Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I cancelled my service with them and got a email confirmation. Guess what 4 days later they charged me $50. I would definitely not recommend using this service.

It's disappointing that you were not clear enough with the service and the payment, by just asking a question with your chat service you connected me with a "doctor" who basically asked if I want to have a call and the amount showed there, by rejecting the call because I didn't want to pay for something I already know, I was still got charged with an answer I could find online. Not only charged, but subscribed with conitual payment without my concent, I thought it was a joke.

Apr 17 late: my Verizon voicemail wasn't working. Got on VZW.com but then somehow got on a chat text thing with just answer who wanted $1 on my debit card. The lady asked what phone I had an what devices are in the house. The voicemails came back and I was happy. I then payed another dollar for help with the notification dot but gave up. Next day Citi says a $1 debit and a $41 debit. I called Just and got a guy who sounded like George Soros and he straightened it out though he was dodgy about affiliation with Verizon. Then I got an email that my membership has been cancelled. How did they fix my voicemail?

Beware! A Scam and a very successful scam. Charged a simple fee for one question, and then 3x34.00 euros deducted from my N26 account and now have had to spend 65.00 euros replacing the card so that this does not happen in the future. The whole thing is a deceitful scam. Don't bother reaching out to me... Just refund my 3x34 euros. Posted to Trust Pilot (France).

Making a call to this company is advertised as a $1 charge. After talking to the expert and realizing the answer was incorrect, I emailed Just Answer LLC to cancel my membership. A few minutes later, I called my credit card company and they told me I had already been charged $51. I want others to BEWARE the minimum charge for me for an answer (that was not helpful) was $50. I was refunded my $1by my credit
Card company when I cancelled my card. Be careful when using this company. My rating -1 star!

I dealt with a guy named Shiva, like a fool I thought we were going to talk on the phone, no you are sent a connection point through the email system, then Shiva just took control of my PC solved the problem in minutes. I am 68years old, yes i am quite handy using a PC but no technician, and for what I call a fairly small fee, Shiva fixed my problem to which I have been putting up with for months. My puppy ate all of the crabapples off of a sprig I had put into my container of greenery I had made for my porch. When I searched for the possible ill effects, it wasn't good. My search for after-hours vet assistance brought me to JustAnswer. I received an answer from a Vet within minutes of posing the question. There was helpful back and forth Q&A with the Vet and it turned out she didn't consume enough to be a threat. However, the peace of mind was worth it! The vet followed up and asked that I check back with him later to let him know how the puppy was doing.
I've been a member on JustAnswer for a few years and I can't say enough good things about this service. I've spoken to doctors when I'm feeling ill, a car tech provided good advice when I was in the process of purchasing a new car, I've even had technical assistance with problems I had with my Macbook Pro. I especially like the new iPhone app they released - makes it super easy to ask questions when I'm away from my computer.
Honestly when I first registered I did not have my hopes up that I would get a proper help, I needed a quick consult regarding my TV problem and I was very impressed on how fast and accurate the information and help I received was. I will definitely use again and recommend to my friends & family!

Trying to find hardware for a table which had the wrong hardware package for the table.

As a biz owner i am not a mechanic and this site and person i talked to had no reason to soft sell or up sell me like a dealer--gave me options and advise that were spot on and went into enough detail with a vast amount of expierience in the mechanical field. If i went to a brick and mortar store thenthey will upsell everything and possibly as in my case say its 2000 dollars when my cost is 100 dollars after listning to advice--i say to all to try this--great to talk to too-friendly and not a snot--5 stars from me!
I was visiting my daughter in San Francisco and my chihuahua cane down with blood in her urine... I took her to a recommended vet, she was treated with uti with incorrect antibiotics which caused a uti to go to a yeast infection and her bacterial infection worsened dramatically. I got best advice from just snswer, dog saw a different vet, got on correct meds and is improving.
I was concerned about some test results from a stress test I was given and was wanting a professional 2nd opinion about what these results indicated. I had two cardiologists answer my request and both concurred that an angiogram would be required to determine what was going on. My own cardiologist recommended this, as well. So, I feel the advice I was given was legitimate and helpful.
Do not give a dime to this company. They do not resond to questions posed. After waiting for hours upon hours for response from my question, and being told I was "top Priority" I never received a response. I was told my membership initiation fee will be canceled so will follow up with that! Hopefully that part of company is responsive! DO NOT USE!

There are absolutely no real experts and answers. The don't even try to understand your question and just reply to you obvious things. Perhaps bots do it.
