Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

Went to the site. Said tgey wanted $5 for me to ask a question. Sounds fair. They did NOT tell me however, that they nail you for another $19 to get a freaking answer! Then they gave the option of talking live instead of all the typing. I said yes to that $26 charge because i wasn't yet aware of the charge for the answer that didn't help. My card provider called inquiring about possible fraudulent charge which is why I checked my account. I called customer service immediately and demanded a complete refund asap. Because my credit union had stepped in and put a hold on the second and third charges, the comoany just had to release their request. Suppose d ly i will have the $5 refunded by Tuesday. If not for my wonderful Credit Union ( i never use banks) i caught the scam VERY quickly. But don't ever trust or use thus vomp a ny.
I was having trouble understanding the IRS instructions and guidelines and knowing what to do when filing my income tax and the IRS wasn't taking live phone calls. I even needed more clarification about the answer and Lev stayed with me until I finally understaood. Great service.
I tried their site for $1. After I saw this was not what I needed, I cancelled on the very same day. Four days later I was charged $28.00. They had not cancelled my subscription! Even though it told me that it had. I didn't even use this site! I called customer service. The lady I talked to said she saw where I had cancelled but by their policy she couldn't refund my money. She went into where one of their experts had emailed me, so that meant I wasn't cancelled. I didn't even open the email. I have no idea how many others they have scammed but they did me. Make sure you talk to someone at customer service and don't rely on their website! I'm out $28.00! Don't let them do it to you! Sad that companies will do this to you...

For two weeks, my partner and I were deciding on whether to leave the US without getting married or stay in the US and apply for a green card. We really wanted to leave the US but my partner had overstayed an F1 Visa and we didn't know what the consequences would be or if in the future we were willing to visit the US or even get married in a different country and visit the US. Scheduled withdrawal failed because the debit card on file had been replaced after an attempted robbery.
These tricky thieves will rip you off. Don't fall for their gimmick of paying $5 for questions. They will turn around and charge you nearly $50 for your $5 question. They WERE NOT UPFRONT with their HIDDEN charges when I initially signed up to get a single question answered. I will never use this service again.

The last time my Yorkie had a problem it cost me over $300 just for the diagnosis and took us 3 hours at the vet! This time, when my Yorkie ate a tissue with some chocolate in it, I got a diagnosis in 10 minutes. It cost me under $20 but the piece of mind knowing my baby was going to be OK was PRICELESS!

I purchased 3 extra cordless handsets to go with my Vtech landline phone that came with only one cordless handset. I tried following the directions exactly as I read and understood them, but nothing was working right. I was just about to rewrap them and return them for a refund. I went online looking for help when I happened across the Just Answer website. I proceeded to describe my dilemma, after only a few minutes I had a tech expert online with me that quickly identified my problem and sent me step by step directions to get the phones in perfect working order. I was extremely pleased with the professional and courteous help with my annoying problem. Highly recommend this site.
Deceptive practices. They make it appear that you are chatting with a lawyer (legal question), then direct you to the state bar assn to find a lawyer after they hae got the $60 out of you.

It just popped up one day on my phone
Was told $5, was sent a link to fill out form which I did.asked 1 question and I figured I cancel this service after. SURPRISE I was charged $69 and was told I signed up for a memebrship. I spoke to two reps and explained to them that I did not sign up nor did I want a memebership and they insisted because I asked a question that's why I was charged, I told them so to ask a question costed me $69. I asked for a refund and they said no. I truly wish I read the reviews before signing up with these scammers. They should state from the beginning that signing up for anything is a subscription and not just $5

I had a tricky problem with my transmission, thought I'd get a second opinion. I signed up and told them I thought my transmission might be toast, what it was doing, the OBD codes and what they mean.
The "expert" responded by reiterating the OBD codes, what they mean, and maybe my transmission might be toast. Thanks a gob.
So I'm irritated that I dropped $35 on this completely useless service. I got back on and cancelled membership. A month later I went from irritated to pi ssed when they charged me for a second month.
