Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

I had a zero turn lawn mower with a bad vibration in the engine. I was put in touch with ErickN, who suggested ways to isolate the vibration. I found out what it wasn't and was able to find the cause.

My lawn mower wasn't holding a charge, so after troubleshooting, I decided to ask Just Answer. I asked question and after joining, got a very quick response from Donald, a small engine technician. He asked several questions of me to obtain as much info as possible. Final result is that he found me the possible problems and even got the parts numbers for the needed items ( voltage regulator and alternator). He even told me how and where to locate these on my riding mower. I'm not a mechanic, but I always try to fix things myself. I had tried the TroyBilt website but it was not user friendly.
I needed an answer to a mechanical issue and JustAnswer had very satisfactory reviews for all types of questions.

I needed help
I recently purchase a new 2024 Z and was hoping that I could get a remoter starter for it. I called the dealership and they said 'no'. I called to other local companies and no one wants to touch the car. The expert gave me the technical aspect as well as the issue of it being 'brand new' in short, wait.
Trusted the idea
I had an issue with a virus pop-up that wouldn't go away, no matter what I did messaged IT support and they resolved my issue in a timely manner! Ready to throw my computer off my balcony, but thankfully, they resolved the issue! Lol
I chose just answer because that was what popped up!
II needed to confirm whether or not a business was legitimate for cyber attacks, as I was scammed out of a large sum of money. In the process of trying to recover it, you don't know if you're dealing with the same people who stole your money or if it's a legitimate company genuinely trying to help you. Just Answers was able to confirm this for me and give me the confidence I needed to move forward.
I didn't know who else to ask. You would think you could call the police, FBI, or the sheriff, but all they'll tell you is that they don't know. And they will direct you to a webpage and give you some websites to try and figure out how to navigate. It was ridiculous, but I had no other choice. Thankfully, "Just Answers" was very helpful.
I use this app often and it is a huge help for my medical questions! Highly recommend for any person working in the medical profession

My dog had ingested something. I thought and was not doing well at all. I was about to spend a fortune going to an emergency vet. Thats when I found this service. The vet called me back and walked me through the possibilities of what it could be, and I waited till morning. And my dog is doing perfectly fine now. Saving me probably 8 or $900.

The technical assistance I received was very helpful. However, at times I could barely hear or understand what the technician was saying. I also feel like it was very pricey for one question and one time use. I would like a full refund. The first assistant that referred me to you stated I would only be charged $1.00. That being said I felt it was misleading and false advertisement.
I felt taken advantage of. I'm glad I was able to get back into my account but it was way too pricey. It lead me to belive I was reaching out to yahoo customer service.

Seems like the expert wasn't able to give an answer. Didn't ask for pics or much more info just basically felt like someone shrugging and saying well if he gets worse take him to the vet. I don't know any more than when I started. Waste of $30. I feel absolutely robbed. It's called just answer yet I paid $30 for no real answer.

The attorney that spoke to me gave me the definition of TODD and Ladybird deed. He also confirmed that general rule is that the last filing will be the one that stands.
I had a collection agency harassing me for a very old debt and even though I acknowledged the debt over the phone, Debra was able to inform me that as I didn't confirm the debt in writing, there was nothing they could do. Also the debt couldn't be restarted because it was well over 2 years old. A huge relief and many thanks to Debra.

Our truck had issue that sidelined us in the middle of nowhere in SW- got to speak with Ford mechanic who talked at length with my husband about our problem- he gave us his recommendations and in fact called into nearest Ford dealer and ordered parts we needed- my husband was able to get us there and got that solved
