Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.
I was trying to cancel a subscription and was having a terrible time. Several people helped me and they were all patient, kind and considerate especially since l had no clue as to what l was doing. I will not hesitate to use Just Andwer again.

I asked a question regarding blender repair. I was charged $5 to ask (supposedly fully refundable, but this charge I didn't mind paying). My PayPal account was charged a second fee of $35 which I NEVER AGREED TO. A new blender costs less! BEWARE THIS SITE.
I seem unable to contact JustAnswer. I get a message that I will be connected with a lawyer. I simply want to get rid of the $35 charge I never agreed to.
I thought it was an honest site, and the tech who answered did help me.

The attorney gave me answers in a way that was easy for me to understand and broke down the process with the steps i needed to take.
I was anxious for an answer to my problem and i felt if i could just speak with an attorney for a few minutes maybe it could ease my anxiety
I was told it would be $5, refundable, but not a $60 "club" fee. I waited a looooooong time, longer than the "few minutes" i was told. The attorney was very personable and was able to answer my questions.
i had to wait a lot longer than expected, at least 30 minutes.
Needed reinforcement of a rental contract.
My issue was not easy to fix but the consumer service gentleman was excellent, he tried many ways and gave me good advice.
