Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I have used other similar websites in the past and ended up waiting FOREVER and sometimes no answer at all. Both attorneys that have replied here have been prompt, courteous, respectful, non-judgemental, and extremely knowledgeable.
I went on the just answer website and asked a question that I believed would cost £5 I was misslead by justanswer and when I contacted them they were flippant, saying that if I had read the terms and conditions. All together they took 6 payments of £28 not what I would call a decent company.
I messaged justanswers chat page and the person chatting stated I was going to pay 2 dollars fee so I could be transferred to chat with a doctor. I did this and used my credit card. The Doctor was professional and swift. My issue is why I was charged 66 dollars on my card when I was not pre-informed of any monthly charges for membership. I was only told that I was to pay 2 dollars to shat with a live doctor. The 66 dollars was imposed on my credit card without giving me the chance to accept or decline. That is just shady. The customer service lady I called to complain was just unbothered and cheeky on the phone. She said the best she can do is cancel me membership and that the 66 dollars would not be refunded. I do not know why that monthly charge of 66 dollars information was hidden from me and only 2 dollars mentioned. SCAM!

I didnt get all the red tape answers like well "I can't really advise you on that without seeing the dog" stuff and the answers were directly appropriate useful and thourough. Answered relevant questions I hadnt known to ask regarding medication for arthritis. Well worth it! Thanks
We used this company 1 time and got not a great answer to a question, we provided credit card information and were to have a 1 time bill. The bill has reoccurred monthly for 1 year even though we have never visited the site again. Do not provide them your information. They do not do 1 time charges!
Not only were they not able to provide a solution for my question (a simple technical question about Vizio TVs) but they scammed me into signing up for a $46 per month subscription. They state the question will cost $1, but must have some fine print about the subscription. I requested they cancel the subscription, which they did, but wouldn't respond to my request to refund the $46. Therefore, a single question, that was followed up with a single text respond that didn't answer the question, cost me $47 for about 45 seconds of their time

Not only did they fail to solve my problem, but I was told that the initial $5 I was charged would be refunded, and that there would be no further charges. Then I was charged $55. Then it cost me another $1 (and hours of my time) just to contact them to get that reversed. Now we'll see if I actually get my money back.
I was told I would be charged $5 to speak to someone. I was immediately charged $5 and then a required membership fee of $35. Then when the art assessor did contact me, they said it would be better to talk by phone so I could answer her questions. She didn't mention it would be another $34. Then, a different assessor called me and asked what my question was - why was I calling? I explained that she had said I should call, he was helpful, even if he couldn't answer my question. He gave me some ideas on how to get the answer. Then, I wrote to justanswer and said I should not be charged a one-month membership fee for a one-time service. They apologized and said there would be no refund and that by law they could keep the charge. Then I said I would leave a review reflecting their answer, they then refunded the $35. I would just appreciate understanding the costs without there being surprise changes.

We talked over the phone after some time emailing on chat since I can not type and we discussed with her being a Vet about our dog dragging her back legs and she offered suggestions of other conditions she might have and how I might discuss it with my Vet and what we could do in the meantime. I felt she was very helpful. The sight had some technical problems and it took several days afterward to see how much I was charged but it was the amount I agreed to I am now able to leave feedback but it may not have been their sight as Verizon went down in several areas then AT&T.
Randall knew exactly what to do to fix our RV toilet. Definitely worth contacting! Will use the program again if I need it.
Used before and got the right answer for our problem.
I used the service fior a dishwasher issue. I was quoted a price of $5.00 "totally refundable." I looked at my credit statement this morning and they charged me $30.00. I contacted them and they sent me a link to pay another $5.00 to speak to an attorney. They would not assist. I found a number and called with my concern only to be told it's unfundable. It's all a scam.

This site is a scam. You call for a one time question and they add you to a membership which is $46.00 monthly. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Don't use this site. There are other sites that don't do this.

First you are not told you are signing up for a membership. They have the website set up in a confusing manner that is probably duping a lot of people.
I thought I would only be charged $28 if I clicked on the button to have someone call me. I could have used that money towards my actual vet.
Please save your money and put it towards your regular vet. They appear to be playing on people's feelings for their pets, actually making a bundle off of our love for our fur babies.
Just DON'T CONTACT THEM FOR ANY HELP.

I had got online to help with my cruise control. I had called the dealership, they gave us bad advise, and my car wouldn't start. They said that we would have to bring the car in so they could fix it.
The mechanic on here, asked some question and then said that my car wouldn't start, because the anti-theft devise thought we were stealing the car. Then we knew what to do.
I'll use this site again.
My mechanic was very (awsome) thought I was having trans. Problems he told me I had a faulty alternator, didn't seem right to me but put a new alternator and belt on and it's fixed, save me a lot of time and money
They charge $5 just to start a chat with a lawyer. They give you just generic answers without asking for information. They don't tell you but they charge a $79 fee for getting a lawyer to answer your chat message. They claim its for the automatic monthly membership.
They will cancel the membership but will refuse to refund you the money they charge and then try to hurry you off the phone by stating they have other customers on the line.I had to go my bank and post this as a fraudulent charge.
They send automated emails with the contact us option availalbe after all this giving you credentials for the membership. IF you need to contact them via reply or the contact us option the site just has an error stating Bad Request.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR LEGAL QUESTIONS. Find an actual attorneys office and speak with a paralegal if possible.

This was a question about how much support should a person reasonably expect from their union. I was told I'd receive a reply very soon and VERY SOON it was! My question was not easily explained in a text message but I did my best and when it was suggested a phone call would help I was ready. I was very impressed by the listening skills of the lawyer I spoke with. He was patient, he helped me clarify my questions, he was then able to get right to the crux of the matter, and he provided the "real world" answer I needed.
ALL the charges were presented clearly, each step allowing me the chance to back out if I so decided. This service saved me a bundle - in time not spent trying to find a lawyer with the expertise I needed, in the consultation fee which I know isn't cheap, in the time I didn't spend waiting for an appointment.
Hi, I have a vacant block next door & they want a 1metre retainer along the fence line to support their house yet to be built. I also have a replacement fence issue with the owner who can never be found to discuss either with me. I have raised a QCAT (Qld Civil & Admin Tribunal) case against them for the fence but the retainer is not legally a fence so I needed legal advice on my responsibility. I looked up the web and found this site and could not believe such a thing existed, a really cool idea and so needed in this world today as a quick and inexpensive way of finding out where you legally stand on any issue. I have been troubled and really stressed up by this fence thing but am really happy now that They supplied me with the legal and plain English answer that even I can understand. He is admitting all crimes and seeking help…and what lawyer from justanswers is doing? He is posting entire CONFIDENTIAL conversation on line and linking this to his name! For God sake! Are you people crazy? I am not serial killer but my confidential conversation with lawyer was posted on justanswers.com website for MONTHS. Anybody who typed my name in Google was able to see entire conversation!
