“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Most of the experts are actually experts most of the time. So overall, I would highly recommend. I've been a member for over three years now. And honestly, I really wouldn't of known what or how to do something without a quick response most of the time. This is a service I really need. I would rather ask them than I would most people.

I used this service for 2 months and cancelled 2 x. They kept charging me and I couldn't get my money back for the last month charged for services not rendered. Buyer beware, they are a scam. I even tried to ask for my money back this month and they never answered back. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

My grandmother left me a beautiful cedar chest. I knew it was valuable but wanted an expert opinion. The expert "Rarewares" provided an estimate and dated the chest to approximately 1912. I was extremely please with the quick reply and other explanations provided by the expert.

Took our hardtop convertible for oil change. Was told needed battery as well as battery failed test. I think doing this screwed up the convertible top programming. When I took it back to get top reprogrammed they said I needed hydraulic raising assembly to the time of 8900. 00 + tax. The professional here I was talking to explained how the top would have to be reprogrammed and that he had never replaced hydraulic raising cylinder ever. He took time to explain the process to reprogram and because of his input I decided to call another dealer who said the same thing as he did online.

I was in a panic at my cottage because I was alone and my washing machine was threatening to flood the whole place. I couldn't go to sleep without figuring out what was wrong. The past couple of years I've had some changes to my financial situation and have had to pay almost 10k to the irs. I've been trying to determine how to adjust my allowances to prevent owing so much at the end of the year. I found justanswer and they helped me adjust so that I won't have to pay. While I wont save any money, I will save myself the stress of making that large payment.

I intially paid the 5 and 39 dollars which I am fine with. I paid for a service but I had 7 days to cancel so I wouldn't be billed a monthly membership fee. I did so and they kept billing me. I got my bank involved to resolve the issue because their customer service was poor.

I am not tech savvy. Rei Guimmayen assisted me with getting my email back. I knew my account name and password, but I could not get new messages or send messages. He explained everything to me in ways that I could understand exactly what I needed to do. He advised me to check different things and where to find what he was talking about. He was very kind and very patient with me! Thank you!

My dog was suffering from diarrhea because she got into a bunch of cheesecake-her condition went on for days-I really didn't want an expensive vet bill and wanted a simple answer-was there anything I could do to help her condition. My professional-sorry-can't remember the Drs. Name (my bad) told me to give her Kaopectate- to help firm up her stool and relieve intestinal irritation-and also a probiotic-and told me this could be found, of all places, a tractor supply store- 24 hours later my Pickles is doing much better----this was a terrific help---I've already told 2 people and will tell more---I saved a lot of money going this route!

I was very skeptical when I first saw the site but actually stunned to get straightforward answers within minutes to questions I've been asking PAID lawyers for over a YEAR! I only wish I had known about this site a year ago. I would have saved thousands of dollars!

I signed up for the Just Answer membership. During the chat with theDr. She stater that she would be better able answer my question if we were to talk on the phone. I agree. Then I get a bill for $96. And the Dr can't even write a prescription. They don't tell you this until after you agree to talk to the Dr. Absolute scam.DON'T USE THIS SITE!

I am writing to express my concerns and disappointment regarding the billing practices I recently experienced on the JustAnswer platform. When I first interacted with JustAnswer, I was under the impression that I would be charged a nominal fee of $1, as was prominently advertised. To my surprise, my credit card was billed for an entire month's service without my explicit consent or clear notification. Such practices can be perceived as deceptive, making customers feel misled and frustrated. It's vital for businesses, especially those operating online, to maintain transparency and trust with their users. When customers feel they've been mistreated or have fallen victim to unclear billing procedures, it not only impacts their relationship with the service but can also deter potential new customers. I hope JustAnswer will review its billing processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar confusion or surprise charges. I have requested a refund or adjustment for the charges made to my account without my explicit knowledge or consent. Which JA said they will honor. And has been charged back to my account. Thus the 3*

Great to have a second opinion, I was able to get two doctors for our Netherland rabbit. It's awesome to be able to talk to a doctor during Covid season.

Though I only need a simple question answered. They honored the fact that there was a trial and I canceled the same day. They gave a temporary password in the email.
