Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Immediately gave a solution to the problem and it worked.
CArl really understood my problem and responded knowledgeably.
I already paid for the whole month for my Honda question and since I have paid I thought I might as well try this.
The printer touch screen was unresponsive to touch despite running diagnostics, unplugging the printer, etc. The JustAnswer tech told me how to do a total reset of the printer. The instructions were simple and in two minutes, the issue was fixed!
Our Samsung fridge freezer would not freeze again after having had to defrost icemaker. The technician talked me through resetting the buttons, and it was very simple and he was very calming and helpful.
The gentleman helping me was amazing. Showed exactly how to figure out the problems, was extremely timely and was able to answer any questions I had. This was the fourth site I attempted to get help. This was BY FAR the most efficent!
Fix did not work. Secondly the just answer web site was to charge me only $5 but you charged me $55 that is just crooked

I had a problem with my propane stove and called just answer. I was under the assumption I was getting a repair man for 5 dollars and it was a one time fee. I was wrong. I acually signed up for a club for 28 dollars a month. I caught it in the 2nd month and called them immediately. I told them what happened and they could see I only used the service one time for 5 minutes. They didn't care I made a mistake and decided to keep my 56 dollars for doing absolutely nothing. That's not good business taking money from people who didn't understand what we were signing up for. Yes it was my stupidity but shame on them for not acknowledging a mistake and refunding the money. They must need it more than I do. I wonder how many people go longer than 2 months and realize the mistake they made. U own it but want to let others to be very careful and really, don't use them. Call your repair man.

This Co. Set up an account as I was chatting on line to answer question regarding my pet. They charged my CC for a membership fee that I never authorized nor aware of. I paid for the question I asked for during the chat and that was it. Be very warry of this company and also the staff regarding my NEW membership they setup without my authorization was extremely rude and making sure I was aware that the membership dues they collected for a month that wasn't authorized was non refundable.

They told me it would cost 1 euros on the chat on the homepage, then I ended up paying 59 euros. I couldn't believe it. I told them about my request clearly on the chat, then the person tells me that he won't do it because it's not in the membership! It's outrageous.

Justanswer promises you that your question costs you two dollars, then getting a message from my creditcard company that just answer is trying to withdraw 66 dollars. I call that fraude.
Then went I back to their website and entered my complaint in the chatbox. Generic answers, I am typing my complaint to a bot. This is what the world has turned into. And why I called them, is that Microsoft these days don't have any real persons answering the phone anymore.
I am paying two subscriptions with microsoft office 365, but am not able to share any of those with my wife.

They scammed me out of $47. Customer service has no desire to help out and one lady even hung up on me and never let me respond. After I paid, I went to change my email so that the emails weren't being sent to a certain phone. After that my account said I had to reactivate it but I couldn't reactivate it. Customer service won't give me money back or activate the account again. They just keep telling me that they can't activate it and I'm not eligible for a refund. The second one even lied to me trying to say I wasn't charged when I was. May I remind you, I only used it for 2 days out of the month payment. I spoke with 3 different people and the last one said she was forwarding me to an admin.
Word of advice, if you use it, don't ever need the customer service, they suck at their jobs and need training and proper work ethics. And never ever try to change your credentials or they will automatically shut your account down, take your payment, and never let you back in.
Tip for consumers:
If you use them DO NOT expect help if there is an issue, and DO NOT change your credentials, or they will deactivate your account and they won't activate it again or give you what you paid back.

Very vague answers, said they would charge me $1 to ask a? But they ended up charging my credit card months after with (2) $60 charges for Total of $120, i called and asked for refund since i never signed up for any contract, and they told me they would only refund me one payment of $60 so they essentially charged me $61 for a very vague answer, i dont even believe the lawyer i talked to was familiar with hawaii law, as he wasnt able to answer my very basic questions about landlord/tenant law. 2 BIG THUMBS DOWN!

Avoid these fraudsters. they make it look like you can ask a ? for $1 but then they sneek in charges on your credit card 2 months later. they charged me twice for $120 total before i saw it on my statement.

The JustAnswer technician would always answer my questions and provide me with any information and PDF's when I needed them.
Because they provide information in a timely manner especially wiring and other PDF's I cant find anywhere else without paying other fees. Its worth it.
The technician got back with me the following morning but we found a different appliance that was making the beeping sound but he did give us some suggestions for the ice maker ice sticking in big chunks.
