“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Just answer is really great because alot of times i need to just clarify something with a mechanic, I really appreciate being able to do so, and if it gets a little more involved I can throw them some cash for the help. Its a great way to bring expertise and demand for it together in an efficient way so everybody wins.

The answer that i got to my question was useless. I did not receive my $5 deposit back, instead $37 was deducted from my account even though i was not satisfied with the reply. Then on the 08-11-2016 $56 was deducted from my account as a membership fee. Something that i never ordered. Stay well away from this lot.

My lawn tractor quit running, lots of gas, full battery. No power to ignition, thought I needed new switch. JustAnswer told me remove battery and there should be a fuse in the wiring harness, sure enough, blown 20a fuse (which I had a couple laying around) inserted fuse, reinstalled battery... Lawn tractor started right up.

I wrote asking how to upgrade my computer from Windows Vista to Windows 7. The answer was that it could not be done until the computer manufacturer issues a new service pack and that I should just wait until that happens (it has been 5 years since I bought the computer and the manufacturer still has not issued the service pack). For this advice I paid $47.00.

Tip for consumers:
They advertise that they will return your money if you are not satisfied. Your request for a refund must be submitted within 30 days. I did write them expressing my dissatisfaction with the answer immediately after receiving it,, but I did not specifically request a refund. Unfortunately, I was not aware of the full cost until it appeared on my credit card statement, and I was travelling when the statement arrived, so I could not answer within the 30 day period;

I asked one question, I thought it was a one off payment. I have just realised you have been taking been taking £35 over the last 5 months equalling £175 for one question, that actually was not helpful. I feel pretty stupid now. I am elderly and not tech savvy, so did not realise I had made any commitment. I jwas just looking for a answer, wish I had never come across you.
I am struggling financially, and that is a lot of money to lose. Why was I not sent updates so I would have realised. You are no better than the fraud scammers that we are told to look out for, a very expensive lesson learnt here. I have looked through my emails and not one single email was sent to me to confirm this subscription..

That it was made clear that I had subscribed, and was sent regular emails with updates..

It says on their website that they will only charge you $2 for a chat, but they're going to charge you additional fee ($42) for a membership. You can cancel it, but won't be able to refund. I do NOT recommend.

The answer was quick and easy to understand. Most law questions are answered with no regard for regular people being able to understand them. In this case no "lawyer" terms were used and it was simple to understand and included references.

My husband is currently going through an issue at his employer where they are trying to force him to resign. I received a response very quickly with a very helpful answer to my question with details about options to proceed and a recommendation for what to do. I felt it was worth the $33 dollars. The information included step by step what to do, options to proceed, and links to helpful information online. In addition, legal information was provided on what laws impacted what was going on. Really like the service and would use it again.

My complaint is how they mislead in regards to their membership. I was told that it would cost $1.00 to get an answer from a vet. That part was good, but I was never told that I would be charged $31.00 for a membership of which I did not agree to. When requesting a refund they refused.

If all the Experts on JustAnswer are the same as the Legal Expert I spoke to obtain an advice on protecting my assets in case of an eventual marriage breakdown, where the Expert gave me an amazingly quick and correct solution, then JustAnswer is an excellent platform to rely on when it comes to getting advice from an Expert. Another very important factor is that it is very affordable considering you can pay $'000 of dollars for contacting your local lawyer. Highly recommend it!. Well done and thank you!

Engine light came on in a Chrysler Sebring. Dealer wanted $150 just to talk to us. Stumbled upon just answer online and a very informative expert asked a few questions and broke it down how to handle our situation. Luckily one of the first steps fixed our car but he had us prepared what to do to handle getting a car back on the road. Very grateful to just answer will definitely recommend to a friend.

RAREWARES was my appraiser. She was excellent looking into many old family heirlooms; sad iron, depression glass, porcelain China, and pin wand. She even explained about some of the items. We knew our items were a rare find, but it was a rare find, finding her!

I appreciated the thoroughness of the lawyer to check into a fraudulent issue. Because the situation happened in Canada, she was able to give me good information, but advised me to contact Canadian lawyers to deal with this situation. I was really grateful for the info she supplied.

The bots will tell you that the charge is $1 to ask a question and charge $45 instead. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. You will lose money.

This is how they advertise, they won't mention anywhere the membership cost. Once you go to the payment page, in tiny letters they mention $46 which you will miss out on.

I had an old vase that I could not find answers about after much searching online. Found Just Answer by accident and tried them. I got a very quick answer about the value and history of the vase, and the manufacturer as well. Very pleased with the service.

My problem was unusual in that it related to a warning light on the dash of my Dodge Caravan that appeared to have nothing to do with the actual problem I had - not being able to move the gearshift lever on starting the engine. Which was why I went to the internet. JustAnswer immediately put me in touch with the right guy who diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes, saving me a $300 bill from my dealer!

The chatbot on the initial page says there is a $5 charge to ask a question and i inputted my card information based upon these terms. Later that night, I looked on my bank charges and saw I was charged $39.99. I called customer service because the website says I can get a refund. They were rude, and unable to issue a refund. Would not recommend

I joined this website on their $5 trail basis. They charged me the full $46 membership fee a few days later with zero notice, and I canceled the account within SECONDS. They absolutely refuse to refund my money. SCAM ARTISTS. Do not use JustAnswer.com! They will steal your money!

The medical information I received was excellent. It took just a few minutes. I have used Just Answer a number of times in the past and the information has always been the right answer. My grandson's iPhone was pretty much useless due to whatever issue taking up the memory on the phone itself. Couldn't access the phone to reset due to my daughter having put a screen time lock on that she subsequently forgot the password to. The Just Answer expert resolved the problem within just a few minutes and sent the solution in an email to me. Problem solved soon thereafter.

On 7/4/23 I was looking for tech help with my ONN tablet. It said I would be charged 1 dollar and could be refunded. The tech couldn't help me. Later the SAME DAY I was charged $46. I called and was told I'm out of luck for getting my money back. But they can cancel my membership. So basically they took my money for nothing! All within 12 hours. I am on disability and now my power will be shut off because of this. I will be writing reviews were I can to insure other's don't get scammed. God bless

It's the worst service i encountered ever. I had a simple question, It said $5 to signup. So i signed and got answer my question. When i check order history i was surprised to see two charges one for $5 and another for $55. I cancelled the service with in 15 mins of signing up, still the customer care agent won't refund the charge saying it was my mistake for not paying attention. It never mentioned the $55 charge on payment page. Also, I never saw another website that is charging two fees. One for signup and another for membership. Tell me if that is not deriving the customer. I am definitely disputing this charge with my bank.
