Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
They are literally trash. They take my money and didn't even provide me a good advice for my problem. When I ask for my refund they just cancel the chat and show a error they took my 20 hours salary which I earned and didn't solve my problem. I will never believe these sites again
My daughter spent thousands of dollars with lawyers in regarding a messy divorce where he husband he was building up a huge debt against her name, she was not getting the right advice from her lawyer on how to stop this, it was not until I found out about Just Answer, within a day she had all the answers on how to sort out her problems
I was hijacked to this account when I was trying to access the tech support for my new computer. I didn't even know I had been hijacked... I thought my site was using them to do the tech support. I had to pay $18 to get the computer fixed for a day. It started messing up again, so I went back to the site. They charged me $36 this time and did not provide me with anything! I fixed the problem myself while waiting for them to pick up. The next thing I know, I have an $18 monthly charge to my bank account. They did refund my automatic charge after an "investigation". BE WARNED! You must agree to pay BEFORE you ask your question. If the answer does not work, you are still charged for the transaction! I am still out $54 for an answer that didn't stay fixed!
It's very nice to be able to turn to an expert when u have a question Google can't answer & a lot of us either can't afford to or don't have the time to go to a professional with our prob & a lot of times it didn't seem like ur question is a big enough deal to do that either. That's what this site is for. U can just add part a small amount and ask ur question and get on with it life.
The website initially says 1$ then the AI assistant you ask your question to says its 2$ and fully refundable. You go to the payment page there no summary of payment to be taken then you receive an email saying its a total of 2$+66$ (registration fee and membership fee) and that non of it is refundable. I went ahead and tried to talk to the doctor and got one response, and then he disappeared and never even answered my question.
They only give you the option to talk to an AI after I asked for a live agent it said it transferred me but I was CLEARLY talking to another BOT AI and it disconnected my chat after 2 minutes. I called the number they gave me and they spun the same lies the BOT did. I think i spent a full 2 minutes yelling at the poor lady and not letting her talk until she agreed to give me a refund.
Never again.

I got the answer I asked for. It would have been nice to have a little more information. I found out what 'L&M' meant and that they imported the china but I still don't know who made it. I didn't ask who made it but once I found out that L&M was an importer not a manufacturer, it would have been nice to know who made the china. I thought $25 was a little expensive. I would definitely try this again and recommend it to others.
Dr. Salkin is so knowledgeable and so very patient and kind. I feel deeply fortunate to have had him in my corner while I was dealing with a serious leg problem with my beloved pet duck Piotr. I do wish that I had been able to send him x-rays for his evaluation, but that is a issue that should be addressed. Thank you Dr. Salkin!
I signed up for get the answer or don't pay... I paid and never got the answer. I got request after request to take picture of the part, then take a picture of it taken out of the product, etc etc.
I had someone else fix it and get me the right parts.
Then, I not only paid, but kept getting their email advertisements. When I would go to the bottom and hit unsubscribe me... you only go to their web site to offer yet another question for a fee.
I had to write for my refund, which was denied because I did not claim it within 30 days (I had to let them know vs me paying only when resolved?) and I requested they remove me from their mailing list again since it does not work appropriately as it should.
JustAnswer is one of the worst online companies that I've dealt with. You don't chat with a real person right away. They rope you into answering a question for you for $1, and then they charge your Card for a monthly membership. I then had to go in and cancel it. I also cut up my Debit Card, and canceled the payment with my Bank.

The expert I was connected with was helpful, but I was led to believe I would pay a $1 fee for a 1-time chat with an option to continue with a $31 per month membership. I was charged the $1 fee and the $31 membership fee up front, requested cancellation immediately, and was told the fees were nonrefundable. Not exactly bang for your buck, especially if you can't afford it in the first place.
Tip for consumers:
Don't ask even a first time question if you're not prepared to pay for at least a month's membership.

Yes they completed the task and fixed the problem. That wasn't my issue. What they did was quote me a price of $31 and charged me $50 instead. Each time a charge came up I would specifically ask is this part of the $31 or an additional charge and both times he said no it is part of the $31. Big surprise when I checked.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't use it unless you have a lot of money to throw around. They will probably fix the problem but it will cost you a lot more then you think. Better make sure it is worth it.
I had a few real estate questions I just could not find the exact answer to searching the web. I got my answer in just a few minutes! Then I thought of a medical question and also got a quick answer. It is nice to know I am communicating with a professional and can trust them!
I dealt with 2 different "experts" for a Microsoft problem. I had over 30 exchanges over the same question. They often gave answers that showed they hadn't read my previous message to them. Their responses were often too technical for me to understand. They never solved my problem, and eventually had me do something that screwed up my computer. I had to use Carbonite to restore it

Quick reply from a chat. Chat person sent my question to a real doctor and he made me comfortable with his reply. I did it all through but you can speak directly to the doctor for $50. As I was not I'll, my question was about treatment for a fall -- I did it all through chat. Dr. Mike was very nice and gave me a complete answer! Recommend the site and service.
JustAnswer is an amazing concept - you get to ask a direct question regarding a number of different technical areas to Doctors, Tax specialists, Mechanics etc) & the response comes within minutes. My personal experience has been regarding a very specialist International Tax issue that is very nuanced & specific & the Tax specialist that has been responding over the past 48 hours has been superb. I have done at least 15 follow-up questions, including calculations, tax rates, exemptions, section of the IRS act etc etc & the specialist has been excellent.

Hi I would like to state that I used their service not too long ago and was charged for my questions which I paid for by debit card however since that time they are constantly trying to debit my card and I am always alerted by the bank. I tried to contact them through their "contact us" tab on their site only to be told I need to pay to chat with them so I am not able to write an email or ask for my card not to be accessed =. How is this legal? I am shocked others aren't flagging this...

I was currently on a new medication that seemed to be giving me daily headaches. I needed to know how to stop the medication because I was feeling really unwell and wasn't seeing my doctor until April. Dr. Bridget was quick, friendly and provided me with the answers I needed. Jerry Newton (GM Technician) provided great advice concerning my 1989 DeVille that is having electrical issues with it currently. He helped me identify a likely problem and instructed me how to put the car in diagnosis mode and further investigate the root cause. Unfortunately my diagnostic mode didn't work for some reason, but it's likely that it's due to the issue Jerry mentioned. Ultimately Jerry might have prevented a $600 diagnosis fee had I gone to the dealership. I would rate a five if I had proven his root cause is true by replacing the BCM. But that's the first part I will change and see how it goes. Thanks Jerry!
Dr. Kara responded within 7 minutes and was very helpful when my sheltie got into her automatic feeding dish and ingested her three doses of Kepra during the night. I didn't know how long ago she had eaten the medication and her 2 cups of food. Dr. Kara guided me in what to look for, what to feed her, and when to resume feeding and medication. (Prior to reaching out to JustAnswer I was on hold for 20 minutes at the poison control hot line my vet had told me to call.) My sheltie is fine, now, and I am very grateful.

I signed up for just answer because I had a question in regards to what kind of lawyer I should attempt to find for my situation. I went ahead and did the $5 free trial I asked my question and got an answer that I thought was sufficient. I then canceled my trial membership within the time frame so I expected not to be charged on my credit card. I checked my credit card statement today and there is a pending charge for $46. I called just answer and they told me that their system shows my account still active therefore my cancellation must not have been fully completed and that membership fees are non-refundable. I only had one question I got one answer I canceled my membership but they charged my card anyway. STAY AWAY!
