Trying to find a wiring diagram for my 2021 Ford Ranger. Was sent nice colored schematics, which turned out to be incorrect. In all fairness, the Ford dealership didn't have the right schematics either. Nothing seem to match the vehicle. We identified the proper wire by using the pin that it was attached to rather than the color of the wires, which were not correct by either person.

He (SuperRepairer23/Lawrence) gave me good advice. I followed his advice and it worked, it solved the problem. Friends kept telling me my voicemail box was full. So they couldn't leave a message. And my phone would ring 6 or 8 times or more, and by the time I would answer the phone would have hung up on them and they couldn't even leave a message. Now my email box is no longer full, after 4 rings of my phone my voicemail greeting comes on and the caller can leave a message. I hope that fix continues tomorrow. Thanks, again, Lawrence. Also, I'm older and not very high-tech. So he was patient, understanding, and kind. That was great!

Daniel Chaidez is very knowledgeable and explained my cam phasers issue in terms that even a dummy like me could understand. It was a pleasure speaking with him and he waited for me to catch up with him during his explanation so that he didn't lose me before he continued. I think i probably stepped on his conversation more times than not
I had researched the noise that my 2018 Ford F-150 was making and All the articles I found said similar things but the explanations were not for the inexperienced layman. I'm glad I called though I may not have if the cost had been displayed.

I was unable to download my 2022 return when I logged in to your website and asked how I would be able to get my return. I did not get an answer, cost me $74 and my return is rejected by CRA, incorrect figures put in which was the fault of Turbotax, not me. I didn't enter the figures, the wrong figures were copied from my T4. I now have to pay another $2900 and I paid Turbotax to do the
Return. Worthless. Particularly when there's no help now. I am a very displeased frustrated customer
