The tech's knowledge was solid and advice was what i expected. I have an old receiver that failed to power up. After more than 30 years of reliable service he told me the time had come to probably get a new one. With few shops available anymore, unless it is a very high end unit, the cost of repair and inconvenience outweigh the purchase of a replacement.
This business is a scam. They advertise a small $2 charge for answers but discretely sign you up for an outrageous monthly subscription fee without being upfront about it. It's hidden in the fine print and is slimey and a scam. Avoid at all costs!

I was stuck in the house with my cats in Florida for Hurricane Helene, brought a poisonous plant in from outside and didn't secure it fast enough before a cat chewed on it. Next morning…projectile vomit 6 times and his vet was closed. JustAnswer's Dr John helped me decide what to do and he was right. The cat is fine.

At 80, dealing with issues is difficult in so many ways... was charged a subscription fee that I had not enrolled in/or gave consent... my bank and purchasing company (after contacting both) said it was "scam" - then I called the business JustAnswer! Spoke with Sophia "and" she was so kind, listened "and" sent me confirmation of credits to my credit card - $5 fee, $47 membership... I am so thankful that I was connected with Sophia... AND, have called my CC company and the credit has been received! I am so very much pleased! Thanks!

It was on the Bosch website to help with a dishwasher issue - Dion was very helpful and not sure what the entire story is - I just know, I did not sign up for ANYTHING... my copied text says - "you will be charged $5 and it will be credited" - hence I gave my cc information... IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!
Frank, coin representative/expert has done well with all of my coins.
I recently had a billing fluctuation and am still confused as to why my monthly rate changed. I'm not doing anything different. I updated my card info and all went haywire.
They have went back and forth with me, still say I changed the length of time in which I want my coins reviewed. I am still working on getting someone to do it correctly.
I saw it when I was searching for appraisers before I submit my coins for grading.

I did not realize this was available and it proved very helpful. I fell for one of those " to good to be true" ads. Since this has happened before I try very hard to completely check out before buying. Well they still get you. When I saw charge onCC as being in China could not cancel order. They do give tracking info but when it supposedly gets delivered no one can find it. This site took the tracking info and checked all delivery options and is not anything they could find ( no way I would have the information on how to contact every company). They definitely advised disputing it with credit card company.

The technician got back with me the following morning but we found a different appliance that was making the beeping sound but he did give us some suggestions for the ice maker ice sticking in big chunks.
I've been using there service for a while this year and they usually are able to help me fix the problem.
The JustAnswer technician would always answer my questions and provide me with any information and PDF's when I needed them.
Because they provide information in a timely manner especially wiring and other PDF's I cant find anywhere else without paying other fees. Its worth it.

My baby girl was so so sick! Our home flooded and while evacuating she either drank the food water or got into something and became lethargic and would not eat or drink. She then began vomiting. Her blood sugar level dropped dramatically. The vet was very easily reached and told me exactly what to do! My sweet girl is now back to her fiery self!
