off had to disable the element so we could use the range. Your tech said it must be the control board, so if I can find one I'll see if that will fix the problem..

I called my local vets office and they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. I let the Vet on Just Ask know what was going on and he recommended a medicated shampoo I could buy online. And gave me directions in how often to use it. He helped me more than my own vet.

This company told me after I posted my question that there was a $1 dollar fully refundable charge. When I went to their site It covered the $1 AND then said there was a $46 fee. I do not know that I literally signed on, but apparently I did. I will never go on this site as these charges are horrible and apparently when you go to this page, it signed you up automatically... I would warn others of this site that automatically sign you up.

They hooked me up with a Ford expert on the phone who walked me through resetting the engine computer on my Ford Fusion and got it running again. Quick and easy and inexpensive compared to having to get it towed to the dealer for repair. Thanks!

Even after a subpar interaction where I was not given a direct answer, I was charged 3 times for $46 of service that I never used. I feel practically robbed of $140. This practice of business of hiding a membership fee that is not advertised clearly is actually disgusting. After making contact with the company themselves, I was notified that there is no chance of a refund. Please do yourself a favor and steer clear.
