This app has helped me rewire and upgrade the electrical to 200 amp service and installing a new jacuzzi hot tub and shower as well as many other items on a 100 year old farm house. It has made me look like aMaster Electrician and Plumber. Truck wouldn't start. Traveling and in another state, was not sure where to turn. Just Answers responded quickly with a phone call - yay! We are back on the road and confident with the solution. Seems our Park Neutral switch needs to be replaced.
We can start the truck while in Neutral but not park.

With what little mechanic knowledge I have, I was able to relay my problem to a mechanic who was able to very quickly help me solve my problem. He was kind and understood what my problem was and told me where to look, how to fix it and gave me reassurance that he would be around if the problem persisted. I recommend them to anyone, especially to those who don't think they know enough to have their problem understood or fear not being able to understand how to fix it. Great job!

I am looking for replacement parts for Grohe shower valve that was installed 24 years ago.
Apparently it is going to be very difficult to find any parts for the valve body or the trim plates and handles so I guess I will have to replace the whole valve system!
I will probably replace them with MOEN Valves as I have parts still available for those valves that were installed in 1977!

Dino was very patient as I had problems finding the right circuit breaker to flip. He was able to diagnose the problem and I have called for service to get the part replaced.

The mechanic's initial response was a little a slow, but lit was a Sunday afternoon. Once online, he spent a good deal of time with me on a chat. The end result was helping identify several items that might be the source of the no start issue. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand that I was going to need a good onsite mechanic to diagnose and resolve the problem.

I needed help with a matter pertaining to utility scale solar and zoning. I got great help and support from Kimberly who is a real estate lawyer.

I could not figure out the ins and outs of the website. For instance, I didn’t know if I had to wait, looking at the screen after I asked my question. Then a few minutes passed. I got a text saying someone had answered but I did not see the answer appearing on the screen. No matter, I worked it out.

Tye listened to the issue with my Acura and immediately identified the relevant recall to address Acura fuel pump motors. He gave the phone numbers needed to escalate the issue beyond the local dealer. I called the numbers he recommended and Honda opens a case to help resolve the issue.

Called and a real person walked me through a stove top that quit working after power outages. After several minutes of coaching, the appliance came back to life. I didn't have to call a repair person for tons of money!

I wanted a piano tuner and ended up with no answer, a dollar poorer and very frustrated. Had no idea I was in a question website. The whole thing was confusing and unsatisfactory. I will never access this site again.

I purchased and received 3 Moen safeguards bars. They came without brackets for attachment to tile.I found on the internet Moen bracket that I thought was compatible with the bars an I just wanted confirmation before I ordered.

You made me supply a credit card so you could charge ME 4 for the information (on your product) and kept me waiting for more than 15 minutes for an answer that I never received

I have an old dog with Cushings disease and he has an uncontrollable appetite and grabs everything that hits the floor.
While getting their heart worm medication ready I dropped a pill and he not only got that pill but his own previously.
I was worried that this would make him sick but was assured that the double does will not really hurt him but could have given him diarrhea which thankfully did not happen.
