Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I must say I was a little skeptical but I proceeded based on gut instinct and so glad I did. I received a lot of valuable information in a very timely manner. Thank you.
Make sure you read the fine print. I had multiple charges in my account. Then you have to make sure you cancel membership. The customer service was not caring at all.

When a site ask for credit card information upfront, I ALWAYS head to Consumer Protection's site for ratings and reviews. This site has over 400 negative complaints and reviews with Consumer Protection, and claim to have a A+ rating, but when I looked it said 16% positive reviews.
I received a response in just minutes after posting my question. The attorneys response was very easy to comprehend. I have used the service before and have always been very pleased.
Late on a Tuesday afternoon, I was able to locate a professional plumber who told me how, and gave me the confidence, to make the repair.

In July I paid for the services of this site, I asked only one question, my mistake was that I did not know about the monthly subscription, okay, that's my mistake, the money for August was automatically debited, in September I canceled the subscription and what do you think? For September they also withdrew money after cancellation and when I asked for help to return the money, they gently sent me away, I wanted to return the money only for September, because I canceled the subscription for this month, in the end they ignore me, I DO NOT ADVISE cooperation with this company

First off, I was given a very generic answer for my dog who is dealing with some issues. When I was done with the chat, said to myself well at least that only cost me $5. Then I look at my phone and see an alert for a $39 charge after all it does is advertise that it will only cost $5. I chatted with someone from the company, and I was very robotically told that its my fault that I didn't know that it was $39, that I should be happy that they waived my sign-up fee of $5 and "ONLY" had to pay $39. I didn't see anywhere on the payment page mentioned anything about a $39 fee, I would not have signed up for it if that was the case. I was refused a refund even though I was not satisfied at all with the answer to my question, or with the extra fee casually tossed in. This company has 0 empathy, makes you feel stupid if you say you didn't see the fee anywhere, and lie about being able to get a refund if you are not satisfied. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB to actually get my money back, because this has been absolutely terrible.
Tip for consumers:
Sticking to their word and allowing people to get refunds.

I always worry about my pets and I have many exotic pets so it's not always easy to find a vet at all hours. This gives me a piece of mind until I can get them to a vet.
The mechanic was able to describe in detail what I needed to know.
I used this service to cancel a subscription the service said it would only cost me $1.00 and then they turned around and cost me an additional $46.00. I will not use this service ever again

The robot wanted to know if I wanted to proceed and receive the form for $1. Sounds easy right? NO. I completed the form, then spoke briefly with a very knowledgeable/kind doctor. Received a conversation text to check out memberships because there are so many benefits. So I clicked on memberships. Suddenly my eye catches at the bottom of the paragraph in faint lettering, the next membership fee will come out next month date. I did not purchase a membership, so I called in. Not an easy number to find... They tell me that when you select to have the $1.00 form sent, they AUTOMATICALLY sign you up for the $46/mo. Membership fee. I canceled on the web page, received the confirmation email the membership was cancelled but did not say anything about a refund. Responding back on the chat feed, I demanded my refund. It wasn't until that moment, that I realized I had been talking to a robot. The company they do not refund first visits. They would be alot more honest, if they charged for the visit. I won't be going back.
They did not say that 5 $ trial for 7 days: mean to ask question only, as many question that you want for 7 days. BUT...
Every time the expert call you for the answer will cost you 24 dollar extra.
