Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
May 23rd I asked for a Dr's 2nd opinion about a kidney stone procedure. The Dr. replied asking for $, and copy of Xray. I attempted to send pix of Xray, but Dr. said he did not receive the pix. I DID NOT accept the Charge, as there was NEVER any answer provided.
In mid August I noticed a $46 charge from JustAnswer on my CC. Looking back I found more charges. On their webpage there is a "contact" Tab, which I asked JA to stop billing, and refund the unauthorized charges. NO Answer! Sept. 2nd another $46 was added, to bring my total charges to $220.00, for absoutely... NOTHING!. Again I sent them a message... No Answer! I have sent the BBB a statement of these fraudulent charges, 6 days ago, but still with NO REPLY from JustAnswer. Appears I will have to contact my bank, cancel this Credit Card to PREVENT, yet MORE Charges to be added next MONTH! Horrible Company! CROOKS?
Contacting my State Attorney Gen. Office is my next step.

DO Not use this company. They charged me for 2 months on my credit card after I had cancelled. They refused to refund my money. THIEVES!
Signed up for a one time answer and it started charging me $40 a month. Be careful using them. Sneaky business practice.

Really fast questions answered
I think they are a scam. I called Amazon to try to get an answer to a charge that was on my checking account. They answered like they were part of Amazon
They told me it would be $1.00 if I signed up but never mentioned anything about charging me $49.00. They then proceeded to tell me that they were transferring to an "expert".
I asked my question and the "expert" told me she would help me. Then preceeded to send me a list of the subscriptions of what was on my statement. Which is what I called about in the first place. She did not help at all. I know what charges are on my account! I wanted to know what they were for. But what really pissed me off was there was an immediate charge to my checking account for a $1.00 and then another charge for $49.00! Can you believe $49.00 for a problem they did not even help me with! Of course they don't disclose the charges until after you have given a card number. And of course I canceled immediately since they overdrew my account. So now I have to pay the bank an additional $35.00. And now I can't even call them for a refund because they will charge me again. I am entitled to a refund because they DID NOT help me at all.

The "expert" was on the phone with me about 3 or 4 seconds. That's it.

I have used this site numerous times, not because they are good, but really because I keep HOPING they will get better. When I had a question re: the law here in Arizona the stupid attorney was giving me information that did not even apply to Arizona and when I brought it to his attention he said I will have to look into Arizona law! Well I put in my question that I lived in Arizona! ONLY ONE TIME was I satisfied with the answer You can pay for Urgent but it still is not very fast. Today was an all time low and the last time I will ever use this site. I put forth a question last night regarding my sick bird that is not being vocal. I gave all the information and OVER 20 hours later I get a response from a Moderator that said, "We are still checking into this, have you found a solution yet" I was floored! I told them to forget it and how dissatisfied I was and no response only a deletion of my question! I really do not think this site has true Vets, Lawyers or anything, it's all a scam!

Took longer than they said it would, but the answer was very detailed and gave me everything I needed to fix the heater in my granddaughters car.
The auto mechanics have been extremely helpful. They have provided valuable diagrams and videos along with advice that were key to solving my issues
It was said one dollar would be charged, but they charged me an additional 50 dollars without any warning. I do not recommend that justanswer.com

The vet, Ray I think, spent a lot of time with me on the phone. Was very informative, answered all my questions and offered numerous suggestions.
They said it was $5 charge for "membership." Then they tried to put through two $39 charges on my credit card. Luckily Wells Fargo blocked both.

This company did not provide the services promised. They will take your money. Leave them alone. It's a bunch of scammy lawyers preying on the weak.
