Everyone was helpful and informative even though it did take a day they did get my situation taken care of and I appreciate that. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I'll be comfortable in that. Thank you for your service.
Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Very Mis-leading. I attempted to use there service Feb. 2023. Before I could ask my question, I saw (6) debits, in the amoun of $55.00, totaling $330. To my Bank of America account, issued by "JUST ANSWER",I also found that there was (1) of $55.00, (1) of $1.00 and (1) payment of $29.00 debited to my Citi Bank account again issued by "JUST ANSWER". Not that this was before I even used their services. I called, Just Answer and I asked for an explanation for the charges to my account, but I was unable to resolve. Only after serval phone calls to my banks, I was able to reverse the illegal charges.
Had trouble getting a new router to link to my "older" HP Printers - I signed on for $5 advice - but then agreed to $39 fee to have tech "take control" of my computer to work through solution - He advised me on decisions - which options would work best for me - eventually downloaded new software, and got everything synced up again - which I would have never been able to do on my own - so I think it was worth the cost
The experts answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would recommend this service to anyone seeking answers to their mechanical questions!
This is the first time I used JustAnswer. My questions were about a Trust and Ray answered them all quickly and professionally. Ask for Ray if you have Trust issues.
I have had multiple issues with HP printers but always go back. Not again though. Will buy anything else. And the just answers guy disappeared

Recommendation
Be careful with this site they tell you there going to be a five dollar one time charge to your card then once they get your card info the add on more charges beware of this site!

Trial is not a trial its an automatic start membership which starts with 1$ to 5$ fee which turns into 66$ plus fee dont get suckerd by this dogs like I did

Not only was legal advice for NY when I live in MA, but the 46 dollar membership fee is hidden. It is taken from your account after the initial 5 dollars and is NONREFUNDABLE. Total scam as it is not obvious anywhere that will happen.

This is very helpful! They have a wide range of experts essentially on call to answer any question you have. They are very informative and always extremely detailed.
I have used this svc many times especially for law questions. 1x for computer and 3x for home repair and 2x for auto repair. 90% of the time it was good. I only paid about $45 per month, and I only paid for the months I needed the svc, It was great. $45 answers all the questions you want from some professionals. I do believe most attys I spoke with were pro's. I highly recommend.
