“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

They pretend to charge you 2$ for a one time connection to an expert.
But you are actually charge 53$ for an automatic renewable yearly membership.
+ they did not even connect me to an expert.

I would recommend the online Veterinarian Service to anyone needing immediate assistance from a Veterinarian without any hesitation. Deb, the Veterinarian I spoke with was excellent, she knew exactly what type of trap I was talking about that my dog had been caught in for such a long time. She knew exactly what to tell us to do.
We did exactly what she said and, and it's only been three days since the incident and our fur baby is doing great! Thank you Deb, our online Veterinarian!

I've included the story of what happened to our dog before my review for you to read and know just how panicked were were and how in need of an immediate Veterinarian on a Sunday we were.

Our dog was with us in our yard one minute, and gone the next. We live in an area of a small town where our neighbors are very spread out and woods separate most of us. Or dog had been missing for over thirty hours. The next day we're were outside again and she came wondering into our yard with an enormous lump under her throat the size of two softballs. It appeared to be a hematoma to me and our neighbor that is an RN. We found out that our sweet dog was baited and caught in a Snare trap by a neighbor. Snare traps are usually a death sentence for dogs. He left her in it intentionally for over twenty hours. He actually pulled up in the driveway right after she got home and told us this. He said he was going to shoot her, but decided to cut her loose.

We thought you couldn't change By Laws in Qld, or, it would cost thousands to do so. Within a short time we were informed we could change By Laws, with a majority Yes vote from owners, at an AGM via our Strata Management Service - so easy.

I stumbled onto this sight by accident. I found I got a quick answer by a real expert. It's well worth the $5.00 a month. This is the best expert website since allexperts.com shutdown.

I asked a question. Expert replied with a question. I answered. I asked if I was going to get an answer five times over 24 hours. Never got and answer. They took £18 from my mastercard.

The site instantly took $5 and the connected me to a lawyer only to make me wait for like whole 1 day and still no answer. They prompted me to pay $59 and call the lawyer, Fake site

I tried to ask a question, and you asked for 2$ to continue, after that, I saw you charged me 2$ plus 66$ membership which I didn't ask for. I don't want it and I want my money back.

You get charged $5 join fee which they say is fully refundable, they do not say you will be charged the full membership of $60 + the $5 join fee. In the end you are charges $65 dollars to begin with and just for stupid questions. When you try to call for refund, they send from one to the other, you get angry, start to yell because they are just playing with you then they play the "sir, if you don't let me speak I am going to have to disconnect" but keep repeating "I am not sure we will be able to refund you sir" and not expecting you to be angry, of course, they are stealing you and they want to force you into behaving an accepting. It's a SCAM. Don't fall for it. The idea of the website is cool, I wish there was really a website that would provide a good legal service but haven't found yet, JustAnswers is defintely a SCAM. They just got me angry and charged me $5 dollars for it. The $60 dollars they refunded after much suffering! Don't go through it, it's not worthy! Get a local lawyer, that's what I am going to do.

Tip for consumers:
Don't fall for it. They will just get you angry and keep your $5 if you get a refund of the $60 membership after much aggravation and anger. They work like narcisists... "I am not sure we will be able to refund you sir" then you get angry, then they say "if you don't speak right I am going to have to disconnect".. think about that! They spread a reason to be angry in your face, and tell you that if you get angry they will disconnect. Evil way of keeping people's money. I DON'T RECOMMEND

They will say the question is a $1, but they bill you $37 for a membership fee immediately and will continue to bill you. The assistance is generic. Avoid this company..

They were prompt in refunding my five dollars. I registered on Saturday, paid my $5 and wrote out my question in detail. It was obvious I was corresponding with a bot, but it said I would be hearing from an expert shortly. I didn't, but chalked it up to the weekend and It would be Monday. Monday 10ish I went on line to find out where my answer was. The bot asked me the same questions, I typed I had answered already answered the questions, and they had that information. Then an "expert" cam on line and started asking the same questions. I asked two questions, the second was "are you a bot", no answer and then the bot said, sometimes it works better with a in person phone call, $34.00. I terminated the on line conversation and called to get my $5 back. The young man apologized and gave me a free phone call with a expert, scheduled for 1 pm. Never got a call. Called them back and a woman apologized (again) and wanted to schedule another call in 2 minutes or maybe sometime later today. Nope
