Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
We live in Hunterdon County NJ and on 5/23/2024 we had a strange 30 minute violent storm that knocked out power lines throughout the area. My daughter has a Honda EM4000SX generator that had been sitting for the past 4 years just waiting for this moment to save the day! Unfortunately, it was sitting with a tank full of gas gumming the carburetor. We got it started but gasoline began to spurt out of the vent tube.
I did an exhaustive search on my iPhone for an answer as to how to correct the problem. I stumbled on JustAnswer. It seemed to good to be true to get a professional diagnosis and solution to my problem for $5. With a healthy dose of skepticism, out of desperation, I gave it a shot. Minutes later I got a call from a friendly, super knowledgeable tech, who knew immediately what was causing my issue, "The carburetor was flooding because of the ethanol in the gasoline that causes the needle and float to stick when left for extended periods on not being used. The excess gasoline was pouring down the vent tube." He recommended cleaning it with non-chlorinated brake cleaner (NOT carb cleaner). I found some in my son-in-law's basement and it was easier than I thought to open the carb and clean it. One tug on the pull-start and my daughter had power!.
Lucky for her, as the power remained out in our area for 2 days. I got to store all of my frozen meat in her freezer, so it was great for me too. I HIGHLY recommend this service, and I feel safer just knowing it is a phone call away the next time I get in a jam!

I was very happy with the appraiser BUT not happy Edith Just Answer. I tried the trial for $5.00 and then the next morning I was saw in my account that I was charged $5.00 and another $30.00 on top of that. Make sure this does not happen to you. Disgusting and disgraceful. I won't use them again.

I was wrought with anxiety and turned to JustAnswer for a query. I went through 3 different "experts". The first one was completely wrong and gave me an answer completely irrelevant to my question and insisted that they were correct. I cancelled my membership then and there as this was considered an "expert"? Wasted $47 right off the bat and was upset with me for giving in to this sham. 2nd expert asked how I was doing and didn't answer squat. 3rd expert was the cherry on top, actually answered and gave me some good insight. Take this site with measurable grains of salt. I think for the pricing and the responses, I wasted my time and money.
Stupid Google SEO high ranking. Their legal terms clearly state no refunds so I did not bother reaching out to customer service. I saw the pricing and willfully paid for it. Huge remorse but it is what it is.

After my 5 month old toy ausdie ate some onion, i chrckrd to see if dogs ate onion safely and found it was toxic. Called ER vet and couldn't say if needed to come in so went to Just Andwer and was contacted by a wonderful snd concerned vet ewho after seeing photo of my estimated onion ingested told me to go to ER with my 8 lb. Pup whete they would i induce vomiting. I did and puppy did get rid of a good sized piece of onion. It eas a very worthwhile call and he text me soo Ii could contact him. Very much will use again

Have used in past for other things.
Word cursor was jumping around to other lines and adding symbols and other letters in words typed. Getting internet error code 404 unable to access site on many sites and JustAnswer corrected my problems and I am very grateful as l now write without having to correct many words or find where the cursor went and remove the words from the wrong area. Going to JustAnser was the best experience I have ever had with any tech support and the time it took.
When my problems started, I went to; Microsofts support and they referred me to to JustAnswer.
Read all the payment details. I should have known better. I didn't realize there was a membership fee and a monthly subscription charge, my fault I was anxious and rushed. You can however cancel after one month. I was very pleased with the doctors advice, understanding and thoroughness. I received the info I sought and a better understanding of my medical condition, he spent a good deal of time on the phone with me and followed up as well.
They were very helpful. They promptly helped me cancel the subscription and all though I was not refunded, the cost of the call was well worth the insight and reassurance I felt from the doctor. The call was very valuable to me.

I had three different lawyers help me with this when I sent the questions in. I had Alex EC and Glenn, and each one of them gave me the same answers.
The HVAC tech help me with the problem and was nice about it.
The only issue I had was when I paid the money, one hour later, my bank called about suspicious activity on my account. There were 3 attempts on it, 1 for 33 dollars, 1 for 27, and one for 6. All started after I put the card information in. My bank is on top of this type of activity so they did not get any money. I had to cancel the card and get a new one.
Like I said, the tech helped fix the problem, but the card thing was disappointing. You can use them to help fix it but use a pre-paid card for safety reasons. Just a heads up.
