“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I was initially hesitant this was another scam, as the trial is 5$; but it was worth that and so much more. My 7mo old miniature dachshund had a rough experience with her spay, and Dr. Nicki was able to give advice on what to ask the vet about. I am able to reach out as much as I need throughout the trial week and am seriously considering the membership after this experience!

Chated with the tech on my truck to see if I could possible find out what happened to my truck and possible fix it my self. I got all the answered that told me that what went wrong on trany and how to fix it myself. Tech guy was GREAT new his stuff. The dealer wants me to tow it up to him 150 miles to run test on it.?
My response to people is use JUST ASK and you will get the answer you need. No crap involved, just honest answer.

The CPA "expert" have not answered my question, just sent me a bunch of useless links, but Justanswer billed me $71+$2 right away for a subscription I never signed up. Dishonest business.

I was locked out of my email and couldn't get a code because my phone number was a landlines so I couldn't get the text...I tried other ways but it didn't work.I went on the 24/7chat...just answer...I Paid the 2.00 but then it was prompting me to pay 56 plus tax which I had no intention of doing but when I checked my account they had taken the 2.00 as well as the 56 plus taxes.I didn't consent to that and never would...I've been calling,sending emails but I keep getting passed from one person to another and another...I just wants a refund but it doesn't seem like I'm going to get it...Sharon green

A few days ago I contacted customer service for a situation that caused me to be double billed. They immediately refunded me the amountcdoubled billed and provided me a coupon for a free future answer with no expiration date for my inconvenience. That is great customer service!

I got advice one time and I thought the advice was good. Unfortunately, my dog passed away a short time later. I wasn't able to cancel the re-occurring charges for a couple of months because of handling arrangements for my pet and my daughter totaling her car. When I asked for a refund of the most recent charge (or more if they were able) because my dog passed away, I was told "I'm sorry, these charges are non-refundable". Never said he was sorry about my pet or my loss. When I said how horrible that was, he said he was sorry I felt that way and I should have a nice day. I can't explain how awful this made me feel.

I had a PSMA/CT scan to guide the oncology radiologist in upcoming radiation treatments for a prostate cancer recurrence. I was told that the results of the scan indicated that there had not been a spread of the cancer outside of the prostate bed. However, there was lots of other information that I could not get answers to as to their implications. The JustAnswer doctor gave me clear, understandable information on how to interpret the scan. This is a scam... My disabled daughter was locked out of her Facebook account so she went online and asked how to get her account back account back. Justanswer.com popped up. She went to the site and asked the question... in a couple of seconds, they had her on the hook for $66.00. I went on the site to see if it was legitimate and I asked a question on the chat site... is this a one time fee or a monthly fee. They told me that for $2.00 Canadian (fully refundable) that they could help me but I had to give my credit card for the 2.00... all of a sudden I realized that they had charged not only the $2.00 but $66.00 and that it was a monthly charge. When I called customer service to complain, they told me that I had asked a question (is this a monthly charge... was my question)... I couldn't believe it! Stay away from this company... Horrible!

I want thank my contact, Nathan, for all of his help. I was having a printing problem with my Epson WF-3620, and Nathan walked me through steps to fix the problem. Turns out the problem couldn't be fixed, and he gave me some recommendations for a new printer. I would use this site again.

They billed me $84 and "claimed" I signed up for a years service, which I did not. I see many others share my opinion of Just Answer and I wonder what good the Better Business Bureau is when scammers like this are allowed to run free.

They claim that you will be charged for 1USD to ask a question, however, once you submit the question, they automatically charge you for a membership without even asking for your consent. It's a complete scam.

I received no help. The person who was "helping" me disappeared as I was paying their fee of $39. And THEN I found in my card's pending payments that JUSTANSWER billed me yet another unearned fee of $46. PLUS the $1 "JoinFee". So I paid $86 total for zero help. This is theft. They robbed me. Literally robbed. You also charged me with no receipt or other proof of purchase... Other than finding 3 withdrawals from my account in the above amounts. I receive NO receipts and NO emails confirming the charges they made. The only "documentation" is in seeing their charges against my card - 3 transactions in favor of Just Answer (as you can see in the attachment, it reads as "APPRAISER_JA / *******371"). Luckily, I can view activity in real time.

Tip for consumers:
I was charged with no results other than being charged a total of $86. Do not trust Just Answers. Pleasant tech but disappeared once I paid membership fee. There were 3 fees, one was not described. None of the transactions were reported to me by Just Answers. I was disconnected by JA as I was paying. They charged $1 to start, then $39 to continue and then $46 that was not warned about at all. $86 for a disconnect and no pursuit of resolution on the part of Just Answers. Bad Business.

I paid for a question and I did not see it for 1 week trial. They took $34.00 out of PayPal today. I notified PayPal and they stoped all future payments. I contacted JustAnswer for refund and told they would not refund my money. I just asked them one question the first day and I paid them $ 1.00 for the first day. Never again will I use this company.

Don’t use this company. Make sure cancel your trial period before it expires even if you don’t use it like what happened to me

I was struggling with my Epson printer trying to find out why the system admin. Wouldn't let me access my personal settings to change access for another printer. I was about ready throw in the towel when I noticed that Epson sent me to Just Answer site. I explained my problem to the host ( that was very nice) she directed me to a very knowledgeable Professional he assed my problem and he took control of my computer and in a very short while my printer was as good as new. The tech made a couple of other corrections in my settings and that was surprising and helpful. I'm really happy I turned it over to " Just Answer ". They were fast and and fixed my problem. In short, I'm proud I was directed to their site. If you have problems, don't waste your valuable time, go to " JustAnswer.com. You won't be sorry. Unfortunately I did not read the small print and was not aware I was signing up for a membership for $41 a month when all I wanted was a simple answer to a problem which I thought was a one off payment. All I want to say is please be careful when using this website and read the small print before paying anything because before you know it you are a member paying $41 month
