Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
The expert I have dealt with has always been quick to respond. I have used this site 3 different times. Would recommend it no matter what your need is.
I think it's a little pricey, but well worth it. The answer came back very quickly and helped enormously. I will definitely use JustAnswer again should the need arise.

I had some issues with them at first, but customer service eventually made it right. They don' t do specifics, but more general help at least with immigration laws.
Have tried to cancel many times which seems to be a mission regardless of success rate in doing so, my success rate when trying to simply cancel is 0/3. I cancelled due to financial stressors, but am 1000x more stressed seeing this reoccurring charges that I'm not sure when will stop. Talked to a representative and he definitely thought I was scheming, even though the only gain is a refund for an untouched account that I didn't know was active. My RocketMoney app says to prepare for the next one, so $#*!. I would think this is very alarming for a service provider, especially one that takes care of lives, however, I am under the impression they care for profit atkleast 2x as much as the wellbeing of their customers. Would not recommend this site to anyone, simply to just avoid being blindly charged.

So my cat had a UTI. I was not able to get into my regular vet. I found just answers. They basically did a Google search for me. They gave me all this information about a UTI. And then when I asked about getting an antibiotic, and the same text thread they said it was not a UTI. They told me she needs to go to the vet. Well, no $#*!. I was using this resource because I couldn't get to the vet. I was under the impression it would cost a dollar, but it was 30. I thought it was going to be refundable. But apparently the dollar is the only thing refundable. Huge waste of time and added extra aggravation onto a day I'm already worried about my cat. And Dr. Paul was also a bit of a smart $#*!. I am mediately cancel my membership but they still took that 30 bucks.

Then, you turn over and sleep soundly. No calling your doctor-on-call, no seeking out substitute caregivers, no bothering your friends and family, no waking your loved one with EMS professionals in the house.
Mission accomplished quickly, effectively and privately without having to bother others! We've got this and I am grateful!
Called kitchenaid for help with a mixer. They did charge $5.00 and had someone contact me the same day. His suggestion worked. I would have not been able to release the problem without his help.
I had a problem with my Canon Image Class MF 733 Cdw copier stopping in the middle of a copying job. I got in touch with Ibrahim Beig and he had an answer for me. This isn't the first time I have had to go to Ibrahim to get a problem solved. I'll call him again, if I have a problem cvome up.
I had been charged 59.95 for 3 strait months. When I noticed it I had called and he told me he wouldn't reverse charges. After I got and told him he would not get a good review, he then put me on hold and got back and said he would only take current month off. So basically they scammed me for over 100.00 and I never used the service. I signed up to have one question answered but when I found the cost, I decided not to use the program. They still took me for over 100.00. BE very carefull

I went to JustAnswer.com to get help with the well known problem of the non-connectivity of Amazon Video Streaming and Bravia Televisions. They make you put down a deposit to be paid when and if your answer is given. Their answer was worthless and said for $100 they could answer it and I said absolutely not. It did not dawn on me to check my credit card, and I discovered they charged me $46 three times over three months. I got the last month removed, but there is not enough time in my life to justify spending three hours fighting them over the first $92. They are simply put, thieves. I did not even know they had done it until American Express put a hold on my account BECAUSE AMEX KNOWS THEM TO BE HIGHLY FRAUDULENT, note the word fraud in the credit.

I went online to THINKING IT WAS A VET and they screwed me out of $31, I ASKED what was the fee and they said $1 THAT WAS LIES, once you give them the card number they trick you and force you into a membership. I got them to stop the membership but they still got the $31 from me, my card company put it down as fraud THE Company is called (after the fact it says vets) JUST ANSWER.COM. DISGUSTING. While you promote your service by saying talk to professionals one might assume exactly that. You will be speaking with a professional. While that may be true the cost to actually use that option to speak with a professional is quite high so I believe in most cases people reject that option and simply text back and forth until their problems are resolved. Where it might take several texting sessions to solve an issue, speaking with a professional is way more efficient. The professional may take a minute or two to ask specific questions to narrow down the problem and then offer solutions. Problems would be solved faster as verbal communication is always way more effective than trying to come up with the proper words to effectively describe the problem at hand. Maybe you could offer 5 free phone contacts along with unlimited text comments per month for your current monthly fee. I think the professionals would be able to solve problems faster thus giving them the chance to answer more questions resulting in additional income. However, I am very pleased with Just Answer even though I only use the texting option. The professionals have always come through for me giving me the opportunity to accept jobs I might otherwise turn down.
I found the expert to be proficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Than you so much for resolving my problem; you saved me a good deal of time and anxiety.
So I had one legal question I wanted to ask. When looking on the sites front page it makes you think you can pay only $5 for a one time question or $46 for a monthly subscription. I should have read the fine print but any credible company would give you a refund if you made a mistake on the first hour of your order. I put my card information in thinking I was paying $5 for a one time question. After asking my question and getting an answer I opened m bank app to make sure everything looked good. I've never heard of this company so I wanted to double check. Not only did they charge me $5 but they also charged me for the monthly subscription which was $46. I immediately called and explained to customer service that there was a mistake made and that I wasn't wanting a monthly subscription. He was very quick to tell me there are no refunds and that I should have read the fine print. Any credible company that takes care of their customers and has good business ethics would be more than happy to refund my money but not this Mickey Mouse operation. The one and only time they will ever pull money from my account. If I could rate this place a zero star I would!

I signed up, like many others, for one answer (which was what we already thought we knew but we paid anyway) and without knowledge had apparently entered into a monthly contract for the following 2 years.
We did not use the site and on calling via my credit card Company was immediately refunded the latest year, but could not credit the first year as their system did not go back far enough.
I wrote to the Company who have completely refused to repay the additional £1,036 they have taken saying they only give credit 30 days and as this is older and they won't pay.
They have already agreed we never used the service so this is theft in my opinion.
Having seen all the other similarly placed individuals on the Internet I am disgusted they have been allowed to get away with this!.
We will take legal action to recover our additional year of payments. We have given them notice of our action and they are standing their ground that we are not entitled.
