Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Your technician was awesome, responded very quickly on a Saturday. Gave me many troubleshooting ideas. Looked this morning and it's making ice again. Thank you

I tried to use their service with the trial version, but it did not work, my question was not answered, but that was not a big deal anyway, since it is only $0.10. The problem arises when you sign a $50 membership and you don't realize that. They just charged me, I contacted the company saying that I never knew about that, that I never used the service and that it has not been 24 hours since the membership was charged, that I already canceled it but I would like to get my money back. They know that I never used their service and that it was just charged, so nobody had to be there to answer any questions, nobody has had to give me any kind of service and they haven't done any kind of work for me, even so, they refused to return the money claiming that "I am not eligible for a refund." It is really sad to have the situation we have in the world right now with people losing their jobs, including myself, to have your money stolen in this way. Really frustrating and of course just for the bad customer service, I would never recommend this company.

After many months and many different company reviews, I selected JustAnswer, their credentials and associations with all of the credible national auction houses, JustAnswer and its associates became the over-whelming decision-maker for me to enlist JustAnswer for this very important transaction.
About 3 months ago I used this service to get access to a Vet for my dog who was having an allergic reaction.
For a $35 dollar opportunity and a $5 sign up fee, I thought that to be much cheaper than a true vet visit.
The vet was very pleasant to talk to and was definitely trying to help my dog and I out. At the end of it all, that conversation probably saved me a pretty penny at the vet.
The problem was that $35 sign up was actually a non-refundable subscription. I feel as though when I was signing up, it wasn't overly clear I was signing up for a recurring fee. Maybe some of this was the situation I was in, concerned for my dog, that led me to overlook some of the fine print. Regardless I get my statement the next month, and there is an extra $35 charge. I quickly find my login credentials and cancel the membership. Then I reached out to the customer care to see about a refund, turns out the fee can't be stopped and is non refundable.
I want to say the service I had was great, I just feel like it is kinda crumby business practice to hide the auto-renewal aspect, then not let it be dropped.

I had some nagging questions post radical prostatectomy and my urologist is not interested in talking - he refers me to my primary care physician. So, I went to JustAnswer and got my answer - not the one I would have liked to hear mind you, but it was a third opinion and I trust the answer. In my case with Prostate cancer - pre-surgically Gleason Score 7 (3+4) with 75% involvement, both lobes, and post-surgically Gleason Score 6 (3+3) TNM staged T2c, I was informed by this Urologist that Active Surveillance might have been a better choice for me even at 54 years old than DaVinci surgery.
If I ever need mechanical advice again I'll be going to JustAnswer again. I wasn't sure what to use to make my serpentine belt stop squealing and Mike hit it on the nail.
I have a dispute with a Melbourne used car dealer, for which I may have a claim under the Australian Consumer Law for misleading and deceptive conduct in describing the vehicle.
John Melis (Solicitor) very clearly told me how to set out and proceed my claim via the Victorian Consumer Affairs Tribunal (VCAT).

I hopped on their site after a google search. The chat bot and I talked a little and I was offered further discussion with an appraiser for a "refundable $5 fee". I figured for $5 (refundable or not) I was willing to go further. I was immediately charged $60 for the monthly fee. Their chat person refused to refund it and I was "not eliglble" for a refund even though I had not interacted with their appraiser. I threatened chargeback and posting reviews like this and they still said that I was not eligible and that I had been cancelled going forward. I asked for a supervisor and I was given *******220. I talked to someone from overseas and they put me on hold. Came back and said they can't refund any of the charges.
THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT. DO NOT INTERACT NOR PAY THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!

They offer a $5 REFUNDABLE chat with an expert. Then when you pay that they charge you $5 AND a $60 monthly fee.
They're more than happy to cancel you going forward but refuse to refund the charge you were just charged whether you spoke to an expert or not.

I'm sorry for the confusion about the good faith deposit. An initial $5 deposit is required at the time the question is posted and the balance of the question price is collected once an Expert responds to the question.

My company has had a terrible time with a reoccurring mechanical issue with one of our trucks. Within an hour I had a top answer that could be put to our current shop.
JustAnswer advertises that you can get an answer/appraisal, etc. for $1.00. When I signed up for my question, the $1.00 turned into $61! There is an immediate additional charge for $60 (for the first month).
At that point you have already submitted your credit card re the $1 charge, which turns out not to be the case. I canceled my account for future months, but was still entitled to one month's worth of service which my $60 should have covered. This turned into numerous emails and support contacts just to be able to get my money's worth. Each time I logged in, I was either told my account was canceled or I was asked to submit my credit card, for further charges of $5, $10, etc. I ended up with attempts to be helped by Customer Relations reps, and I believe they have good intentions, but that is clearly false advertising and an inefficient accounting system. There were many hours spent in JustTrying to use my JustAnswer. I finally had a few limited appraisals, but definitely not a month's worth. I would like a refund for service that was paid for, but not sufficiently provided.

So apparently, the $5 is a trap to charge you a subscription fee of $60/month. I know that I didn't sub as this is a one-time service that I needed, but I found out they have scammed me $120 for a 2-month sub fee. Fortunately, and after $120 Scammed, I unsubscribed!
