Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
Asked for advice on using site. Rep sent answer. Good and fast service.

I had a very basic question about privacy and medical information. I wasn't sure if I had any recourse in my situation, or not. The webpage at Justanswer.com said that I could have a question answered for $5. Being that my question was very simple I thought it was reasonable to spend the $5, and I gave them my bank account information. I asked the attorney my question, and got a straightforward simple answer. I was satisfied with that. That same day I saw that there was a $46 charge on my debit card. When I emailed them and asked for that to be refunded I was told I was charged that because I did receive an answer. I would not have given them my bank account information if I had known they were going to charge me $46. I did go back to the auto chat function on the website and ask how much it is to have a question answered, and was told that it is a "small refundable fee" if I canceled within 7 days, which is what I did. When I asked again online how much the fee is I was told to go to another page which required my bank information and a charge of $1 to get more information. I'm so frustrated and I feel wronged. Shame on them.

My experience was great. They gave me great advice.
I used Just Answer Real Estate for a condo association question. The lawyer just gave me some generic answer then referred me to Google Scholar. So Just Answer was not useful at all.

This site is clearly a scam. They say on their homepage to "Join for $2, cancel any time" and then immediately charged me $105 for a monthly membership.
At first, you are connected to someone to find out what your question is about. I gave them full details so they could match me with someone appropriate. The lawyer they connect me with doesn't even know what type of law is required, so how on earth did they do their job to match me with someone?
Suspecting this wasn't right, I cancelled. I looked at my credit card and sure enough there is this charge. I reached out to their customer service immediately and they said:
"I'm so sorry for the confusion! The CA$2 was a one-time join fee. The CA$105 was for your first month of membership. With JustAnswer you have a doctor on call, a lawyer on retainer, and tech support around the clock. Feel free to contact us at their email or *******589."
Then immediately disconnected. Only for me to be connected to someone else that basically said: well, it is your fault for not reading the fine print.
I told them I felt like I was being scammed and they just said they had a great BBB rating and disconnected again.
I just saw too people commenting that they are getting charged, even after cancelling. I guess I will be calling my credit card company.

Freaking horrible! HORRIBLE! S.C.A.M. All the way! Save yourself $5! First of all waited 4 darn days just to get a response. And when I finally did, the "vet" literally sent me back one question inquiring something that I wrote IN THE VERY FIRST SENTENCE of my initial question. And then after I responded to something I already previously mentioned, I waited another 3 days and got a response about my cats disorder THAT WAS COMPLETELY IRRELEVANT (I simply was stating past history) and completely IGNORED AND DIDNT ANSWER ONE FREAKING TIME REGARDING MY INTIAL REASON OF INQUIRY! Didn't answer it whatsoever! Instead harped on his disordered (which again has nothing to do with my original question) and told me to google it. FREAKING GOOGLE IT! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!? GOOGLE IT?!?!?!? Wow. Ughh thanks Vet. Appreciate the total waste of time and money. Again ITS A SCAM AND DONT FALL FOR IT!

The Just answer site operates on recurring monthly charges, but cancellation was fast. I did not get a refund, but at least I won't get charged more in the future...$65 for 10 minutes of less-than-mediocre response time is robbery. Perhaps other agents on duty with this service offer more and I got a lemon?
