WELL Dr Scott Nimmo was the vet I spoke with about the possibility of what was wrong and yes that calmed me down. BUT Dr. Scott Nimmo has not been practicing any type of vet medicine of any activity according to RCVS, which he is making sure he is registered on so people can see he is not practicing any type of vet medicine. I sent them messages and screen shots of my messages saying I had proof and would take lawful action but also locked my card so they would not be able to use it further. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING. CALL YOUR VET THEY WILL TELL YOU IF ITS AN EMERGENCY TO COME IN OR NOT. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. I PRAY EVERYONE READS THIS REVIEW!

I was told I can pay 5$ for a question, they decided to sign me up for a monthly membership and I was charged 42$! I asked one simple question and I was just charged 42$ 7 days later for that question. Do not use this app or trust them. DO NOT SIGN UP OR PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO IN.

When you pay your first $5 bucks, they are incredibly responsive. And they were right on time when they charged me the first $46 monthly recurring payment... and the next two subsequent months after that. But when I asked them my first question under a membership, there was no response for over 24 hours. The next day I opened my account... there was still no response. So I typed in..."HELLO?" And the response I got was from some idiot lawyer named Adam Yaruzzi, who tried to upsell me by sending me a request to pay another $59 to talk to him on the phone. When I said no... there was NO RESPONSE! A week later... STILL NO ANSWER! HORRIBLE SERVICE... DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE CROOKS! I cancelled my service immediately.

I would like to say last night i kept getting harrassed by cbv collections, i was so pissed trying to make a payment plan and they wouldnt let me the letter i recieved said i can make one but from what i experienced i realized they wanted me to pay now i told them im pregnant im not working i have little income so i made payment every two weeks the man shouted on the phone yelling saying its not enough and of course i cursed him out. Im diabetic and i swear i was about to lose it until i came across this website and i got an answer and the answer he gave me was what i read online and i felt better,, i filed 2 complaint against cbv and guess what they didnt bother to call me today because on their complaint two of their employee lied and misinformed me and i told them i would use the recording against them in court. Lets see if theyll leave my phone alone for good now cause i do make my payement!
