Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I have a new MacOS10. 14. 6 and have recently purchased a new printer Canon TS5050. I couldn't access a driver for this. In view of this I contacted Canon Help. Hesham Ackbar helped me connect up which at time appeared exceedingly difficult. However he persevered and eventually he connected me up. I cannot understand why it was so dfficult to access, I presume it was because the computer and printer were new models. This is the second Canon I have bought and because the power and especially the USB are recessed they are both difficult to access.
Rather quickly the technician identified my problem and offered a quick inexpensive solution to try and if that didnt solve the problem he offered another fix requiring changing parts.

Shocking experience from a "legal" support. They said they would charge me $5 for a question being answered and then had hidden T's & C's that also bill you for a month's membership. My question NEVER got answered, I just got the headache of having to try get my money back.
The support box locks and you're unable to ask any further questions for help. Then when you follow the maze to try find support again, they tell you that you're stupid for not reading the T's and C's and advise you not to give credit card info out online. ONLY SOLID LEGAL ADVICE RECEIVED!
They will give you money back after trying to sell you a whole story as to why they aren't a scam and who has supported them. After then belittling you some more, they will keep trying to tell you that you consented to pay them.
Insist. Insist. Insist. And eventually you will get a full refund.
Absolutely shocking - I wish I could give -5 stars! This company shouldn't be allowed to operate. And anyone who advocates for this phishing practice is absolutely shocking too.

Don't use JustAnswer. Once you give them your credit card number they pull the money out even before they give you a answer. They also put you on a page that gives you three options on how much you want to pay for their service a month. They have it fixed so you have to choose one. Then your stuck. They say they have a chat line. THERE IS NO CHAT LINE. After several phone calls all you get is recordings. NO PERSON ANSWERS THE PHONE. Email is AUTOMATIC RESPONCES. DON'T DO IT, IT'S A SCAM
I asked a question about a possible injury to my dog's paw. I was immediately and repeatedly told that it was a malignant tumor that could only be removed via surgery. It was a foxtail in the top of my dog's paw and was immediately treated and corrected. I immediately cancelled my "membership" and was still charged for the following month. I then cancelled again and yet my bank account was charged for that month too. When I called to find out what was going on, I was told that there was no record or any cancellations (this was later changed after I read word for word a text message that I had from them) and that, despite this, I am not entitled to a refund. I asked for additional contact information at their company and was told that none existed. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE FOR ANYTHING!
Tip for consumers:
If there was less than one star, that would be a more accurate rating. I should not have to spend hours upon hours to try to keep a company who gives horrendous advice from charging my bank account when it is not authorized to do so.

I was having difficulty troubleshooting an electrical problem on my Jeep. With help from a Jeep mechanic on Just Answer I was able to isolate and repair the problem within minutes.
You call and then you will be asked for the aspect of your question - then details and some 10 min. More Q&A then sent to fill out a Credit Card info for $5. When done a new page appears and then asked for the aspect of your question - then details and some more Q&A then send to fill out a Credit Card info for $1. Then asked for the aspect of your question - then details and some more Q&A and although I clearly asked a question about repairing my truck and gave all of the symptoms and details and wanted a mechanic, a lawyer came on line to start the whole FU__NG THING AGAIN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY NEED TO CALL THEMSELVES FOR A NEW WEB DESIGN It is like a deranged psychological experiment to determine the greatest level of consumer patience. (imho)

I've used Just answer probably over 20 times in about the last 8 years. Generally it's been between fairly helpful and very helpful. I use it mostly for legal advice, tax advice, and financial questions.
Generally the experts have been reasonably quick, pretty helpful, and sometimes VERY patient in answering my many follow-up questions.
Got help for a tiny fraction of what it would cost calling or walking into a lawyers office.
One possible downside is in contacting a lawyer your conversation is NOT (unlike contacting a lawyer directly outside JustAnswer) protected by lawyer-client confidentiality. So, at least potentially, if you revealed something on just answer that could damage you, it COULD somehow comeback and bite you.
Sometimes I' e had trouble in ther interface finding the topic... that I KNOW is there... to post under. And not always clear to me if and how I have a chice of whjc expert to toss my question to
I like very much (comparing this service to getting legal help on LegalZoom) that you get WRITTEN responses, and there's no clock ticking on my interchange with the expert.

I received a email from one of the sales people on POSHMARK, she said that garment bags was going quickly and if I wanted them I need to purchase them now.
I had already purchased the bags, so I went the customer complaint page to fill out a request to remove one of the charges.
Somehow I was redirected to Just Answers, I was not aware that I was not on the poshmart site anymore, I told them that I was charged twice for the one items.
When Just Answer asked for my card security code I thoughts that they were going to refund my money back to my card.
So I told them that somehow I were on the wrong website, they said no problem they will work on getting everything fixed.
By this time I received a text from the sales person and she removed it extra charges.
I am now aware that I am on the wrong website and had been misdirected, and told them that.
I ask them what are you talking about and how are you going to fixed anything.
I didn't know that I was joining a membership, no one said that I was joining a membership until I told them that they I was on the wrong website.
Just Answers emailed me letting me know that they have refunded my $46.00 dollars back to my credit card.
They say they understood that I thought that I was on POSHMARK. And this is why they refunded my money back.
I was provided valuable info to help me understand how to handle my situation.
It was readily available service to help with a problem that I had no info about how to handle the problem.
THEY NEED TO ADD A ZERO STARS, ONE STAR IS A COMPLIMENT TO THIS SCAM ARTIS. THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY LEAD YOU TO BELIEVE YOUR INITIAL CONTACT IS ONLY FIVE BUCKS. THEN THEY HIT MY CARD FOR 60 BUCKS A MONTH FOR TWO MONTHS BEFORE I CAUGHT IT.
