“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Hello,

My membership was canceled on 9/13/22.

On 10/18; 11/18; and 12/18/22, they were still at it and believed it would not be noted. In your dreams! It was so evident that it was done consciously and to swindle elderly people like myself, who were the ones highly susceptible.

What I don't understand is why I am being charged $28.00 and $46.00. I was even charged $90 for a call, which I was not supposed to because of where I was or my country. It has been roughly almost a year since I haven't used its service.

I would love to come back since the Experts were beneficial and great people to interact with—especially the legal team.

Mr. Cavellini, I appreciate your scrutiny and look forward to hearing from you.

I had made an account in August. Immediately had issues with the lawyer that was assigned my question. Was charged an extra $66 after i was told it would only be $2. I spoke to a customer care person and requested my account be cancelled to avoid future charges. I was told it was done. Then reviewing my bank statements, i was still charged for 3 months after. When again speaking to customer care(3 months later) was told "sure we will cancel it now but cant refund the last 3 months" WHY NOT?! I requested the cancellation 3 months ago, your employee didnt follow through with the request but informed me they did? This site is terrible. They dont listen to their customers or even attempt to be helpful. Such a bad experience here. Telling me they "cant find" the request? Total bull. If there was a star review that was less then 1, thats what theyd get.

This is a complete and utter scam. Beware. Do not give the your credit card information. Big mistake. If you do, they go behind your back and charge you every month without telling you. The technician wasn't useful in the slightest sense. They don't honor nothing. They won't give you money back for services not rendered. They are not a credible company. It's a scam ran by scammers. On the site it specifically said you will not be charge if you don't won't some membership. So I clicked no membership, yet they turned around and started charging my card for a membership. You do not need a service like this. Look elsewhere for help. They are at the top because they pay to be the first one you see on search engines. Not because they are any good. When they ask you for you name, do yourself a favor and hang up.

Tech support was very helpful with their suggested steps for me to take to get my laptop computer. It had suddenly overheated and shut down. Given some time for the internal fan to help in cooling down the computer, then using the suggested procedures from your tech he was very helpful in getting my laptop restarted. Received help at 2am in the morning. Really glad "Just Answer" was available at that time of day to help.

My combination printer was flashing my error messages and I was unable to use any of its functions. The tech with JustAnswer asked me a few questions and then requested access to the printer online. Shortly he sent a suggestion which was the solution and my printer is working again.

I signed up after it said it costs only 5 euros. And they signed me up to a membership without my consent which i didn't notice and paid now my second month of 49 euros. Luckily i noticed and cancelled - disgusting business model...

My expert was wonderful. The only issue I had is that I was told I would have an answer within eight minutes of submitting my question, but didn't receive an answer until the next morning. I'm sure this was not her fault. Her advice was excellent. The only issue I had was not having an answer right away.

It says a $5 join fee and then they try and take $69 out of the bank not $5! What a rip! Then it declined on my card and they tried to take the money again after like 30 minutes and I was not even on the site! It says $5 join fee why are they charging $69?!

Make sure you read fine print before trying to use services as it clearly states when you try and join that it will be $5

So I reached out to this company about my dog as an emergency to find out what was going on. I paid the $1 one time fee to talk to someone and somehow I was charged $29 for a "membership"?! I NEVER agreed to a membership and they claim it says it on the page. Well it didn't. Now I'm very frustrated and they refuse to give me a refund. I DO NOT recommend this "emergency vet" corporation. A ten second conversation and they charge $29 for that? And it wasn't even useful! Such bs!

Our dog swallowed a couple of Tums and we panicked. Living so far away from a 24 Vet hospital, we turned to the internet for help. We found Just Answer and contacted them. The response was fast. The Vet was very helpful and assured us that our pet wouldn't die, but would need a special diet for a few days. The vet gave detailed instructions and we followed them to the letter. My pet is doing well, and we are grateful. We also, appreciate the Vet contacted a few days later for follow up. Thanks Just Answer!

I had become locked out of my iPad and the thought of waiting in a long line at the Apple store was not appealing. I was very pleased with the help I got - we got the iPad unlocked, and it did not involve going somewhere and waiting in line to be assisted. I would definitely recommend Just Answer.

Shawn was very helpful in giving me the guidance I needed in trying to get my abs stabilitrak awd situation fixed and whether or not it was a vendors fault in not knowing the car was all wheel drive and putting the wrong tire on my car which has been made worse leading toward at least $1,000 minimum repair bill. I appreciate his knowledge and assistance

When ever I am stressed out over a cat issue. I feel assured that my personal favorite cat expert, Teri Reba, Will always help put my mind at ease. She offers remedies, sound advice, links to follow ups and just the most comforting feeling. She has helped me on many occasions and I have a special admiration for her caring advice. I highly recommend her! I am sure just answer has many people as competent, but I really love and trust her advice!

When I called for a free consultation I was charged $65, after the fact, to talk to a lawyer who did not even practice law in my state. The answer was worthless. I immediately cancelled and was charged the $65. Do not use them!

Could not get ahold of my local vet and live 1 1/2 away from a city with vet emergency. I was so thankful to talk with a vet and have some peace of mind... I didn't waste thousands of dollars on a emergency visit. Thank you Dr. Paul! Bijou is feeling great.

When they can not assist you by answering your question or direct you to who can they charge your credit card. They sure can email you about why they justified charging you even though the " expert " be leery here. Any company hiring them as a subcontractor should think twice.

I would give a 5 to the experts I dealt with, but the company canceled my membership without talking to me prior. Apparently, if you ask too many questions, they will just cancel your membership and not allow you to continue your work. They do not state if there are question limits.

Tip for consumers:
Know that you could get cut off at any time for using the service you paid for.

I did not subscribe for membership but somehow i was charged for monthly membership of $60 out of intention from my credit card. I just chatted with them for 5 mins only and did not request the call.

I contacted this company on 10/7/22 to ask ONE question of a lawyer. I was told it would cost $5. I was told i could buy a "membership" for $60, but I said, no, I have just ONE question. Now at the end of the month I check my credit card statement and see I was charged by them $5 on 10/7/22 and another $60 on 10/10/22! I contacted customer service tonight and was told the fine print said I would be charged the additional $60 for a "membership" that I did not want or did not ask for. It would not be refunded. This company is deceptive and misleading. The "$5 question" cost me $65. Not worth it and deceptive.

Find out ALL the costs upfront or you will get surprise charges on your credit card.

The service was great. Very honest company. Most definitely if you can explain the problem with the expert mechanic they should tell you wha is wrong with the vehicle. If you are not happy they refund you money no questions asked. 100% legit.

It is hard to read all the things that you agree to on your phone. They make it sound like you are paying $1.00 for your initial month of service. But after you get you bank statement, you really pay $35.00 for the month of service. When I called about a refund because I though the $34.00 was the renewal, I was told that it was in the information that I agreed to when I signed up. No refund for me. Lesson learned!
