Just bought this used 2005 Acura RL off Craigslist. A decent enough car for an irresistible price. Three days in car won't start. I'm thinking...well, you know what I'm thinking. I was having trouble with my small engine mower. I was very close to fixing the problem on my own but needed a little extra info to get me over the hump without needing to take it into the repair shop. Paul was very helpful and even sent part numbers and tutorial videos.

I experienced constant clicking on the burners on my KitchenAid stove top, as if I was trying to start a burner which would not light. This occurred while all five burners worked.

A magazine I'd subscribed to folded and transferred the remainder of my subscription to a magazine I had absolutely no interest in. That magazine subsequently sent me a notice that they were going to auto-renew my subscription. All of their published customer service website subscription links were non-functional or merely ran me in circles. I'm not thrilled that I had to buy a subscription to JustAnswer to get this resolved but somehow JA found a link into the magazines system that worked and I was able to cancel this non-customer responsive outfit's magazine.
