Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Not good just another way to scam people I have not gotten expected results

I was routed to the JustAnswer site when I was asking a question on a antique I had. The site displayed a $1.00 fee to join. The site also indicated that they had a $60 monthly membership fee. I erroneously made the assumption that I had to pay the $1 only to join and would then be given the opportunity to subscribe. WRONG! I was immediately charged the $1 fee to join and the first month membership fee of $60. The have a trial period in their menu option but apparently you still have to pay the $60. I canceled my membership immediately and completed their contact form requesting a refund. I received an email saying my membership was canceled but could ask questions for 30 days. I sent another email indicating what happened and requested a refund. Unfortunately that was NOT going to happen. I saw different comments when researching that they offer a 7 day trial but apparently they do not or, if they do you still get stuck with at least one month payment. I know what the site reflects and it is my error but I think their joining / registration is very misleading. Users should be given the opportunity to select a membership AFTER they join. Do not join on this site unless you fully intend to pay a $60 fee membership fee every month.

Honestly I am not sure. I was fumbling I Google with my tax question & just answer was an option I could choose.
Upon accessing this site, I was asked to ask my question and state my problem. I did and the tech on the other end asked me to verify my actions. Afterwards he informed me he would be connecting me to a technician that would be able to help and also informed me that a 1.00 fee was going to be charged and proceeded to send me to payment window. After I filled in the necessary information I got an immediate text from the card issuer asking me if I authorized a 46.00 charge. Answered no and then proceeded to ask the tech about this charge, and that it was supposed to be 1.00. He gave me a web address for refund. I went to that website, did not use their service and asked for the refund. It was explained to me that this is how they operate. The charge of 1.00 is a joining fee and the 46.00 is the monthly fee recurring until I cancel. This practice is underhanded and shameful. I cannot think of a reason to retain a membership of this type. They would not acknowledge the fact and I cancelled the membership. I'm reporting this to the fraud department of the card issuer. As no satisfaction is even expected from this site

I HAPPENED ON THIS SITE AND JOINED, SINCE I HAD SEVERAL ANTIQUESAND COLLECTIBLES THAT I WASN'T SURE OF VALUE. THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS VERY PROMPTLY AND GAVE ME NO ONLY GOOD IDEA OF VALUE BUT ALSO WHERE I MAY BE ABLE TO SELL. VERY EASY TO USE. ASK QUESTION AND SEND A PICTURE. WOULD DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND
They charge your credit card without letting you know, £5 for a first question, reasonable answer but not worth it, then they charge you £38 every mouth until you check your bill.

We canceled our membership and they still billed us. They would not refund our money even though we cancelled our subscription! In my opinion they are crooks and BUYER BEWARE, I wish I could give zero stars.
