Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Called about my problem, gave credit card info, was told mech. Would call me, no one called and they charged my card $30.00...for what...

This review is no longer a matter of customer experience, my case involves fraud committed by this firm.
I was a long-term user using pay-as-you-go (paid on per-question basis) since 2018. In May 2022, I saw a membership trial so I signed up to it, within the trial period, I cancelled the trial because it did not suit me. I received the cancel confirmation (see attachment below), but today I suddenly realised that the firm is still unlawfully charging me monthly fee all these time, and claimed that I did not cancel the membership.
Today (July 2023), I spoke to the customer service, they realised what had happened and instantly cancelled the membership without I asked (strange and convenient isn't it?), and they said it is a courtesy from them. Overall, the firm scammed me £700.
I include with my review here the cancellation confirmation (pic 2) and how they continued to charge me monthly after my cancellation (pic 1).
When I presented the evidences of my case to them via email, they now only reply with copy&paste response repeating that I was the one did not cancel and I am not eligible for refund, despite the evidences factually state the otherwise.
UPDATE 20/07/2023: they now said they are "doing me a favour" and will refund me £300 (out of £700).
To JustAnswer: feel free to reach out if you still want to settle the issue and I can remove this review if you undo the scam by refunding me the full £700. My case ref is 13-03-13.

I paid £47.00 for a quick answer re a property problem my son was having. I got no answer after 24 hours. When I tried the contact us phone section of the website it defaulted to email & when i tried to email asking where my question was the email part didn't work. When I clicked on the how to get a refund part of the website it kept saying page not found. A complete rip off- I feel very very stupid for falling for such an obvious scam and charlatan company. As another reviewer says BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT GIVE THESE TRICKSTERS YOUR MONEY. Please note- following posting the above review I was contacted the following day by someone from Just Answer and they arranged for me to get a refund for which I was very grateful. I hope the problems which I outlined in my post have now been resolved for other users.
My dog got into some chocolate. After freaking out and calling my vet, they told me about a few websites that I can get a less expensive answer than taking him to the vet. I find this website and they claim "I can connect you to an expert for a one-time, fully refundable $5 fee!"
After chatting with the "expert" I check my bank account to see a $5 AND $29 charge.
So I then reach back out, only to be told that "upon signing up, there was text that outlined that you would be enrolling in a monthly membership, which will be a recurring charge until you cancel"
I tried to make a new account to see, and behold! There is. The only issue is that the font was about as small as Microsoft word will allow you to make it. Probably 1pt font. TINY.
The amount of disgust I have for this type of business behavior is actually unspeakable. In my case, I was thinking "omg my dog could die but the vet is $1,000, but I can get an expert answer for only $5!? Awesome!" But no, they're being sneaky and charging you extra.
The sad thing is, if I was told upfront, in big bold letters that it would cost me $35 to get an answer, I probably would have done it. But being this shady I just can not get behind. Shame on the owners of this business for not being transparent.
Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Being stupid. I accidently erased all the data and information of a group site, my high school 50th class reunion,
I AM the admin... so after reaching the end of my rope... I found this company... My results were a SUCCESS... MY agent was OUTSTANDING.
I signed up for the $1 free week trial because my dog was having breathing issues. I used the vet advice for a couple of hours going back and forth through text with the vet they assigned to me. My dog ended up dying from cancer and I had been going through all of this during my free trial. I forgot to cancel my membership when the trial ended because I was catering to my dog in her last days and putting her down. They then charged me $31. I asked if they could refund because I only used the service once and obviously didn't need it because my dog was now dead. Back and forth through email they let me know I'm not eligible for a refund and I can still use the service until 9/8 when my membership will end because they cancelled it for me. What use would I have for the membership when my dog has died? I have a young child and $30 may not seem like a lot to some but that's gas or dinner or diapers. This company prays on people forgetting about their trial. Amazon refunds you same day if you call and say you didn't know your trial ended. This vet company needs to do better. They are greedy for money, unsympathetic, and inconsiderate of any circumstance. Go anywhere else for vet advice, don't even give them your $1.

I talked the legal service on Just Answers and was talking to a bot the whole time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this service. Every question I asked was an answer that you can get from the internet with better information. I even asked if the Lawyer was a bot and the bot stated it was in fact a bot. Total rip off just work with your local tenant counsel.
