The tech's knowledge was solid and advice was what i expected. I have an old receiver that failed to power up. After more than 30 years of reliable service he told me the time had come to probably get a new one. With few shops available anymore, unless it is a very high end unit, the cost of repair and inconvenience outweigh the purchase of a replacement.
This business is a scam. They advertise a small $2 charge for answers but discretely sign you up for an outrageous monthly subscription fee without being upfront about it. It's hidden in the fine print and is slimey and a scam. Avoid at all costs!
Ai had a minor laptop issue. The expert solved it and patiently answered all my questions. He also did it in a friendly manner.

I was pleased that I got a definitive answer to my question after doing some tests on my refrigerator.
The answer given to a similar question was definitive after doing some testing on the wiring and refrigerator electronics. It passed that technicians tests and needed to know what to do next to confirm that my refrigerator was worth fixing. Unfortunately my refrigerator failed the compressor test. It was worth the $29 to get an answer quickly that I knew was taylored to my refrigerator and accurately assessed the situation.
All the online Tech sites that I've experienced this service has been by far the very best. The customer care was amazing and the customer service was even better.
