“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

They advertise $1 for the first month and $20 each month thereafter unless you cancel. I was charged $1 & $20. I decided to cancel. I calledto do so and they refunded $20 only to charge me $46 for technical support. When I called for an explanation because I didn't ever use the service, I was told the charge was for the call to cancel the $20. So, it cost me. $46 to get my $20 refunded. What a scam!

They said it was a $1 trial fee. When I went to pay it was actually $35. I only found out later it was a 35 dollar a month commitment. My experience using them was a 2 hour and 15 minute response only to ask a question. I answered right away. Then a 2.5 hour responce with another question. After answering that question I got a responce 7.5 hours later with another question. After answering that question immediatly no more questions or answers almost 6 hours later. They were zero help on finding the problem. I have since found the problem myself. I would not recomend using this service.

I had a start menu problem. Martin did an oustanding job and he solved the problem quickly. He knew there was a problem with the start menu that show that he knew what problems occur and knew how to fix them.

I am completely computer illiterate when it comes to IT stuff, but my business is dependent on being up and running. My technician Ray was AMAZINIG! He was patient, knowledgeable and was willing to stay on line with me while my computer re synced all my emails ( hours). All my problems were fixed! I will definitely use Just Answer in the future.

This wasn't the first time I've used JustAnswer though it was the first time I've used it for a computer issue. I admit I was skeptical as I worked in IT for ten years and usually don't find these types of services helpful.

When the tech came on and was familiar with my issue and immediately told me the solution, I was thrilled. I followed their advice and the issue was resolved in 10 minutes or less.

I couldn't believe I got the appropriate level of help and the correct answer to my issue so quickly.

I have found JustAnswer to also provide excellent professionals in other areas such as Veterinary help (when you're terrified your pet is going to die in the middle of the night, they're a godsend)!

I recommend this service to anyone who needs affordable assistance. In my experience, they have the people available to help. Best of luck!

When we hadn't heard from our landlord and she claimed she sent our deposit through the mail on the 30th day and yet we were well beyond it. This site helped to say exactly what code to repeat to her. Made her nervous.

I signed up for legal advice on a labor issue. I had only one issue, which was answered satisfactory. But, they did not warn me a montly subscription is going to be charged to me and not any notifications were sent to me to inform me subscription is going to continue. They have charged me 3 month's subscription of R599 on top of initial R15 subscribing fee to pose my question. On request today, they cancelled my subscription, but they refuse to refund me at least 2 month's fees from which I had no use at all. Keep in mind when subscribing to this service!

United Airlines is tight-fisted. I had a flight from Dayton to Denver booked for mid-April, but then UA canceled the flight. They then told me I could not get my ticket price refunded. Reason: I bought a cheap ticket which was unrefundable if I canceled.
JustAnswer did well but I found the DoT rules.
I hope that JustAnswer does not ask for more money, however.

The expert Lani_S said she would complete something in a week and didn't do anything! I Googled her username and the site while I saw many upset costumers (completely public) saying she didn't do thing in a timely manner or at all. Beware!

They initially advertised a $5 charge for asking a question, but unexpectedly imposed a $65 membership fee without your explicit agreement. When questioned, their response was, "Apologies, you failed to notice that you were signing up for $65," despite their prominently displaying only a $5 charge on their front page, with no mention of $65 elsewhere. You inquired about just one question without any subsequent follow-up via text, and this is completely unacceptable. Their conduct gives the impression of greediness, and such actions contribute to the negative perception often associated with lawyers. Their business strongly resembles a scam, and I strongly caution against sharing your credit card details with them. Additionally, they automatically enrolled me in a $60/month membership without my awareness. Despite my repeated requests for a refund, they never disclosed that asking a single question would result in automatic membership enrollment. While it may be legally permissible, it represents an unethical and distasteful approach to conducting business.

Fast and easy setup. Vet provided an answer to my question promptly. Iniitial price was fair. The reason for the 3 stars is I tried cancelling the monthly subscription, but numerous requests were answered with boilerplate "membership subscription policy". I didn't use and didn't want the monthly subscription and feel ripped off for the continued membership plan. Definitely lack of transparency in terms of pricing and canceling the membership is difficult and time consuming.

It was my understanding that I would be charged $5. The same night I canceled my subscription and was charged $29 the next day. I contacted customer service and was told I was aware of the charge and I was not.

I got a 'trial membership' which immediately resulted in a monthly charge. The answer was effective and of value so I simply chalked it up to 'oh, well' and canceled. Then, another month was charged, I call customer service, and SURPRISE, no record of my canceling and no refunds. Good service but beware of membership service--keep a copy of the cancel request or written record of the person you spoke with
