Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
My Westie had been vomiting repeatedly... of course it happened on a weekend and my regular vet was closed. Dr. Paul prescribed a protocol that would settle her stomach and keep her from dehydrating until I could get a vet appointment on Monday, avoiding a trip to the Vet Emergency Center ($$$$). He answered all my questions and we touched base after our initial consult to make sure my dog was responding to treatment. I was pleased with the service.
I have been trying to find out about my Italian ancestors. I have been unable to make progress with many online searches. My genealogy expert has explained that very little Italian genealogy has been put online. Frustrating outcome - but really pleased to know why my searching has been so fruitless. I can now consider my next step.
I ask how many fuel pumps and fuel filter I have on my vehicle and also if they should be replaced even if I'm having no problems. I have a 2003 Pontiac Grand Prix with 97,200 miles. The tech that helped me was very professional and more than answered my question. Would diffentaly use this stie in the future and recommend to any with question. Also a fair price for a honest answer.
I had a cat that I was sure was sick but couldn't get into her regular vet. Just Answer was incredible - easy to use. Fast response, knowledgeable responder who was a vet. Diagnosis and suggestions were spot on and consistent with what vet said. I was able to avoid using emergency vet services. And was able to follow up very late at night the next day with the same provider. Gave me peace of mind.
I have a sick dog and needed a vet consultation, I basically got chat bots and nonsense, worse, off-shore support, which didn't help at all. And lies about vets contacting me.which, they didn't. This is a nightmare.avoid at all costs.

I actually didn't realize that I completed a membership until I saw a charge on my Visa even though I never used the service. Thought I was in for a fight but the customer service representative was very understanding and is crediting my account. Thanks
I got an ad of this website as I was Looking to see about a piano I have. They said to type my phone number and they would connect me with perfect expert for $5. Now with my agreement I'm suckered into paying a $30 membership and they won't refund me or understand when I explain that to them I see a lot of reviews like this definitely fraudulent. I canceled the membership and called my bank, but I couldn't delete my card information, so hope there is no more charges. Never again.

I signed up for $1 and without my agreement I was signed up and billed for $46, which they would not refund as my initial question was considered enough to justify the $46. My question was really about google and their entire "help" was getting me to google, who incidentally didn't help either. This is a bait and switch and I would guess a large portion of their revenue comes from unsuspecting customers.

The service manual didn't have the information that I needed. For a reasonable fee, a technician called within a few minutes. After a brief discussion, he emailed the diagram needed. Although it didn't match my car exactly, he made a few suggestions. Problem solved. Thanks
Had a further question on my financial status and on sending it to Justanswer lawyer as he was unavailable Debra noted I had not received a reply and stepped in to answer my last question. Again once again many thanks. Again received peace of mind.
Had a question about my dryer not working. I was connected with Mark he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide links for the parts and a how to video. Total cost will be about $50 compared to $300-$400 if I had called repair service. Thanks JustAsk!

Your mechanic Gary stepped me through the process of repairing my carburetor on my 57 Thunderbird. He helped me identify the trouble that I was having and the car runs fine now. Saved me some money in the long run.
I signed up for a 7 day trial for $5. I asked a question and got a good answer. Then they wanted me to sign up for $28/mo. I canceled the membership but assumed, as is usually standard operating procedure, the 7 day trial would continue. I asked a second question and got an answer, then they automatically charged me $46 for a monthly membership. I chatted with the company and they "had no record of trial period" and that their terms and conditions state the customer is charged immediately upon asking the question. They then offered a 30% discount which was still higher than the original $28/mo option I was given initially. When I returned to the site there is no record of the %46 charge and no record of the second question. The only record that exists is the $5 charge for a 7 day trial.
Tip for consumers:
If you use the trial period DO NOT cancel your membership until the last day of the trial because it you ask a second question after canceling the trial period disappears.

I did get answers for 2 questions and the first question cost me $5 for the trial period. Two days after the first question, well within the 7 day trial, and was automatically charged $46.
This company’s practices are at best misleading and at worst a scam.

I was clear since the beginning that I needed to consult a veterinarian for an illness I got in my fish aquarium. Their chatbot led me to believe I'd get in touch with a veterinarian after I would pay. The monthly fee. Which I did only to find out that they had no veterinarians able to help with fish. Also their stupid bot put me in contact with a pharmacy(for humans). After talking to a real person or what it seemed like they were like oh we don't do prescriptions for fish or anything like that it's against the law. Oh and they won't be refunding as well. It's a fking scam. Maybe it's useful if you need assistance on how to tie your shoelaces... Because all emails I got after my complaint they were telling me that I could consult another doctor. For Humans. It's like noone reads what is asked and it's all run by chatgpt.
Don't waste your money.
