Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

So far the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have never posted a bad review in my life. But JustAnswer is that one scamming company that's taken me there. I'm completely disgusted with this company and would advise anyone who reads this to not use.
I had paid $5 to have one question answered, this was an offer on their website. I got answer from a professional and was billed $5 immediately, as expected. A whole month later, I see new charge on my account, they took $46 out of my account without notifications! I immediately called as I was horrified. I was told that this was a membership fee that was coming with the $5 question I had asked a month prior. What?!? At no point they clearly stated I would also be enrolling in such scam. They're offering you the opportunity to pay for a one time question at $5 but on top of that you're paying a secret membership? It makes no sense! Anyone with a brain would then pay for the membership alone and ask as many questions as they'd like. I spent 20 minutes over the phone with the supervisor who was very determined to hold on my $46 as if her life depended on it. They made me want to vomit. They stole my money and never sent me a heads up either.
Gross company, do not recommend. You will be met with nasty surprises like this one.

It sounds like you accepted a free trial offer to try our membership program. At the end of the trial, the membership bills automatically to avoid disruptions in service. There is messaging on the payment page about the membership billing and the 7-day trial. As well, we send out several E-mails about the membership benefits during the trial week along with a billing reminder 3-days prior to membership billing being processed.

This is a US Company using UK-based advisors. Paying the Trial £5 initiates a contract with them that entitles them to take £50 every month unless you terminate the contract within 7 days.

Citizens Advice or your Local Solicitor would give better value and service.

Basically, if the antique expert in the mood to decide that the painting is genuine and gives you an estimate of what in practice happened to be wrong, nor JustAnswer nor expert are liable for the losses you carried in the result.
• JustAnswer constantly changes the terms of reference. You can easily track this information from the multiple available internet archives.
• While Terms of Reference describes the dispute mechanism it never worked in practice as in order to start the dispute the company must respond to you in writing and JustAnswer never responds to you.
• Please read the JustAnswer terms of reference before you proceed with the payment for the services. Once you read it you will understand that there is no guarantee or protection against any mistakes caused by the "expert". Also, please read the definition of "Expert" the JustAnswer determined in the Terms of Reference.
Save your money and don't be tricked!

When you need it most and the timing isn't there. WRONG! It was. I had a phone call after midnight. So far, so good. I plan to use this as much as I can.
We were having trouble with a new thermostat we just installed in our RV. We called a local mobile RV repair place. They wanted $150 to arrive and $150/hour! Yikes! So, we turned to the internet, and did a search for the problem we were having. This is how we found JustAnswer. It's the first time we ever used a pay site. We presented our problem and the RV mechanic told us how much he would charge for the answer. It was certainly very reasonable! So, we said, yeah, let's do this thing! He provided us with some information which allowed us to discover that we had installed the incorrect thermostat. If we would have had the mobile RV guys come out for $300, that's what they would've told us... after who knows how many hours at $150/hour?! Needless to say, we are very happy with the answers we received. Our RV technician was available to us within 30-45 minutes and remained available to us for as long as we needed him. The result is that we found out what the problem was, how to fix it, and saved a whole lot of money! We are very impressed and would definitely use the service again and recommend to friends.

I was on google with they popped up.It told me I could get an answer from an expert.It said it would cost 2 dollars to get an answer. I got the answer and clicked it off.I didn't sign up for a subscription at 35 dollars a month. I WANT NOTHING MORE TO DO9 WITH THEM!

After five months of searching for an attorney who would just answer a few questions, lead me to whom I needed to speak with, what kind of questions I really needed to ask to find the right attorney, and what questions I was not asking correctly, my rep from this site not only answered my question, he led to whom I needed to call, report, and follow up with in order to get a resolution to the issues I am wanting to address. Every attorney I spoke with in the real estate business is willing and represents the dealers, not the purchaser. I was so upset and didn't know how to resolve these problems. With his help I contacted the peoples whom he suggested I call and found the right person to help me. WOW! How great is that? Signed up for a $1 - 7 Days Trial to get ancestry for my grandfather. Waited 15 minutes for an ‘Expert' to come online. At that time I texted in their portal that when my wait time reached 30 minutes I will have to cancel. IMMEDIATELY a ‘Retention' Specialist came online to say my question would be prioritized. Ten minutes later, the ‘Expert' comes online with a $34 fee for HER services! I said NO and why. The website did NOT mention that, and I called the number to cancel. It also stated the monthly membership fee is $20, but later language under Membership Management stated $50. FIFTY. Companies that do THIS are operating unethically because they give NO indication of their trickery in their website language. Customers should be told the truth in order to engage from a point of awareness and knowledge. That's how we make informed, wise choices. I did manage to adjust size of Purchase Order screenshot taken from laptop screen, after all. You asked for my Facebook Password and THAT is. A No-No. So sorry, no can do that.
I was able to submit a Review for Ali Express earlier this evening without having to do that.

This is a SCAM. The answers are Google answers. I got charged for services I never received. The customer service bot is horrible. Stay away, stay away, stay away.
