“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Answered my questions very quickly, re: probate and we knew just what we needed to do.
Now after reading the statements that other people wrote, I really hope I am not charged more then $5.00 on my Visa card, because that was the amount ($5.00) that was on the opening statement.

I called for an answer to a guesting and was assured it was just five dollars but they sigh you up for a membership and charge you $34 dollars a month hoping you won't notice it for several months. I call and they would not give me a refund. Gave me the runaround and told me the supervisor would return my call and of course he never did. Poor customer service.

I posted my question about 2 days ago. I was contacted within a day. The technician that helped me walked me through each step very patiently. He was able to diagnose my issue with just 2 steps. He even gave me resources to help me with taking the washer apart. I was going to cancel my subscription after I was helped, but I decided to keep it due to the professionalism and knowledgeable tech I had.

Dr. Paul advised me about caring for my dog who had been vomiting. His recommendation was very helpful and my dog was better in a few hours. I appreciate Dr. Paul's advice. It was just what was needed and my dog recovered quickly.

My dog has been diagnosed with a resistant staph infection. She was having a crisis (or I was) and I couldnt get in to see either of our vets. I found this service online and though I was skeptical, I asked my question. I got not just an answer but a conversation with Dr. Linda. It was clear she knew the subject. She gave me some advice and most importantly, some reassurance that there still is hope for beating this infection. This service doesnt take the place of a vet visit but I found it helpful when I needed some information.

Very helpful with directing me how to repair electric range which displayed error message. Started chatting with Justin, then authorized phone contact for $24. Justin called to my cell phone and directed me step by step. I discovere loose screw, tighten it and this corrected error. No parts, no repairman, ( pardon "person"). Total time about 2 hrs, cost $24. Tks

Criminal lawyer named Isaac was extremely helpful. Was patient and gave thorough help. Was extremely educated and competent and provided help in a clear, concise, respectful way. Great value for the money, very cheap price considering the quality of help provided. 10/10 would use again and recommend to a friend or family member.

First, they said you need to pay only 2 dollars and send me a link, and when I put my details in the link they charged me 88 dollars.

Later they said, it was a monthly membership but I never asked for a monthly membership.

It's a scam website, be aware of it.

Through justanswer, I was connected with Charles concerning a boat motor issue. We ended up with a personal call and he directed me to use my multimeter to do some testing. Even though we lost contact a couple of times, he called me right back. Telling me the exact things to do, he diagnosed the problem quickly. After getting the new parts, the motor started right up and the tilt worked again. Thanks, Charles.

I have had several instances lately where I needed some Real Estate legal advice and did not have time to call and get an appointment and then wait a week to see an attorney. I have been able to get on the computer, go to Just Answer.com, request an attorney named Barrister, and get the advice I needed the same day. I usually request Barrister because I have gotten excellent advice from him every time, I have called in. He has real estate investments also, so he can understand where I am coming from.

I paid £5 and explained my issue online at JustAnswer. I wasn't sure I'd told my story in an understandable way... but after a little time... around 30 minutes I would estimate, maybe a little less, I received a reply, telling me what to do, what the legal terminology of that action is called, and that I could refer back for more information for up to a week! If that isn't value for money, then I don't know what is. I'm very pleased I found JustAnswer online Pam Eyden

The attorney that responded was very prompt and sincere and customized her response to my particular situation - it was not a 'canned' response. She also shared a sense of empathy for my situation. The deadline for action she mentioned did not agree with the info I located on the internet, but then maybe the more generalized info on the internet was not accurate for my exact situation either.

They claim is only 1$ they charge and put the fact that it is a monthly charge in very small letters because they bank on you not seeing it and do not refund even though you have not used their services.

The assigned tech expert was able to diagnose the problem through online chat and remote operation of my computer and printer/scanner, and downloaded a driver that I needed. The service was quick and user friendly.

Jason was a real lifesaver in restoring me to Windows 7 from my newly installed Windows 10 venture. My computer was unable to communicate with my printer when I updated to 10. The update for me proved to be a real headache and I was saved from having to buy a new printer. Thank you Site Jabber.

I received a timely response that was very beneficial to me, I received information that was easy to follow with multiple options for an out come. The vet that answered me was able to address all of my concerns and that allowed me to be better able to provide the care that my dog needed. Well done.

Can only answer basic answers and they never answer your questions directly it's always dancing around it no matter how many times you reword it. I requested to speak to someone else and they want to charge $50 for a phone call. Save your $5 buy a coffee and do your own research (will save you stress and frustration)

With the help of Richard - Jaguar service specialist - I was able to solve my Jaguar no start problem. He was very knowledgeable and methodical in walking me through the diagnosis of my problem. He was very easy to communicate with and wasted no time doing unnecessary tests. He was a very experienced professional who knew his stuff.

My problem was that Facebook changed the name from my name to my e-mail address; I thought the password was wrong. By phone, a technician tried to explain it to me but the phone call from the US kept being cut off by Thailand. The password didn't need changing and I am sure Richard and others got frustrated. For that I apologize. I am a long time user of Facebook and at 71 years old sometimes takes a while to get the correction. I now have it and appreciate all the technicians work to help me.

I had a accounting type question. The first person responded after 1 in the morning but didn't answer a very plainly worded question. Then disappeared for 24 hours before saying he couldn't answer the question. The person I finally got hooked up with was completely inept. At first he answered with copy paste general information. When pressed for a simple answer to a simple question, he simply couldn't do it. A complete and total scam.

I was desperate to get ONE answer and the first "legal aid" I spoke with was vague and not answering my direct question. She couldn't spell, she kept saying deserve instead of re-serve, it was almost funny!
The next guy answered my question, I challenged him, he then agreed with me and told me I know the law, I challenged him again and he gave me the wrong answer. I filed the 5 day notice and it should have been 10 day - thanks for nothing. Run from this joke of a company - it's NOT worth it.
