It's been great the help I've had from kalamykid had not been for him I wouldn't have gotten my vehicle back on the road asap. He was the when I kept asking and wasn't sure of what I needed to do and what cost saving way of getting the job done. I would refer him or this service to a friend or colleague.

Thank goodness I was able to cancel my direct debit with this company after a lot of searching. They have been taking £50/month without my consent. I never knew they had set up a direct debit. DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR BANK DETAILS as it appears a direct debit is automatically set up for a membership fee!
I got an email address for the company from the negative reviews they replied to. They have stated they will refund my money! I hope all the negative reviews will wake them up so they become more transparent with the membership fees.

They charged me $46 even tho I cancelled the free 7 day trail immediately after I spoke to them. This is a scam to get a total of $51 from US! Dont Do It! I did not realize this until I found the charges on my credit card. I had to call them and demand the $46 back. They claimed I was signing up for a membership which was a lie. Even when I asked the 'lawyer' how to cancel I was given a bunch of bs. He had NO answer for me then & tried to charge me ANOTHER $5 to ask him how to cancel. I do not agree to anything that is going to cost me more money. I had to jump through hoops just to post this review as well. They sure do ask a lot for a company that wishes to "help".

They tell you that it only cost $1.00 to join. They will give you an inadequate answer to make you call them so they can charge you $46.00 for NOTHING! WARNING... I didn't call them, they called me and charged me $46.00 for absolutely nothing. Stay away JUST ANSWER. It's JUST A RIP OFF!

Was not made aware of monthly "membership" charge in any way whatsoever, I was under the impression it was $5 to talk to someone once. I didn't even get an answer from the lawyer because she said she needed to log off as soon as I started talking, yet when I checked my statements I saw multiple monthly charges from them. When I called customer service they claimed they could not refund me because I used up my "allotted questions" and agreed to a membership, which was incorrect.

Finally, I mentioned that I'd just dispute it with my credit card company and then they immediately said they'd refund the full amount. Unfortunately, the email confirmation/refund I received was only for 50% of the total, so I will be pursuing further action with them.

Once they rob you then Customer service tells you that you receive an answer so you're not eligible for a refund

This website GUARANTEES that it will answer your question or refund the fee (in my case $48). The chat-room format of the website exposed me to an absolute idiot who called himself an expert. He stated, at the end of the chat, that he definitely could not answer my question but that I should contact the vendor. He did not spend the $48 and left it open for some totally different question should I be dumb enough to ask something else. So the $48 rmains unspent and available until I do! In effect, the GUARANTEE is a bet whether you can think of a question they can answer, not the reverse. Thus they have my $48 forever without really stealing it.

I could not find help with my auto problem with google or on youtube so I tried the service on a "trial" basis. The tech that I interacted with was VERY helpful and helped me resolve my problem in just a couple of minutes. He also provided diagrams to help.
While I had a REALLY good experience I probably wouldn't use this servcie but a couple of times a year since I can usually find what I need from free resources and have family members that are in this line of work. I would recommend this service for anyone that does not have access to known or related individuals with subject knowledge.

This site signs you up for a monthly service fee! They don't give refunds either. Referred me to a lawyer who also had a fee. I would have been better served just going to the yellow pages on my own.

5 dollars to get in for the trial period, next thing you know, 69 bucks are missing and they won't dream of offering a refund. Even if it is the day of the purchase.
