“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I tried canceling the service a few days after I subscribed so I would not be charged for the $50 but a few days later I see that just answer charged me for $50! I looked through my emails & I never received a cancellation confirmation. So the service (Just Answer) ignored me canceling the service & still charged me $50 So I went again to the Just Answer website I completed the cancellation AGAIN! Then I received a cancellation email confirmation. Then I called the customer service number and they said that it was too LATE! Because on there record it shows that I canceled right after the 7 day free! So Just answer purposely ignored my first cancellation so it would be too late! And that's there trick to charge the $50

Saved me from losing money to a bad mechanic. I found out that a tap is a problem when told that a tap will go away with we're after you just had them replace your engine

My Facebook book account was hacked and taken over This site kept popping up. I was frustrated so accidentally clicking on the several times. I ask how much they charged. She ask what the problem was I explained she said it was $1 to talk to a specialists for Facebook. I paid the they automatically stated texting me. One to ask questions the to try to upgrade or well something 8 just declined. After a few minutes of then texting instructing my to go to Facebook and report it. The same this that are clearly verbatim on Facebook. I stated I had tried all of this. She said read the instructions carefully. I ask if this was all the information they to solve my problem. She said yes so I told to stop texting me and do not change my card any further. I logged into my card. The $1 charge was post which was what I aggreed to. But a few minutes later they debited $46 from my account. This was mentioned no place. I returned to site there was an option to pay $39 to speak to and expert. I did not speak with an expert on the site. Just answer is a rip off.

The answers are same thing that is on any search. No help knowledge at all

WE BOUGHT A POPUP CAMPER AND LEARNED THAT IT HAD MAJOR ROTTED WOOD FLOORING. WE DECIDED TO FIX IT OURSELVES. RANDALL, A CAMPER MECHANIC, GAVE US THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED TO GET THE REPAIRS STARTED IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AND IT IS NEARLY COMPLETE NOW. WITHOUT HIS SHARING HIS KNOWLEDGE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LOT HARDER THAN IT WAS TO GET THE CAMPER REPAIRED AND USABLE. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

I purchased a set of Bose QUIETCOMFORT 35 ll Headphones with the hopes of pairing them to my 2009 Panasonic TV. We work hard on this issue without results. Finally I asked about finding a new TV that would meet my needs and Samsung Bluetooth with strong connectivity was recommended. So this is the TV I will purchase. My consultant was wonderful staying with me from the beginning until the end.

Where do I start?

Hmm... On a positive note: I had a good experience and got good advice from who seems like a reputable expert.

But... everything about how this site conducts its business is shady and short-sighted. I probably won't come back; no repeat business from this diligent consumer!

Here are just a few issues:

Shadiest first - the site gave my expert a 5-star rating, told me that I HAD GIVEN A 5 STAR RATING, and gave no way to change or adjust the rating. No wonder the experts all have 5-stars across the board!

Before engaging the service you can view some sort of profile info about a completely random selection of "experts" but there appears to be no way to see info about the "expert" that is helping you.

They're constantly trying to prod and even TRICK you into signing up for a monthly service when all you want is a single answer.

They charge you instantly for any and everything, offering a 30-day refund if you fight it.

I feel like they should wait until you have at least gotten a response before charging since they took the $5 "deposit" for the "appointment". Why ask for a deposit and then immediately charge the remainder? Answer: the deposit is just a fake thing to trick you into thinking there will be a delay before the charge.

I am retired and living on a fixed income needless to say, I am frugal with my dollars. In the past year, my wife and I both lost our parents. The transfer of estate and dealings with siblings was something I never had to think about. All of a sudden, it was all I have bee thinking about, including many sleepless nights. My wife has one sister, an accountant, who was integral in the transition of their parent's estate and investment stocks. On the other hand, my two brothers and I had equal 1/3 shares of the estate, and did not see eye to eye on the division, use, and sharing of rental properties of the estate left to us. To make things more complicated, my older brother's son, who is a lawyer, decided to squat and live in the main property, which was the most valuable property of the estate. After 18 months of negotiating, we retained legal help, and started ironing out the differences and came to agreements. This only came about because of the advise from lawyers at justanswer.com Our family is back on speaking terms, and even planning vacations together. We are functioning once again and I owe it all to the highly skilled professional advise from justanswer.com. They quickly answered questions and saved us a lot of time and trouble with extremely timely responses. Thanks again folks at justanswer.com for all that you do.

I am one of the experts on the site. I won't say what category I work in, but I do answer a ton of questions. I will say that the vast majority of these negative reviews I have read are because people either don't know how to use the site, or some other reason. You can post a one time question, and get an answer. The site does try to sell subscriptions from what I understand, but if you read what you are clicking on, you can avoid that. They are also very good about giving refunds. Aside from that, I cannot comment on billing issues as I just answer questions in my category.

What people don't always realize, is that we're not all doctors, lawyers, mechanics and appraisers sitting in a room together. We answer questions in our off time, while at home, work, etc. Yes, there may not be anyone online at 2am to help you fix your Honda... and no one may answer for days. That happens. Sometimes, your questions are so rare, unusual, odd or specific to you that we cannot answer them (No, I cannot say with 100% accuracy that the rock in your front yard is/is not from the moon!).

Like anyone, we expect to get paid for our work. Some people are thieves. They take our answers and run, and never pay us. Some people never come back to view the answers. Its not a perfect system, but it works.

One star is far too generous for this scam of a website. For the thirty seven pounds I paid I should have sought a professional's advice. My query was of a medical nature and the alleged expert was clearly from the wrong field of medicine (regardless of the fact they gave me a choice of medical professional to choose from). I was foolish and was vulnerable and taken advantage of (also they refuse to respond to any query or compliant) so PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM AND NOTHING MORE

Finally a straight, honest, clear, understandable, no BS answer. Within 30 minutes as well. The dealer mechanic beat around the bush while "just answer" explained why we got the answer we did.

I signed up for the 5$ for a vet answer but didn't get one. Then I check my bank account and see a charge for 33$ on top of the 5$. It is a scam. AVOID!

Our cat was sick. Our vet couldn't see him for 2 weeks. In a panic, we reached out to Just Ask for help. The call was made quickly to us by the vet. A quick diagnosis of acute gastritis was made. OTC meds were prescribed. It was wrong. The meds covered up what was really going on. He needed an emergency vet, it would have saved our kitty. He was heading towards Acute kidney failure. We followed the prescribed treatment as he got sicker. We took him to the vet and found out that if we had brought him in earlier, they could have pulled him back from the edge. We followed the Just Ask prescribed steps instead of going to any vet, as a result despite our vets heroic care, Jasper died. As an insult to injury, when we initially looked at Just Ask for help, we unwittingly signed up for a membership. If you don't cancel said membership in a few days, you are charged for the full monthly membership of $39. Even after seeing the initial $39 fee, I was unaware that it was a monthly membership until 2 weeks after my kitty's death when I was charged again. I reached out to the company and was refunded this month alone and canceled my membership. Be aware that you are signing up for more than you may be bargaining for. Also note, Nothing can beat a hands on approach. A vet visit to any vets office can be a game changer for both you and your furry friend.

Tip for consumers:
Be very careful asking a virtual vet questions about your furry friends. They ask a couple quick questions and make a guessed diagnosis. If the guess is wrong, it can end in death, as it did for our beloved kitty. Be aware you are signed up for a full price membership if you don't cancel within a few days. You won't receive any email making you aware of the membership or its benefits either. It's a total sucker punch.

I agreed for the $5 question fee and found a $40 membership fee. After calling I found out that it is non refundable, so I paid 45 for a question that didn't get a good answer for since the tech isn't on site. Paying an actual tech to come out now. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!
