“Wrong schematics”

Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

BEWARE THIS IS A PUBLIC FORUM NO CONFIDENTIALITY, ALL YOUR QUESTIONS ARE PUBLIC AND YOUR DETAILS TOO! The "experts" aren't verified at all, I asked customer care for verification they are licensed professionals and referred me to a link for "their expert help" that didn't exist. The 1st "lawyer" was plain wrong didn't even get the point, admitted non-relevance later, the 2nd one was semi-wrong and rude if not a chatbot, the 3rd unresponsive beyond a generic "have you taken any further steps?" which was an irrelevant question altogether and never responded to my messages again. None of them had any registered license online nor could I verify the individual exists, the 3rd one also probably had an AI generated image and a first name and last name with 0 records in the UK, claimed to be a solicitor which is a protected title. Can't get a refund for the scam since you log on to paypal for 1 pound but then by logout you secretly accept to pay the first month of membership too at 51 pounds extra!

I paid $68 for the chat and then $85 for a phone call to be told I need to Google the visa I need. DO NOT waste a penny with this website.

I went on Just Answer using a FREE TRIAL MEMBERSHIP and got remote assistance for another $5 after refusing the $39 first offer. The tech did some stuff and left me to wait for a download and we disconnected from the remote assistance. Hours later I tried to reach the tech because he did not finish the job and called Just Answer to get what I thought was just going to be the $5 because the problem was not solved but when I went into My Account I had numerous charges. They charged me the full rate for the remote assistance and a membership fee and more. So I figured I would milk it for the few days and then saw a "Take advantage of your $5 membership by asking more questions in 150+ categories. You can even ask questions for your family and friends." So I called to look into that deal but I was challenged with, "You on a $5 membership so you can't have that" I told them I am on a Free 7 day trial, he told me the Free trial is $5! Ummm... so when did free become $5? So I looked at My Account and saw no $5 fee for the Free Trail but I apparently can't get the $5 Membership. All in all stay away because there is too much deception. Also the sight is un-secure as well, I noticed in the address bar. Also every time you post a question or response to your MIA missing tech(s) they charge you $18. So when your thinking you connecting back with your tech and say, Hello are you still there?" that's $18 then you get a email and text that the tech responded back to you but you see nothing so you write," I see you responded back to via texts and email but I see no message coming through" Boom another $18 and this goes on and on because you keep getting emails and text messages sent to you saying you got a response and nobody is there. Just stay away...

It appears that new questions were posted as opposed to replies to the ongoing conversation, this may have made it seem like the technician wasn't responding. It does appear that you were on the membership as well, but it seems that we may have sent the wrong membership marketing email. At this time, all of the charges that you incurred have been refunded and you should not see any further emails regarding the questions or the membership.

As it says in the titled membership is disrespectful to its customers.
The setup of just answers is fantastic. You ask a question you get an answer by a professional they answer it they give you the information you need that's it.
The problem is the way the company is run is very shady and disrespectful.
1st problem when I signed up I thought I was only paying $5. After the $5 that's just a fee then it's a $29 membership that they charge you after the fact that they never tell you when you're signing up.
2nd problem if you ask too many questions on the site They considered that over use when I did that and they canceled my membership without telling me. They never stated anywhere that you have to ask only a certain amount of questions. They stated it's an unlimited amount of questions you can ask under your membership they lied.
When I called customer service about what was going on because I didn't know at the time. They told me my membership was canceled but they said they didn't know why. I said why I didn't cancel my membership and you kept my money for it.
To make matters worse I only had the membership for like a week. So I still have 3 more weeks on my membership. Keep in mind they keeping my money for membership I paid for that I can't use anymore.
Anyway when I spoke to the customer service representative and I was asking for an answer why I didn't get an email or a text message or a phone call what was going on in the Y. She kept on giving me different answers but she didn't answer the question. So then when I asked her again it's because she said I abused the site by asking too many questions and that's why they canceled my membership. And I said that's the issue why Didn't just tell me the truth in the 1st place and then she hung up on me.

Grayson, a silky terrier, as terriers are wont to do, stalked and killed a lubber grasshopper outside. For those of you who don't know, a lubber is this HUGE grasshopper that's about 4" long, and with its legs out, stretches about 6". (Google it) They can't fly, they walk, slowly. He ate it. And about an hour later started to throw up violently, every 2-3 minutes. After give my dog water to keep him hydrated, he continued to throw up and moan. We kenneled him. Kept watching him and he wasn't getting better, in fact, he was throwing up more violently and moaning more. A 24 hour vet is 35 miles away. An email to this site, with symptoms, gave me a choice of chat, reply by email, or a phone call. I opted for phone call because of the symptoms. The vet on call was great and took his time. We went through what I had on hand I had some anti-nausea people med on hand and he calculated what my dog's dosage should be. I ground the pill w a spoon while on speakerphone, put the dosage on my fingertip and rubbed it on the roof on his mouth, since it's absorbed under the tongue for people. The vomiting slowed, then ceased. The vet then gave me instructions for what to look for during the night, what to do, and then gave me instructions for the next day for what to fix and how much and when. I work at home so i didn't have to leave him. He's quiet, drinking water and I'm following directions.

The lubbers are toxic and noxious don't let your dog eat one, is the takeaway.

Money very well spent, a great caring vet who stayed on the phone with me for nearly a half hour, and if the situation had warranted or things got worse would have sent me to the 24 hour vet in a heartbeat and said so.

Thank you so much today is the day after and while he's not hungry yet, I think he's going to be OK. Thank you again!

I asked a question and was told it was only $5 to continue and get my answer unless I wanted to talk on the phone then it would be more I was then charged $69 and was like I wasn't told about that and couldn't find the number or a email for customer service was charged again today and finally found a number to call the guy told me that I agreed to a membership I knew nothing about and when I asked to talk to a manager because he didn't care about what I was saying kept talking over me and saying membership fees are not refundable he had me on hold for a while comes back says a manager would call me back in 15-30 minutes to talk and gave me a ticket number I waited still no call back I am very disappointed and I do not recommend this site I feel scammed and used the advice wasn't even right I ended up getting a lawyer for my issue then and was told the compliant opposite of what they said and only got half messages when talking to someone on this site honestly if you have a real issue please do not use this site you will lose money I gave a star because I can't give nothing they respond and say to call the number with the extension they give on here but no one is ever at that one and you end up going through what you went through before with unhelpful people I regret ever using JustAnswer

Scam! Lead to think it was 5 dollars. No thats just the fee. 51 dollars Then hung up on many times

It takes alot for me to become pissed and write a review. These people charged me 51 dollars for a question i probably should have gotten free. They said. "Its a five dollar question" then tell you later you had to pay for a membership along with it. DONT USE THIS SITE! They also hung up on me and told me that since they explained to me thats why i paid 51 dollars that they dont need to talk to me anymore. Im livid if they had an office id be in there cussing them out
